Autori, Haxhi Laj\u00e7i, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb kronologjike paraqet rrug\u00ebtimin e shkoll\u00ebs n\u00eb Mal\u00ebsin\u00eb e Rozhaj\u00ebs, t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, historis\u00eb dhe tradit\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare, me nj\u00eb paraqitje t\u00eb plot\u00eb profili t\u00eb m\u00ebsuesve dhe arsimtar\u00ebve, nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve dhe prind\u00ebrve, angazhimin dhe p\u00ebrkushtimin e tyre, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, megjith\u00ebse n\u00eb kushte dhe rrethana aspak t\u00eb favorshme, arrit\u00ebn q\u00eb t\u00eb shkollojn\u00eb gjenerata t\u00eb t\u00ebra, madje mjaft prej tyre t\u00eb kthehen mu n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shkoll\u00eb, tashm\u00eb si kuadro t\u00eb kualifikuara me dije e shkollim p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs. Kjo monografi \u00ebsht\u00eb pa m\u00ebdyshje nj\u00eb d\u00ebshmi kohe e cila p\u00ebr brezat e ardhsh\u00ebm doemos ruan t\u00eb gjall\u00eb realen, njer\u00ebzoren dhe komb\u00ebtaren, libri nderon individ\u00ebt q\u00eb i kontribuan kauz\u00ebs son\u00eb komb\u00ebtare n\u00eb forma t\u00eb ndryshme…<\/p>\n

Libri \u00ebsht\u00eb realiteti i djesh\u00ebm dhe i sot\u00ebm n\u00eb arsimin shqip dhe p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Malin e Zi, edhe pse p\u00ebr ne, libri \u00ebsht\u00eb shqet\u00ebsues dhe i dhembsh\u00ebm, megjithat\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb udh\u00ebrr\u00ebfyes, lajm\u00ebs, vrojtues, interpretues i informatave etj., dhe si i till\u00eb kush frymon shqip i merr mendjen dhe i rr\u00ebmben shpirtin, por ja q\u00eb ky realitet \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb i till\u00eb, sepse ky lib\u00ebr n\u00eb nj\u00eb far\u00eb m\u00ebnyre edhe ka parap\u00ebrcaktuar gjendjen reale q\u00eb mban vul\u00ebn e koh\u00ebs t\u00eb cil\u00ebn po e jetom\u00eb edhe autori edhe ne.<\/p>\n

Fal\u00eb nj\u00eb angazhimi t\u00eb vullnetsh\u00ebm q\u00eb gjith\u00ebsesi ka k\u00ebrkuar mund e durim t\u00eb palodh\u00ebsh\u00ebm, autori na ofroi k\u00ebt\u00eb monografi me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e begatoi histoiografin\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb natyrale e autoktone\u201c.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb tej Mulliqi vazhdoi: \u201eMonografia n\u00eb fjal\u00eb deshmon p\u00ebr nj\u00eb qasje shum\u00eb serioze t\u00eb autorit p\u00ebr kompletimin e saj, e cila mbi t\u00eb gjitha ka nj\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb m\u00ebqe i p\u00ebrkushtohet, krahas shkoll\u00ebs n\u00eb fshatra, shtrirjes dhe gjendjes n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn dhe t\u00eb asaj aktuale t\u00eb fshatrave t\u00eb Mal\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Rozhaj\u00ebs. Edhepse objektivi bosht i k\u00ebsaj ishte shkolla n\u00eb Dacaj dhe n\u00eb Buxhov, autori n\u00eb kapitullin e par\u00eb \u2013 Fshatrat shqiptare t\u00eb Mal\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Rozhaj\u00ebs, shtrirja dhe pozita e tyre, e zb\u00ebrthen me p\u00ebrkushtim, jo vet\u00ebm shtrirjen dhe poziten gjeografike t\u00eb atyre fshatrave, por edhe etnogjenezen autoktone shqiptare t\u00eb popullat\u00ebs s\u00eb atyre trevave duke shprehur n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb indirekte edhe dh\u00ebmbjen p\u00ebr zbrazjen e shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre, qoft\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00ebt e pakthim, n\u00eb m\u00ebrgim, diaspor\u00eb,qoft\u00eb n\u00eb viset e tjera shqiptare. Sipas autorit nj\u00eb breng\u00eb gjith\u00ebkomb\u00ebtare \u00ebsht\u00eb asimilimi komb\u00ebtar i nj\u00eb pjese, n\u00eb kombin boshnjak.\u201c<\/p>\n

\u201cKapitulli q\u00eb i kushtohet shkoll\u00ebs n\u00eb Dacaj dhe n\u00eb Buxhov trajtohet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb detajuar duke filluar nga viti 1910 me hapjen e mejtepeve t\u00eb cilat u shfryt\u00ebzuan p\u00ebr edukim fetar edhe nga t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb shqiptar t\u00eb konfesionit musliman,periudha e shkoll\u00ebs gjat\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb Austris\u00eb deri n\u00eb funksionimin e saj\u00eb me plan-programe e tekste shkollore t\u00eb sjella nga Ministria e Arsimit, ku Minist\u00ebr n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb ishte Ernest Koloqi (1934-1935), paraqitet si periudh\u00eb e shpres\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj mal\u00ebsie. Pas mbyllj\u00ebs s\u00eb shkollave shqipe nga sistemi komunist, menj\u00ebher\u00eb pas LDB-s\u00eb, autori p\u00ebrshkruan gjendjen e r\u00ebnd\u00eb t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve shqiptar\u00eb p\u00ebr vijimin dhe p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsimin e njohurive n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn serbe, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn gjuh\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt nuk e njihnin fare. Hapjen e s\u00ebrishme t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs shqipe, nga viti shkollor 1967-1968, p\u00ebrkunder r\u00ebnies s\u00eb numrit t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebs\u00ebve krahas numrit t\u00eb banor\u00ebve, autori p\u00ebrpiqet p\u00ebr nj\u00eb nxitje optimiste p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrprerjen e braktisj\u00ebs s\u00eb trojeve shekullore dhe fatkeq\u00ebsisht nd\u00ebrrimit t\u00eb etnitetit t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre viseve mal\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n

Karakteristik\u00eb e k\u00ebsaj monografije \u00ebsht\u00eb materjalizimi i saj me t\u00eb dh\u00ebna p\u00ebr m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit e t\u00eb gjitha gjeneratave me biografi individuale p\u00ebr secilin.Poashtu nuk kan\u00eb mbetur jasht\u00eb k\u00ebsaj biografie as emrat e nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb gjeneratave t\u00eb t\u00ebra.
\nMonografia \u00ebsht\u00eb materializuar me nj\u00eb numer t\u00eb madh fotosh t\u00eb cilat jo vetem q\u00eb kan\u00eb begatuar librin por ato jan\u00eb d\u00ebshmia m\u00eb relevante e k\u00ebsaj\u00eb mongrafie\u201c, shtoi n\u00eb mes t\u00eb tjerave profesor Dem\u00eb Mulliqi.<\/p>\n

Ali Laj\u00e7i, shkrimtari yn\u00eb i madh z. Ramiz Kelmendi, Shefqet Kelmendi nga Tirana, Smajl Smaka, publicist e p\u00ebrkthyes nga Prishtina, z. Sali Laj\u00e7i nga Rugova, z. Sokol Daci, m\u00ebsues n\u00eb pension, banor\u00eb t\u00eb fshatrave: Dacaj, Husaj, Bukel i Posht\u00ebm, Bukel i Ep\u00ebrm, Peshkaj dhe Buxhov, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt tashm\u00eb disa vjet kan\u00eb l\u00ebshuar trojet e veta t\u00eb lindjes dhe po jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb fshatrat: Nab\u00ebrgjan, Treboviq, Vitomiric\u00eb (Arbnesh), Dubov\u00eb si edhe n\u00eb qytetin e Pej\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Lajqi, Ram\u00eb P. Daci dhe Sokol S. Daci, nga 47, q\u00eb ishin n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt nuk jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb gjall\u00eb.
\nPati edhe mysafir\u00eb t\u00eb shumt\u00eb, dashamir\u00eb t\u00eb librit edhe nga De\u00e7ani, Burimi ish Istogu, Klina, Prizreni e qytete t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrurimin e p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndeten: shkrimtari yn\u00eb i madh z. Ramiz K\u00eblmendi, z. Mehmet Bardhi si edhe ish m\u00ebsuesi, tashm\u00eb n\u00eb pension, z. Sokol Daci. U shperblyen me mir\u00ebnjohje dy nga atdhetar\u00ebt dhe m\u00ebsuesit e k\u00ebtyre dy shkollave, pas vdekjes. I pari q\u00eb u shp\u00ebrblye, ishte Abylrrahmin Daci, ish m\u00ebsues n\u00eb Dacaj dhe Salih Zekaj, ish m\u00ebsues ne Buxhov. Mir\u00ebnjohjet p\u00ebr k\u00ebta veprimtar\u00eb, iu dor\u00ebzuan zot\u00ebrinjt\u00eb Rrahman Laj\u00e7i (haxhi) dhe Qerim Uk\u00eb Laj\u00e7i. K\u00ebto mir\u00ebnjohje me lot\u00eb n\u00eb sy dhe mburrje i pranuan familjar\u00ebt: z. Enver Daci, djali i Abdylrrahimit dhe zonja Luljeta Zekaj, vajza e Sali Zekaj. Autori shprendau falas mbi 100 libra mysafir\u00ebve, familjar\u00ebve t\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00ebsuesve, shok\u00ebve t\u00eb dikursh\u00ebm t\u00eb Gjimnazit \u2018\u2019Bedri Pejani\u2019\u2019 dhe shum\u00eb mysafir\u00ebve te nderuar.<\/p>\n

Me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast duhet cekur edhe nj\u00eb gjest human dhe miradash\u00ebs se dreken p\u00ebr mysafiret e ardhur nga Rozhaja, Prishtina, Tirana dhe Ulqini, e shtroi z. Blerim Krasniqi, afarist i restaurantit \u201eUnivers\u2019\u2019, djali i m\u00ebsuesit t\u00eb par\u00eb shqiptar t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre an\u00ebve, nga viti 1943, z.
