Nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrje k\u00ebjo e \u00e7uditshme, shqetsuese dhe besoj e pa precendenc\u00eb kur t\u00eb merret parasysh\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyrja e aktor\u00ebve t\u00eb niveleve m\u00eb t\u00eb larta politik\u00eb turke p\u00ebr t\u2019i b\u00ebr\u00eb presion shtetit m\u00eb t\u00eb ri n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb ndryshime n\u00eb tekstet shkollore, p\u00ebrsa i p\u00ebrket periudh\u00ebs otomane.<\/p>\n<p>Ky nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht\u00eb nj\u00eb dialog i lir\u00eb midis historian\u00ebsh e akademik\u00ebsh. Jo, k\u00ebjo nism\u00eb ka bekimin dhe mb\u00ebshtetjen e plot\u00eb t\u00eb fuqis\u00eb politike, diplomatike, besoj ekonomike dhe te mos themi edhe ushtarake t\u00eb Turqis\u00eb, pasardhses s\u00eb Perandoris\u00eb osmane. N\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha takimet me zyrtar\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb, udh\u00ebheqsit turq e kan\u00eb ngritur publikisht nevoj\u00ebn, sipas tyre, t\u00eb ndryshimit t\u00eb teksteve shkollore p\u00ebr f\u00ebmijt shqiptar\u00eb, p\u00ebr at\u00eb periudh\u00eb. K\u00ebjo si\u00e7 duket \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb strategjie afatgjat\u00eb e Turqis\u00eb n\u00eb Ballkan, por presionet jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht ndaj trojeve shqiptare, pik\u00ebrisht ndaj Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Mediat n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb shkruajn\u00eb se edhe diplomat\u00ebt turq n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb e kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje si p\u00ebrparsin\u00eb num\u00ebr nj\u00eb t\u00eb aktivitetit t\u00eb tyre diplomatik, sikur Kosova nuk ka mjaft probleme t\u00eb tjera. Mediat n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, njoftojn\u00eb se megjithse Ministria e Arsimit n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb mohon t\u00eb ket\u00eb ndonj\u00eb presion p\u00ebr ndryshimin e teksteve shkollore, ambasadorja e Ankaras\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Songul Ozan vazhdon presionet e saj.<\/p>\n<p>Jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr ndryshimin e teksteve sipas d\u00ebshir\u00ebs dhe urdh\u00ebrave t\u00eb pushtetarve turq, por ajo, sipas medias, po u b\u00ebn presion edhe zyrtar\u00ebve dhe personave t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb deklaruar kund\u00ebr k\u00ebsaj nd\u00ebrhyrjeje nga Turqia, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Institutit t\u00eb Historis\u00eb, duke ven\u00eb n\u00eb dukje si shembull t\u00eb k\u00ebtij presioni, takimin q\u00eb ajo pati koh\u00ebt e fundit me Ministrin e Ambijentit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Z. Dardan Gashi i cili ishte shprehur n\u00eb nj\u00eb shkrim kund\u00ebr ndryshimit t\u00eb teksteve shkollore n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00ebvend\u00ebs ministri i Arsmit, Zoti Nehat Mustafa u prononcua p\u00ebr median muajin e kaluar se prania e ekspert\u00ebve turq n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb nuk duhet t\u00eb keq interpretohet, duke shtuar se, \u201cNuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se ata do t\u00eb vendosin si t\u00eb jen\u00eb tekstet tona, por k\u00ebt\u00eb po e b\u00ebjm\u00eb thjesht p\u00ebr t\u00eb treguar gatishm\u00ebrin\u00eb ton\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb bashkpunuar jo vete\u00ebm me Turqin\u00eb por edhe me shtete t\u00eb tjera.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Un\u00eb nuk jam n\u00eb dijeni t\u00eb ndonj\u00eb k\u00ebrkese ose oreksi nga ndonj\u00eb shtet tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndryshuar historin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs, si\u00e7 aludon z\u00ebvend\u00ebs ministri Mustafa, por jam i sigurt se Serbia \u00ebsht\u00eb gati t\u00eb d\u00ebrgoj\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e volitshme, \u201cekspert\u00ebt\u201d e saj p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u201crishikuar\u201d historin\u00eb e her\u00ebshme dhe moderne t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, me q\u00ebllim p\u00ebr t\u00eb zhdukur \u00e7do \u201cshtr\u00ebmb\u00ebrim\u201d dhe \u201ckeq interpretim\u201d t\u00eb pushtimit serb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, nga tekstet shkollore t\u00eb shkruara nga historian\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Di\u00e7kaje i vjen era n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mes dhe autoritetet qeveritare dhe akademike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb m\u00eb transparente n\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje. Por nd\u00ebrsa, nga ana e tyre, udh\u00ebheqsit m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb turq, jan\u00eb treguar t\u00eb vendosur dhe jan\u00eb duke b\u00ebr\u00eb \u00e7do gj\u00eb q\u00eb u vjen p\u00ebr dore n\u00eb arritjen e objektivit t\u00eb tyre, Prishtina dhe Tirana zyrtare heshtin. Megjith\u00eb mos reagimet zyrtare ndaj k\u00ebtij uzurpimi t\u00eb t\u00eb shkruarit t\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb kombit shqiptar, fatbardhsisht ka element\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb dhe t\u00eb kombit shqiptar, q\u00eb me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuar n\u00eb lidhje me k\u00ebt\u00eb fenomen pothuaj t\u00eb pash\u00ebmb\u00ebllt n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnjet midis shteteve, kur pesha diplomatike e nj\u00eb shteti t\u00eb madh si Turqia i b\u00ebn presion nj\u00eb shteti t\u00eb vog\u00ebl t\u00eb posa lindur si Kosova, q\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb historin\u00eb e vet, p\u00ebr t\u2019iu p\u00ebrshtatur orekseve dhe synimeve gjeostrategjike t\u00eb diplomacis\u00eb turke.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa heshtja zyrtare nga autoritet shqiptare mungon, reagimet ndaj presioneve turke po marrin tani p\u00ebrmasa nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, gj\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e dobishme. Deputeti gjerman n\u00eb Parlamentin Evropian , Zoti Bernd Posselt i tha agjencis\u00eb s\u00eb lajmeve, DTT-net.com se presioni i qeveris\u00eb turke ndaj qeveris\u00eb dhe historian\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs , \u201c\u00cbsht\u00eb i papranuesh\u00ebm, nd\u00ebrsa nj\u00eb ish-fuqi pushtuese p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb presion ndaj nj\u00eb kombi t\u00eb lir\u00eb evropian, i cili ka qen\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr viktimat, shekuj me radh\u00eb, e interpretimeve t\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb vjet\u00ebr. Populli i Kosov\u00ebs duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb i pavarur t\u00eb vendos\u00eb vet p\u00ebr tekstet shkolloe t\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb vet dhe m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e t\u00eb m\u00ebsuarit t\u00eb historis\u00eb t\u00eb rinjve t\u00eb saj,\u201d tha ai p\u00ebr DTT-net.com.<\/p>\n<p>Zoti Posselt tha m\u00eb tej se tekstet shkollore duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn dhe ai e p\u00ebrkrah Kosov\u00ebn n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb i b\u00ebri thirrje qeveris\u00eb turke q\u00eb tua m\u00ebsoj\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn e historis\u00eb s\u00eb saj t\u00eb rinjve t\u00eb shtetit t\u00eb vet \u2014 jo t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqet t\u2019ua ndryshoj historin\u00eb popujve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, shtoi deputeti Bernd Posselt, i partis\u00eb CDU t\u00eb kryeministres gjermane, Zonj\u00ebs Angela Merkel.<\/p>\n<p>Dit\u00ebt e fundit m\u00eb ra n\u00eb dor\u00eb nj\u00eb let\u00ebr e hapur e n\u00ebnshkruar nga nj\u00eb num\u00ebr personalitetesh t\u00eb historis\u00eb dhe kultur\u00ebs shqiptare, drejtuar udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsve t\u00eb shtetit dhe t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebr dijeni, iniciator\u00ebt e letr\u00ebs s\u00eb hapur, ia kan\u00eb d\u00ebrguar edhe udh\u00ebheqs\u00ebve m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs zyrtare. N\u00eb letr\u00ebn e tyre, n\u00ebnshkruesit thon\u00eb se, \u201cHistoria e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb histori renegat\u00ebsh dhe as histori sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtor\u00ebsh, por histori q\u00ebndrese me n\u00eb krye Gjergj Kastriotin. \u00cbsht\u00eb histori kryengritjesh e luft\u00ebrash p\u00ebr liri, histori p\u00ebrpjekjesh p\u00ebr ruajtjen e gjuh\u00ebs, t\u00eb kutur\u00ebs e t\u00eb identitetit. \u00cbsht\u00eb histori e p\u00ebrpjekjeve titanike p\u00ebr Rilindje Komb\u00ebtare, p\u00ebr shkrimin shqip, histori e p\u00ebrpjekjeve dhe sakrificave t\u00eb panum\u00ebrta p\u00ebr liri, pavar\u00ebsi dhe sovranitet komb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb histori e p\u00ebrpjekjes s\u00eb pandalur t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb jetuar t\u00eb lir\u00eb me shtetin, kultur\u00ebn dhe identitetin e tyre si t\u00eb gjith\u00eb popujt e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb qytet\u00ebruar t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs.\u201d Duke iu referuar presioneve turke p\u00ebr ndryshimin e teksteve shkollore n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, n\u00ebnshkruesit thon\u00eb se, \u201cpik\u00ebsynimi i historis\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb e v\u00ebrteta dhe vendosja e s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs historike n\u00eb kontekstin e duhur e n\u00eb p\u00ebrkim me parimet metodologjike q\u00eb ka shkenca e historis\u00eb\u201d, dhe jo thon\u00eb ata, \u201csi rezultat i trysnis\u00eb s\u00eb shtetit turk mbi qeverin\u00eb e Kosov\u00ebs dhe mbi disa historian\u00eb t\u00eb manipuluar e t\u00eb painformuar me punime t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillta shkencore.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebnshkruesit e peticionit, em\u00ebra t\u00eb njohur dhe t\u00eb dalluar t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs shqiptare, n\u00eb letr\u00ebn e tyre u b\u00ebjn\u00eb thirrje autoriteteve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se, \u201cN\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs, i k\u00ebrkojm\u00eb qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Kuvendit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, institucioneve p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse kulturore dhe akademike si edhe historian\u00ebve q\u00eb t\u00eb mos tradh\u00ebtojn\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjen e tyre profesionale dhe komb\u00ebtare, t\u00eb rishikojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vendim arbitrar dhe ter\u00ebsisht antikomb\u00ebtar, t\u00eb anullojn\u00eb pun\u00ebn e komisionit t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt nd\u00ebrshtet\u00ebror p\u00ebr rishikimin e historis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe t\u00eb lejojn\u00eb historian\u00ebt t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb pun\u00ebn e tyre t\u00eb pavarur shkencore, sipas parimeve dhe metodologjis\u00eb s\u00eb shkenc\u00ebs historike, dhe jo sipas interesave, urdh\u00ebrave dhe vullneteve politike t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb sot\u00ebme t\u00eb Turqis\u00eb.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vjedhje q\u00eb po i b\u00ebhet historis\u00eb komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, por hajni nuk po hyn\u00eb n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi nat\u00ebn, por dit\u00ebn p\u00ebr diell. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb rast dhe p\u00ebrpjekje e jashtzakonshme q\u00eb t\u00eb justifikohet dhunuesi dhe jo t\u00eb mbrohet viktima. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb orvatje plot presion zyrtar p\u00ebr t\u00eb harruar t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn, por p\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb tep\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb l\u00ebvizje q\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb shtr\u00ebmb\u00ebroj\u00eb dhe m\u00eb n\u00eb fund t\u00eb mohoj\u00eb at\u00eb histori fatkeqe, q\u00eb duke mos e kund\u00ebrshtuar, jo vet\u00ebm me letra t\u00eb hapura, por edhe nga autoritetet m\u00eb t\u00eb larta shqiptare, do t\u00eb \u00e7oj\u00eb \u2013 heret ose von\u00eb dhe me m\u00ebnyra t\u00eb tjera presionesh e shantazhesh \u2014 n\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebritjen e saj t\u00eb hidh\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>S\u2019ka dyshim se \u00e7do historian i mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb thot\u00eb se historia gjithmon\u00eb ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr rishikim, rivlersim dhe p\u00ebr ndryshim, por k\u00ebjo n\u00eb asnj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb nuk duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhet nen presionin e t\u00eb huajve. Shqiptar\u00ebt kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb q\u00eb historia e tyre t\u00eb shkruhet nga vet shqiptar\u00ebt dhe jo nga Stambolla e Beogradi, sidomos kur t\u00eb merren parasysh\u00eb okupimet e k\u00ebtyre pushtuesve t\u00eb trojeve shqiptare gjat\u00eb shekujve. Kosova dhe Shqip\u00ebria, si edhe shqiptar\u00ebt kudo, kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr miq t\u00eb ri e t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr dhe gjithmon\u00eb kan\u00eb respektuar popujt e tjer\u00eb, kutur\u00ebn dhe historin\u00eb e tyre, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe popullin turk.<\/p>\n<p>Por nd\u00ebrhyrja e Turqis\u00eb, nep\u00ebrmjet udh\u00ebheqsve m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb saj politik\u00eb e diplomatik\u00eb me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb ndryshimit, korigjimit ose \u00e7far\u00eb do qoft\u00eb tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb kombit shqiptar, duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb, si\u00e7 tha edhe parlamentari gjerman m\u00eb lart, absolutisht e papranueshme p\u00ebr \u00e7do shqiptar dhe nuk i ndihmon zhvillimit t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb atmosfere miq\u00ebsore midis dy popujve. K\u00ebt\u00eb duhet ta thon\u00eb ata q\u00eb sot jan\u00eb ruajt\u00ebs dhe mbrojt\u00ebs t\u00eb interesave komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Shqiptar\u00ebve. Sepse p\u00ebr Shqiptar\u00ebt nuk ka gj\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb rrezikshme dhe k\u00ebrcnuese ndaj interesit komb\u00ebtar se sa synimet e t\u00eb huajve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb \u201crishikimit t\u00eb historis\u00eb\u201d, n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb kan\u00eb si objektiv t\u00eb fsheht\u00eb rihabilitimin e nj\u00eb pushtimi pes\u00eb shekullor t\u00eb trojeve shqiptare.
