Pap\u00ebrgatitja ka ndikuar q\u00eb administrata e UNMIK-ut t\u00eb luaj rolin e monopolit q\u00eb po kritikohet sot aq shum\u00eb nga shum\u00eb segmente t\u00eb ndryshme brenda dhe jasht\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 pa-p\u00ebrgatitjes, Kosov\u00ebn liria e UNMIK-ut e gjeti n\u00eb nj\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrruar nga represaliet serbe. Status quo-ja e para intervenimit t\u00eb NATO-s n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, ka l\u00ebn\u00eb pasojat n\u00eb gjitha sferat e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb. Besimi n\u00eb organet udh\u00ebheq\u00ebse shtet\u00ebrore, kryesisht n\u00eb vendet q\u00eb kan\u00eb dal\u00eb nga sistemi komunist, \u00ebsht\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar \u201ezero\u201c. \u201eKush nuk e vjedh shtetin, e vjedh \u201cfamiljen\u201c ka qen\u00eb motoja e komunizmit. Kalimi n\u00eb demokraci rajonin e Ballkanit e futi n\u00eb nj\u00eb kriz\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrsa Kosova nuk pati fatin t\u00eb prek drejtp\u00ebrs\u00ebdrejti edhe p\u00ebr dhjet\u00eb vite m\u00eb von\u00eb (q\u00eb nga 1990) demokracin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pas hyrjes s\u00eb liris\u00eb unmikiane, bashk\u00ebsia nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare mori p\u00ebr sip\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e strukturave krejt t\u00eb reja nga ato ekzistuese n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Puna e \u201eaft\u00ebsimit dhe ri-integrimit\u201c t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb organet dhe strukturat e ndryshme shtet\u00ebrore u p\u00ebrcoll me shum\u00eb kritika e v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi, tensione, bojkotime, paaft\u00ebsi gjithnj\u00eb duke p\u00ebrdorur nj\u00eb \u201enacionaliz\u00ebm\u201c t\u00eb deformuar nga elemente t\u00eb caktuara shqiptare, p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb poste dhe pushtet, sa shum\u00eb gj\u00ebra kaluan n\u00eb banalitet.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb lirin\u00eb unmikiane shoq\u00ebria kosovare i dha shkas bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare q\u00eb ta (p\u00ebr)zgjat prezenc\u00ebn e saj, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 t\u00eb tjerash, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb theksuar, edhe p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb konfliktit permanent brenda-shqiptar. Ballafaqimi me realitetin e ri n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, e gjeti lidershipin kosovar n\u00eb gjum\u00eb. E mira e p\u00ebrgjithshme u la an\u00ebsh. Gjendja politike u tensionua aq shume, sa shkaktuan tensione shum\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb Kosovare. Sot, lider\u00ebt kosovar\u00eb e hedhin edhe m\u00eb tutje fajin nj\u00ebri tjetrit. P\u00ebrve\u00e7 represioneve t\u00eb paraluft\u00ebs, n\u00eb gjendjen politiko-ekonomike n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb kan\u00eb ndikuar shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb vendimtare.<\/p>\n<p>Shoq\u00ebria kosovare ka qen\u00eb e pa-p\u00ebrgatitur p\u00ebr nj\u00eb sistem demokratik. Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb e tilla ku mungon p\u00ebrvoja n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sistem, deri sa t\u00eb lodh\u00ebn nga fenomenet negative, nuk mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb ecje pozitive. P\u00ebrvoja, pra, ishte ajo q\u00eb u mungonte kosovareve. Dhe kjo munges\u00eb e p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebs, por edhe ndjenj\u00ebs demokratike, duke e keqinterpretuar demokracin\u00eb, jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb veprime diktatoriale, nxitje dhune etj. Pra kur\u00eb mungon p\u00ebrvoja dhe aft\u00ebsia e veprimit, gj\u00ebrat kalojn\u00eb n\u00eb dhun\u00eb. Kush \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i forti, ai ka t\u00eb drejt. Kosov\u00ebs i mungon fryma demokratike s\u00eb pari n\u00eb familjet. Dhe kjo munges\u00eb ndikon drejtp\u00ebrs\u00ebdrejti edhe n\u00eb sken\u00ebn politike.<\/p>\n<p>Skandaloze \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe sjellja e udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsve politik, bashk\u00eb me disa politikan t\u00eb gjysm\u00eb-formuar, pas luft\u00ebs b\u00ebn\u00eb shuarjen e parlamentit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, tash de facto me \u201cforumin politik\u201d po e anashkalojn\u00eb parlamentin e Kosov\u00ebs. Vall\u00eb, parlamenti i Kosov\u00ebs \u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb? Sall\u00eb e mbushur me marioneta?! Nuk mund t\u00eb gjykohet se nga strukturat nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare po shkelen principet e demokracis\u00eb, kur ne vet nuk i respektojm\u00eb ato!<\/p>\n<p>Politika n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00eb shum\u00eb me vetveten. Nd\u00ebrsa ka qen\u00eb, fatkeq\u00ebsisht, shum\u00eb e kufizuar n\u00eb veprime aktive diplomatike e strategjike. N\u00eb nj\u00eb studim q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nga nj\u00eb institut n\u00eb Vjen\u00eb, thuhet pos t\u00eb tjerash, se besimi n\u00eb strukturat politike udh\u00ebheq\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe kusht p\u00ebr zhvillimin ekonomik t\u00eb nj\u00eb vendi. Kurse kjo mungon fare n\u00eb sken\u00ebn kosovare. Problemi shqiptar\u00eb para se t\u00eb jet\u00eb problem i jasht\u00ebm, \u00ebsht\u00eb fillimisht problem i brendsh\u00ebm. Sot Kosova ka nevoj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se kurr\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb \u201cdjal\u00ebri t\u00eb sh\u00ebndosh\u201d! Standardet q\u00eb po i k\u00ebrkohen Kosov\u00ebs, lidhen ngusht\u00eb edhe me organizimin social t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb kosovare. \u00c7do individ ka mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb ndihmoj p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e gjendjes n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, e t\u00eb mos flasim p\u00ebr partit\u00eb dhe organet tjera, qeveritare e joqeveritare. Sistemi duhet t\u00eb funksionoj.<\/p>\n<p>Fryma demokratike duhet t\u00eb frymoj gjithkund. Dhuna dhe sh\u00ebrbimet sekrete t\u00eb partive politike, nuk jan\u00eb gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, pos d\u00ebshtim i luft\u00ebs demokratike. Mungojn\u00eb zgjidhjet alternativ. N\u00eb frustrimin e popullat\u00ebs, kan\u00eb ndikuar s\u00eb pari gjitha segmentet dhe strukturat vendore. Arroganca, korrupsioni, injorimi, mosdija. Nuk mjafton t\u00eb vesh\u00ebsh me kravat\u00eb, e ti thuash vetit demokrat. Demokracia \u00ebsht\u00eb di\u00e7ka q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb frymoj n\u00eb shpirtin e njeriut, n\u00eb lirin\u00eb individuale, duke respektuar gjithnj\u00eb lirin\u00eb e individit tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Shoq\u00ebria shqiptare ka nevoj\u00eb q\u00eb t`i denoncoj padrejt\u00ebsit\u00eb. Ta ngreh\u00eb z\u00ebrin kund\u00ebr fenomeneve negative n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7do pushtet edhe armik i popullit. Me fjal\u00eb tjera, armiku m\u00eb i madh, dhe virusi m\u00eb i rreziksh\u00ebm i shoq\u00ebris\u00eb kosovare, \u00ebsht\u00eb mosgatishm\u00ebria p\u00ebr ta luftuar t\u00eb keq\u00ebn, s\u00eb pari n\u00eb rrethin familjar, e m\u00eb pastaj n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>Kombi shqiptar n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi l\u00ebngon nga shum\u00eb t\u00eb meta q\u00eb duhet pastruar nga trupi i tij. Ato duhet t\u00eb luftohen me nj\u00eb men\u00e7uri dhe durim. Populli yn\u00eb duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitet e pastrohet fillimisht p\u00ebr vetveten, e vet\u00ebm m\u00eb pastaj se duhet t`u p\u00ebrshtatemi integrimeve rajonale evropiane.
