Konventa jugosllavo-turke e vitit 1938 dhe marr\u00ebveshja Jugosllavi \u2013 Turqi -Greqi e 28 shkurtit 1953 e njohur si \u201d Pakti BallkaniK\u201d i n\u00ebnshkruar n\u00eb Ankara<\/p>\n

N\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb hulumtimit sistematik t\u00eb dy sh\u00ebrbimeve konzullare (sektorit t\u00eb pasaportave) jugosllave dhe turke, d\u00ebshmohet se n\u00eb periudh\u00ebn 1951-1968 prej Jugosllavis\u00eb n\u00eb Turqi jan\u00eb shp\u00ebrngulur 414.500 shqiptar\u00eb\u2026 nd\u00ebrsa gjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs n\u00eb fjal\u00eb (bazuar n\u00eb statistikat sekrete jugosllave) n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ishin sjellur n\u00eb heshtje 63.000 kolon\u00eb sllav\u00eb, prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve, pas r\u00ebnjes s\u00eb Rankovi\u00e7it (1966) duke mos u duruar nj\u00eb far\u00eb \u201cbarazie\u201d me shqiptar\u00ebt, shumica prej tyre udbash e kriminel\u00eb marrin ik\u00ebn p\u00ebr Serbi . \nN\u00eb dimrin e vitit 1955\/56 u organizua aksioni p\u00ebr mbledhjen e arm\u00ebve dhe gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij procesi t\u00eb dhunsh\u00ebm i keqtrajtuan n\u00eb format m\u00eb mizore m\u00ebse 30.000 shqiptar\u00eb.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ekspedit\u00eb udbeske, nga rrahjet dhe torturat u mbyt\u00ebn 103 shqiptar\u00eb,nd\u00ebrsa u gjymtuan p\u00ebr jet\u00eb rreth 10.000 t\u00eb tjer\u00eb\u2026!!!
\nHulumtimet shkencore p\u00ebr zbardhjen e nj\u00eb ngjarje historike siq \u00ebsht\u00eb marr\u00ebveshja \u201cXhent\u00ebllmene\u201d turko-jugosllave e vitit 1953 nd\u00ebrmjet Titos dhe Kypreliut, sado q\u00eb jan\u00eb jo t\u00eb mjaftueshme, prap na japin nj\u00eb pasqyr\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb p\u00ebr ta kuptuar k\u00ebt\u00eb marrveshje. Vlen t\u00eb p\u00ebrmenden veprat e historian\u00ebve t\u00eb kombit shqiptar\u00eb siq jan\u00eb: Fehmi Pushkolli n\u00eb vepren \u201cFronti Popullor-Lidhja Socialiste e Kosov\u00ebs\u201d, Jusuf Osmani n\u00eb vepren \u201cVendbanimet e Kosov\u00ebs-Gjilani\u201d, Hakif Bajrami \u201cPolitika e shfarosjes s\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve dhe kolonizimi serb i Kosov\u00ebs 1844-1995\u201d, Sabile Basha \u201cD\u00ebbimet e shqiptar\u00ebve dhe kolonizimi i Kosov\u00ebs 1877-1995\u201d dhe n\u00eb shum\u00eb hulumtime t\u00eb punimeve shkencore t\u00eb cilat e kan\u00eb p\u00ebr objekt t\u00eb studimit k\u00ebt\u00eb tem\u00eb shum t\u00eb ndishme p\u00ebr popullin shqiptar\u00eb. <\/p>\n

T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto vepra dhe shum dokumente tjera t\u00eb cilat do ti p\u00ebrmendim n\u00eb fucnot jan\u00eb t\u00eb lidhura me marrveshjen e Splitit nd\u00ebrmjet Titos dhe Kypriliut. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb marrveshje gojore edhe pse askush nuk diti se \u00e7ka p\u00ebrmbante, pasojat e saj\u00eb u pan\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb, pas fillimit t\u00eb zbatimit t\u00eb saj\u00eb. Pas vitit 1953 filloi d\u00ebbimi masiv i shqiptar\u00ebve p\u00ebr n\u00eb Turqi, gj\u00eb e cila e zbardhi k\u00ebt\u00eb marrveshje. Represioni serb\u00eb u p\u00ebrcoll nga instrumentet shtetrore dhe n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr t\u00eb organizuar nga vet shteti serbo-jugosllav. Paraprakisht ishte nj\u00eb marrveshje n\u00eb mes Jugosllavis\u00eb dhe Turqis\u00eb e njohur si \u201cKonventa jugosllavo-turke e vitit 1938\u201d, e cila parashihte d\u00ebbimin e shqiptar\u00ebve p\u00ebr n\u00eb Anadoll. \u00c7\u00ebshtja e shp\u00ebrnguljes s\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve pothuaj se u hesht gjith\u00ebher, nd\u00ebrsa u shkrua dhe u propagandua nga qarqet serbe, kinse p\u00ebr shp\u00ebrngulje serbo-malazeze q\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet nuk ishte asgj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr veqse migrime t\u00eb vogla, t\u00eb vullnetshme t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\nM\u00eb 1953 n\u00eb Split u takua kryetari i Jugosllavis\u00eb Josip Broz Tito dhe Fuad Kyprili, minister i pun\u00ebve t\u00eb jasht\u00ebme t\u00eb Turqis\u00eb. Ata u moren vesh\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb filloi shp\u00ebrngulja e s\u00ebrishme e shqiptar\u00ebve p\u00ebr n\u00eb Turqi.. Marrveshja planifikonte vazhdimin e aksionit t\u00eb shp\u00ebrnguljes s\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve nga Kosova p\u00ebr Turqi, n\u00eb baz t\u00eb Konvent\u00ebs s\u00eb vitit 1938. D\u00ebbimi i shqiptar\u00ebve parashihej t\u00eb b\u00ebhet p\u00ebrmes Maqedonis\u00eb.. Kjo erdhi n\u00eb shprehje t\u00eb zbatohet menj\u00ebher pas prishjes s\u00eb marrveshjes jugosllavo-shqiptare, me pretekstin se i sherbenin Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb u denuan dhe internuan n\u00ebp\u00ebr burgje mbi 500 shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt u derguan n\u00eb kampin famkeq\u00eb t\u00eb Goli Otokut.<\/p>\n
