Sipas Bank\u00ebs Bot\u00ebrore, \u00e7ekuilibrat financiar\u00eb pengojn\u00eb rritjen ekonomike n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb analiz\u00eb t\u00eb DW, q\u00eb i referohet shifrave t\u00eb Bank\u00ebs Bot\u00ebrore, theksohet se borxhi publik i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb ka arritur n\u00eb muajt e par\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti n\u00eb 63,8 % t\u00eb Prodhimit t\u00eb Brendsh\u00ebm Bruto, n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur vendet e rajonit e kan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt borxhin publik dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb PBB.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas BB, p\u00ebrvoja e hidhur e Greqis\u00eb, me nj\u00eb borxh publik mbi 100 % t\u00eb GDP-s\u00eb dhe cil\u00ebsimi i kriz\u00ebs emblematike t\u00eb Greqis\u00eb si kriz\u00eb e borxhit publik, ka ngjallur alarm tek institucionet financiare nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, t\u00eb pranishme n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>Banka Bot\u00ebrore n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebngul\u00ebse, p\u00ebrmes p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb saj e ka paralajm\u00ebruar qeverin\u00eb shqiptare se n\u00ebse nuk ulet borxhi publik apo komb\u00ebtar, Shqip\u00ebria rrezikon ta p\u00ebsoj\u00eb si Greqia. Shqet\u00ebsimi artikulohet si rritje e \u00e7ekuilibrave financiar\u00eb q\u00eb pengojn\u00eb rritjen ekonomike. Drejtorja e re e Bank\u00ebs Bot\u00ebrore dhe Koordinatorja Rajonale p\u00ebr Evrop\u00ebn Juglindore gjat\u00eb vizit\u00ebs n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb tha se rritja e borxhit publik \u00ebsht\u00eb rrezik p\u00ebr asfiksim t\u00eb rritjes ekonomike.<\/p>\n<p>Rekomandimi num\u00ebr 1 i BB-s\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shlyerja e faturave t\u00eb prapambetura t\u00eb sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsve dhe investitor\u00ebve privat\u00eb, q\u00eb kan\u00eb kryer pun\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha publike dhe nuk jan\u00eb paguar nga qeveria, si nj\u00eb nga shkaqet e rritjes s\u00eb borxhit publik.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr drejtoren e re t\u00eb BB, Ellen Goldstein, tha se niveli m\u00eb i p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm i borxhit p\u00ebr nj\u00eb ekonomi n\u00eb zhvillim si Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb rreth 40 p\u00ebr qind e PBB-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKy \u00ebsht\u00eb standardi global, q\u00eb ekonomia t\u00eb mos jet\u00eb n\u00eb stres dhe n\u00eb risk, por nuk ka ndonj\u00eb shif\u00ebr magjike sesa duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb niveli i borxhit publik.
