Shefkiu shkoll\u00ebn fillore e kreu n\u00eb vendlindje, t\u00eb mesmen n\u00eb Shkup, nd\u00ebrsa u kulturua n\u00eb Univerzitetin e Prishtin\u00eb, n\u00eb Fakultetin Juridik. Shefkiu qysh i ri u mor me poezi, tregime, e v\u00ebshtrime, dhe me veprimtari atdhetarie. Dashurin\u00eb p\u00ebr atdheun Shefkiu e kishte prush n\u00eb zem\u00ebr. Thirrjes p\u00ebr t\u00b4i dal\u00eb zot Kosov\u00ebs kryengrit\u00ebse, dhe pjes\u00ebve t\u00eb pabashkuara t\u00eb atdheut, Shefkiu ju p\u00ebrgjigj me hyrjen e n\u00eb Ilegalen revolucionare t\u00eb koh\u00ebs.
