Qendra e k\u00ebsaj bashkie \u00ebsht\u00eb qyteti i Koplikut.<\/p>\n<p>Popullsia: Sipas Censusit t\u00eb vitit 2011, popullsia e Mal\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Madhe \u00ebsht\u00eb 30,823 banor\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb sipas Regjistrit Civil kjo bashki ka 53,918 banor\u00eb. Bashkia e re shtrihet n\u00eb nj\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqe prej 951.01 km2 me nj\u00eb densitet prej 56.69 banor\u00eb\/km2 sipas Regjistrit Civil dhe 32.41 banor\u00eb\/km2 sipas Censusit 2011.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo bashki p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet nga 6 nj\u00ebsi administrative, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb: Kopliku, Gruemira, Kastrati, Kelmendi, Qendra dhe Shkreli. Bashkia e re ka n\u00ebn administrimin e saj dy qytete (Koplik dhe Bajz\u00eb) dhe 56 fshatra. Nj\u00eb nga akset m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, ai Hani i Hotit- Tamar\u00eb- Vermosh- Plav\u00eb Guci, e njohur ndryshe si rruga e Alpeve do t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsonte jetes\u00ebn e banor\u00ebve t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre zonave dhe do t\u00eb ndikonte n\u00eb zhvillimin e turizmit malor.<\/p>\n<p>Bashkia e Mal\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Madhe zgjerohet me 5 zona rurale, t\u00eb cilat merren kryesisht me bujq\u00ebsi, kultivimin e bim\u00ebve medicinale dhe blegtori. Nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e vog\u00ebl e banor\u00ebve merren me peshkim.<\/p>\n<p>Qyteti i Koplikut ka nivel t\u00eb lart\u00eb papun\u00ebsie, nd\u00ebrsa pjesa m\u00eb e madhe e t\u00eb ardhurave n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb zon\u00eb sigurohen nga emigracioni. Problem mbetet edhe gjendja e qendrave sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore si dhe e institucioneve arsimore, kryesisht n\u00eb zonat e thella malore, ku pjesa m\u00eb e madhe jan\u00eb t\u00eb amortizuara apo jo-funksionale.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Profili elektoral i bashkis\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Bazuar n\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e publikuara nga Komisioni Qendror i Zgjedhjeve, n\u00eb dat\u00ebn 21 qershor 2015 n\u00eb bashkin\u00eb e Mal\u00ebsi e Madhe kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn t\u00eb shkojn\u00eb drejt kutive t\u00eb votimit 42,337 votues. Votuesit jan\u00eb t\u00eb ndar\u00eb n\u00eb 81 qendra votimi, nga ku do t\u00eb ken\u00eb mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhin kryetarin e ardhsh\u00ebm t\u00eb bashkis\u00eb, si dhe 31 an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e k\u00ebshillit bashkiak. P\u00ebrzgjedhja e kryebashkiakut do t\u00eb kryhet p\u00ebrmes vot\u00ebs p\u00ebr kandidatin n\u00eb list\u00ebn em\u00ebrore n\u00eb flet\u00ebn e votimit.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb flet\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb votimit, votuesit do t\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhin partin\u00eb e parap\u00eblqyer dhe nga votat q\u00eb merr secila parti ndahet numri i an\u00ebtar\u00ebve q\u00eb i takon secil\u00ebs forc\u00eb politike n\u00eb k\u00ebshillin bashkiak.
