Edhe n\u00eb Gjermani, Franc\u00eb, Britani, Amerik\u00eb apo rajone gjuh\u00ebsore t\u00eb m\u00ebdha gjithmon\u00eb sh\u00ebnohet dhe emetohet si ngjarje e madhe kur nj\u00eb politikan shkruan lib\u00ebr (q\u00eb vyen di\u00e7ka, kuptohet) por edhe kur p\u00ebr nj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb po ashtu botohet lib\u00ebr.
