Ndaj, rrjedhimisht, vet\u00ebjetesa sovrane do t\u00eb cil\u00ebsohet e p\u00ebrmbaruar kur Instanca shtet\u00ebrore t\u00eb ushtroj\u00eb t\u00eb dy kontrollet bashk\u00eb: edhe mbi tok\u00ebn edhe mbi t\u00eb mirat e saj. Natyrisht, duke presupozuar legjitimitetin demokratik t\u00eb elit\u00ebs dhe barazin\u00eb e t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve n\u00eb shansin p\u00ebr fat e lumni jete!..<\/p>\n

Vonestar\u00eb si\u00e7 jan\u00eb dhe pa edukat\u00eb demokracie e kultur\u00eb shteti, shqiptar\u00ebt e sidomos, personeli politik i tyre, s\u2018do t\u00eb dinte \u00e7\u2019t\u00eb b\u00ebnte me lirin\u00eb e vet. A nuk ndodh\u00eb k\u00ebshtu me shqiptar\u00ebt e matansh\u00ebm tash 100 vjet? Asistenca e huaj, sado e p\u00ebrzjer\u00eb tipash t\u00eb larm\u00eb e hedonizmash t\u00eb ul\u00ebt, mund ta shtyj\u00eb e vetmja p\u00ebrpara karron e shkallmuar. N\u00eb fakt shqiptar\u00ebt nuk jan\u00eb r\u00ebndom\u00ebsuar t\u00eb l\u00ebvizin vet asnj\u00ebher\u00eb. Gj\u00ebndjen sociale dhe statusin politik n\u00eb rrotullime koh\u00ebsh, ua ndryshonte prore faktori i jasht\u00ebm: ose pushtues ose \u00e7lirimtar\u00eb i tyre. Madje as zgjedhja e tyre nuk ishte e lir\u00eb. U mbetej vet\u00ebm afiniteti i shk\u00eblqyer i p\u00ebrshtatjes dhe identifikimit me ideologjin\u00eb dhe administratat e hegjemonit madhnor!<\/p>\n

\nE tani i referohemi s\u00ebrish pyetjes s\u00eb fillimshkrimit: si do venin pun\u00ebt sikur t\u00eb mos ishte ky faktor n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb? A do evoluonte zjarri i v\u00ebrb\u00ebr p\u00ebr Fuqi, e p\u00ebrmes saj, p\u00ebr sundim e grabitje pronash e lirish, i titajve t\u00eb barrikaduar luftarakisht, n\u00eb nj\u00eb zjarr tjet\u00ebr, n\u00eb zjarr arm\u00ebsh, civil e total, q\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebrv\u00eblonte t\u00eb gjith\u00eb? Duke rrezikuar keqkuptimin, mund t\u00eb thuhet krejt sigurisht: mbase zor t\u00eb rr\u00ebzohej nj\u00eb pandehm\u00eb pohuese!<\/p>\n

Fundja, s\u00eb paku teorikisht, nuk do t\u00eb ishte fundi i bot\u00ebs. Shum\u00eb kombe historik\u00eb kan\u00eb kaluar kalvar t\u00eb till\u00eb dhe jan\u00eb k\u00ebndellur si kurr\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb. Por n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb tok\u00eb t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb, drama e saj do t\u00eb ishte e barabart\u00eb me tragjedin\u00eb. T\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm i kan\u00eb ve\u00e7 emrat dhe fytyrat. Madje dhe k\u00ebto t\u00eb fundmet, si tek teoria kriminale e Lombroz\u00ebs, sikur p\u00ebrgjasojn\u00eb hutuesh\u00ebm duke krijuar tipologjin\u00eb unike t\u00eb tyre. Edhe sikur e keqja t\u00eb shmanget, ata nuk meritojn\u00eb stolisjen me suporet e lavdis\u00eb, sepse, thjesht\u00eb, faktori frenues gjendet diku tjet\u00ebr. Fundja a nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb tragjike vet\u00eb ngasja dhe potenciali i tyre i afishuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb prekur pragun e saj? Ata, n\u00eb fakt, po e b\u00ebjn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb: kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb prova gjenerale e saj. Dhe ja, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb, pra, ndjenja e tyre, nd\u00ebrgjegja e tyre, Kosova e tyre!<\/p>\n

Ndaj, nuk i thurim od\u00eb aspak Prezenc\u00ebs s\u00eb jashtme, por ngjan\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb e till\u00eb, shp\u00ebtimtare, pse njeriu politik kosovar \u00ebsht\u00eb i krejt\u00ebsisht i \u00e7orientuar nga fiksioni i mir\u00ebqenies q\u00eb vjen pas suspendimit t\u00eb represaljeve serbiane…N\u00eb vend t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsymjes nga politika e nd\u00ebrkryer q\u00eb i mban\u00eb n\u00eb jermi dhe i k\u00ebrkon gjakun, ai do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb formonte vet\u00eb nj\u00eb bosht t\u00eb tret\u00eb: t\u00eb organizuar e inteligjent, kritik e vetmohues, p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00e7elur nj\u00eb kaptin\u00eb t\u00eb re t\u00eb historis\u00eb.<\/p>\n
