Mesjava diplomatike shqiptare n\u00eb k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrimin tim, ofroi trajta dinjitoze performance politike dhe shpalosje q\u00ebndrimesh vizionare europeiste, atipike gjithsesi, n\u00eb nj\u00eb shtrirje dhe kontekst m\u00eb panballkanik.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrkund\u00ebr pritshm\u00ebris\u00eb dhe frik\u00ebs, vizita e Vu\u00e7i\u00e7it n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb gjeneroi nj\u00eb perspektiv\u00eb m\u00eb shpres\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebse p\u00ebr nj\u00eb normalitet t\u00eb shum\u00ebd\u00ebshiruar p\u00ebr konvergime realiste interesash komb\u00ebtare, pavar\u00ebsisht sensibiliteteve shpesh etno-folklorike n\u00eb secil\u00ebn pal\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Duket se koha, edhe n\u00eb diplomaci, \u00ebsht\u00eb ila\u00e7i m\u00eb i mir\u00eb sh\u00ebrues.<\/p>\n

Vu\u00e7i\u00e7i dhe Rama meritojn\u00eb p\u00ebrg\u00ebzimin m\u00eb t\u00eb merituar p\u00ebr tejkalimin e komplekseve t\u00eb superioritetit ndaj nj\u00ebri-tjetrit si politikan\u00eb dhe shteteve q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Ata duksh\u00ebm ran\u00eb dakord t\u00eb mos bien dakord dhe e kap\u00ebrcyen akullin e batutave q\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktonin sinor\u00ebt e q\u00ebndrimeve respektive, edhe pse nuk kap\u00ebrcyen dot malin q\u00eb i ndan k\u00ebto q\u00ebndrime.<\/p>\n

Ata kishin kuptuar qart\u00ebsisht se ekonomia dhe mir\u00ebqenia materiale e kombeve t\u00eb tyre superon dhe p\u00ebrcakton mentalitetin politik dhe diplomatik.<\/p>\n

Rama dhe Vu\u00e7i\u00e7i treguan n\u00eb samitin-forum t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, se i bashkon ekonomia dhe projektet ekonomike, nga t\u00eb cilat askush nuk humbet, kur l\u00eb m\u00ebnjan\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje dhe q\u00ebndrime, q\u00eb kan\u00eb kosto m\u00eb shum\u00eb individuale sesa kolektive dhe rajonale.<\/p>\n

Dhe b\u00ebn\u00eb shum\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb e lan\u00eb nj\u00ebri-tjetrin n\u00eb fatin e vet dhe me kostot faturuese, q\u00eb u bashk\u00ebngjiten n\u00eb plan afatshkurt\u00ebr e afatgjat\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Do t\u00eb ishte jorealiste q\u00eb Vu\u00e7i\u00e7 t\u00eb mos e quante Kosov\u00ebn m\u00eb gjat\u00eb edhe t\u2019i bashk\u00ebngjiste fjal\u00ebn Metohi, ashtu si\u00e7 po aq, do t\u00eb ishte naive apo herezi q\u00eb Rama t\u00eb mos ta konsideronte Kosov\u00ebn t\u00eb pavarur dhe t\u00eb mos inkurajonte bisedimet serbo-kosovare n\u00ebn sponsorizim nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar.<\/p>\n

Diplomacia k\u00ebrkon koh\u00eb, jo p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb moskuptueshm\u00ebris\u00eb nga elitat, sesa nga nevoja p\u00ebr p\u00ebrpunimin e opinioneve publike respektive p\u00ebr realitetet e reja edhe kur jan\u00eb t\u00eb sikletshme. Dhe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb realdiplomaci.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ekuacion emancipues nd\u00ebrballkanik, iniciativa gjermane duket se ka gjetur \u00e7el\u00ebsin e zbutjes s\u00eb eg\u00ebrsive politike n\u00eb cirkun e ujdhes\u00ebs \u201cfu\u00e7i baroti\u201d, dhe i ka futur faktor\u00ebt pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs n\u00eb hullin\u00eb e realdiplomacis\u00eb, ku Kryeministri Rama po spikat dinjitetsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n

Ram\u00ebn e kam fshikulluar personalisht p\u00ebr arroganc\u00ebn dhe prepotenc\u00ebn n\u00eb politik\u00ebn e brendshme, por nuk shoh arsye ta b\u00ebj nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si ka luajtur q\u00eb prej fillimit n\u00eb skakier\u00ebn diplomatike rajonale. P\u00ebrkundrazi.<\/p>\n

Edhe pse kritizer\u00ebt e tij politik\u00eb apo \u201cmendimtar\u00ebt\u201d si\u00e7 ai parap\u00eblqen s\u00eb fundmi t\u2019i etiketoj\u00eb, mund t\u00eb tentojn\u00eb t\u00eb g\u00ebrmojn\u00eb, por Rama tashm\u00eb e ka nxjerr\u00eb prej koh\u00ebsh nga politika e jashtme \u201cqenin e ngordhur\u201d.<\/p>\n

Ka per\u00ebnduar koha kur Shqip\u00ebria e koh\u00ebs s\u00eb Berish\u00ebs b\u00ebnte koncesione diplomatike e akoma m\u00eb keq, territoriale, p\u00ebr t\u00eb kompensuar dhe fshehur transgresionet demokratike dhe autoritariste t\u00eb ish-kryeministrit siv\u00eblla me Gruevskin, n\u00eb politik\u00ebn e brendshme, nj\u00eb \u00e7mim jo vet\u00ebm i madh, por i denj\u00eb p\u00ebr tradhti komb\u00ebtare, n\u00eb \u00e7do definicion t\u00eb mundsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n

Q\u00ebndrimet e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, si ato p\u00ebr mossakrifikimin e interesave komb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr hir t\u00eb fqinj\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb mir\u00eb apo p\u00ebr nj\u00eb objektiv m\u00eb madhor, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb integrimi europian, n\u00eb ng\u00ebr\u00e7in me grek\u00ebt p\u00ebr shelfin detar, nuk jan\u00eb as t\u00eb kritikueshme dhe as t\u00eb panjohura.<\/p>\n

Imagjinoni n\u00ebse Kryeministri britanik, Cameron, do t\u00eb cedonte p\u00ebr nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje territoriale, si\u00e7 po i k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb grek\u00ebt Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb?!<\/p>\n

Ai nuk do t\u00eb mbijetonte kurr\u00eb politikisht. Cameron po krijon potencialisht shfigurim total dhe dalje t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb nga binar\u00ebt, me k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn p\u00ebr rikthim n\u00eb Lond\u00ebr dhe Westminster t\u00eb sovranitetit politik dhe institucional p\u00ebr kompetenca dhe parime t\u00eb caktuara t\u00eb Unionit.<\/p>\n

Do t\u00eb ishte e paimagjinueshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb, t\u00eb mbahej nj\u00eb q\u00ebndrim ndryshe nga ai i Ram\u00ebs, n\u00ebse ai do t\u00eb ndodhej i futur n\u00eb k\u00ebpuc\u00ebt e Tiran\u00ebs, n\u00eb rast se do t\u00eb guxonte kush t\u2019i pretendonte nj\u00eb rivendikim t\u00eb atill\u00eb territorial.<\/p>\n

Deklaratat e Ram\u00ebs ndaj Athin\u00ebs ishin m\u00eb se normale dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb avancuara si mentalitet demokratik sesa q\u00ebndrimet q\u00eb vijn\u00eb nga nj\u00eb vend \u201cbishtqeni\u201d i BE-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Komentet sqaruese p\u00ebr Maqedonin\u00eb, po aq t\u00eb sakta dhe institucionale sa edhe q\u00ebndrimet e Aleanc\u00ebs Euroatlantike, t\u00eb cilat p\u00ebr fatin, por edhe men\u00e7urin\u00eb e pal\u00ebs shqiptare, gjejn\u00eb nj\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje institucionale nga NATO-ja, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb q\u00eb mbartin n\u00eb vetvete si dhe vet\u00eb ADN-n\u00eb e mir\u00ebfunksionimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb shteti t\u00eb denj\u00eb p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar n\u00eb at\u00eb aleanc\u00eb politiko-ushtarake.<\/p>\n

Dhe t\u00eb jemi realist\u00eb: n\u00ebse Greqia luan me kart\u00ebn e vetos ndaj Maqedonis\u00eb (dhe p\u00ebr mendimin tim me shum\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb historike), p\u00ebrse jo Shqip\u00ebria, dhe m\u00eb tej akoma; a nuk do e luante edhe Serbia apo Maqedonia nj\u00eb kart\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb, n\u00ebse do t\u00eb kishim shk\u00ebmbyer vendet?!<\/p>\n

Por Rama dhe Shqip\u00ebria po fitojn\u00eb terren dhe po flasin me gjuh\u00ebn europeiste t\u00eb Brukselit, kur vjen puna te qasja q\u00eb duhet aplikuar si rajon p\u00ebr rrug\u00ebtimin drejt BE-s\u00eb dhe kjo qasje ka bekimin gjerman n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti dhe at\u00eb transatlantik n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n
