Prandaj,  intelektuali i mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb, domosdoshm\u00ebrish t\u00eb veproj\u00eb si nj\u00eb lloj &#8220;roje&#8221; ndaj partive p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar zbatimin e asaj p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn u ra dakord.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb konvencionale t\u00eb kuptuarit se intelektual\u00ebt jan\u00eb elita arsimore dhe e t\u00eb menduarit q\u00eb di m\u00eb shum\u00eb. Q\u00eb intelektual \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb njeri me nj\u00eb intelekt shum\u00eb t\u00eb zhvilluar dhe q\u00eb niveli i arsimit \u00ebsht\u00eb faktor vendimtar q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb apo t\u00eb mos jet\u00eb intelektual. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb ide dhe interpretim i gabuar.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr shembull, n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, nj\u00eb personi me nj\u00eb mbiem\u00ebr intelektual i mungon angazhimi, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, ai person nuk mund t\u00eb etiketohet si intelektual, sepse vet\u00ebm intelektuali i angazhuar \u00ebsht\u00eb intelektual. Gjithashtu edhe n\u00eb rastin kur ai nuk mendon me &#8220;trurin e tij,&#8221; n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se nuk sjell\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimet e veta, n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se nuk d\u00ebshiron dhe nuk di p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar dhe t\u00eb miratoj\u00eb q\u00ebndrimet q\u00eb do t\u00eb jen\u00eb analitike dhe kritike p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndryshuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00eb bot\u00ebn n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn jetojm\u00eb, ai nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb intelektual.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse nuk e d\u00ebgjojm\u00eb z\u00ebrin e arsyes dhe moralit prej &#8220;nivelit m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb&#8221; t\u00eb tij, nj\u00eb z\u00eb q\u00eb do t\u00eb ndihmoj\u00eb njer\u00ebzit p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar dhe hartuar bot\u00ebn e tyre, vendin e tyre dhe rolin n\u00eb t\u00eb, q\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb bot\u00eb t\u00eb zhvillohen si persona t\u00eb lir\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb ai person nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb intelektual, dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebso rastesh niveli i arsimit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb faktori vendimtar.<br \/>\nArsimi dhe njohurit\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb nevojshme, por jo nj\u00eb arsye e mjaftueshme p\u00ebr dik\u00eb q\u00eb me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb intelektual.<\/p>\n<p>* * *<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb \u00e7do shoq\u00ebri, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare, ekzistojn\u00eb dy kategori t\u00eb intelektual\u00ebve: pseudo apo intelektual\u00eb t\u00eb rrem\u00eb dhe intelektual\u00ebt e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. T\u00eb par\u00ebt jan\u00eb tragjedia &#8211; nj\u00eb fatkeq\u00ebsi p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb, t\u00eb dyt\u00ebt nj\u00eb bekim. N\u00eb qoft\u00eb se n\u00eb vendin e par\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb liria dhe autonomia (e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb e pavarur nga opinioni dhe se nuk pranon urdhra t\u00eb pabazuara nga k\u00ebdo q\u00eb t\u00eb vijn\u00eb), n\u00ebse mungon revolta kund\u00ebr autoritetit, si nj\u00eb pron\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore e intelektualit, nuk i menaxhon veprimet e veta nga nd\u00ebrgjegjja por nga rregullat dhe dispozitat e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, nuk ka p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e liris\u00eb dhe guximin p\u00ebr t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtuar dhun\u00ebn, n\u00ebse i mungojn\u00eb k\u00ebto karakteristika atdhedashurie, burr\u00ebrie dhe fisnik\u00ebrie at\u00ebher\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb pseudo apo intelektual i rrem\u00eb, intelektual zero, servil, legen.<\/p>\n<p>Ai p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson q\u00ebndrime t\u00eb d\u00ebshirueshme dhe popullat\u00ebs i siguron nj\u00eb t\u00eb \u201dv\u00ebrtet\u00eb\u201d t\u00eb pakund\u00ebrshtueshme, pa alternativa. P\u00ebrcakton kufijt\u00eb e asaj q\u00eb mund t\u00eb mendohet dhe thuhet dhe p\u00ebrdor propagand\u00ebn n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb &#8220;nj\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtete&#8221;. Tregon realitetin n\u00eb favorin e m\u00eb t\u00eb fuqishmit. Mb\u00ebshtet g\u00ebnjeshtrat q\u00eb i sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb t\u00eb fuqishmit (padronit) p\u00ebr t\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrkufizim t\u00eb pamjaftuesh\u00ebm t\u00eb realitetit. Konverton shkenc\u00ebn n\u00eb sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtore t\u00eb politik\u00ebs dhe kapitalit joligjor.<\/p>\n<p>* * *<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cilat jan\u00eb karakteristikat kryesore t\u00eb intelektualit t\u00eb rrem\u00eb shqiptar?<\/strong><br \/>\nMe pak fjal\u00eb, intelektuali i rreme nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mbrojt\u00ebs i s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs. Ai e tradhton rolin e tij t\u00eb mbrojt\u00ebsit t\u00eb pavarur t\u00eb s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb bart\u00ebsve t\u00eb pushtetit, udh\u00ebhiqet nga interesat e jo nga e v\u00ebrteta.<\/p>\n<p>Pseudo-intelektuali nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i lir\u00eb dhe i pavarur. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb rrog\u00ebtar, shakaxhi prej t\u00eb cilit padroni, pun\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi, urdh\u00ebrdh\u00ebn\u00ebsi k\u00ebrkon mbulime ideologjike. \u00cbsht\u00eb n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb momentit politik. I sh\u00ebrben \u00e7do padroni. P\u00ebr at\u00eb, masa e mendimit dhe sjelljes \u00ebsht\u00eb autoriteti i padronit dhe bindje ndaj politik\u00ebs s\u00eb tij. Si i till\u00eb distancohet nga rregullat dhe parimet morale. E braktis moralin, t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn, kritikat dhe pyetjet, sidomos pyetjet pse shteti nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe nuk duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb i lir\u00eb dhe i drejt\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Intelektuali i rrem\u00eb i p\u00ebr\u00e7mon argumentet intelektuale dhe tenton rezultatet e drejtp\u00ebrdrejta, ka tendenc\u00eb p\u00ebr d\u00ebshirat dhe q\u00ebllimet e tij personale. P\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitimeve personale braktis iden\u00eb e idealizmit dhe humanizmit. N\u00eb mes interesave personale dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsive, sidomos p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsive morale, si rregull gjithmon\u00eb zgjedh interesat.<\/p>\n<p>Te ai mungon p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia morale q\u00eb do t\u00eb inkurajoj\u00eb at\u00eb t\u00eb merret kund\u00ebr dhun\u00ebs, diskriminimit etnik-racor, padrejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe ndikimin shkat\u00ebrrues t\u00eb regjimeve okupuese, kolonizuese, diktatoriale n\u00eb tokat arb\u00ebrore, sidomos n\u00eb FYROM, Mal t\u00eb Zi, Lugin\u00ebn e Preshev\u00ebs dhe Kosov\u00eb. Ai i ik\u00ebn dhe i shmanget \u00e7do angazhimi dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsie komb\u00ebtare q\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmerret di\u00e7ka efektive p\u00ebr t\u00eb shmangur problemet q\u00eb \u00e7ojn\u00eb drejt\u00eb nj\u00eb katastrofe t\u00eb plot\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Te ai mungon ose ka humbur angazhimi. Ai nuk i edukon dhe as i kualifikon qytetar\u00ebt t\u00eb fitojn\u00eb sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb njohuri q\u00eb t\u00eb munden t\u00eb logjikojn\u00eb, mendojn\u00eb sa m\u00eb sh\u00ebndetsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr gj\u00ebrat, sendet dhe \u00e7\u00ebshtjet ashtu q\u00eb p\u00ebr shembull t\u00eb munden t\u00eb zbulojn\u00eb \u201cIndustrin\u00eb e opinionit publik\u201d si nj\u00eb manipulim i pafytyr\u00eb t\u00eb masave. As nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i angazhuar n\u00eb l\u00ebvizjet q\u00eb jan\u00eb duke i rezistuar dhun\u00ebs, varf\u00ebris\u00eb, mjerimit &#8211; t\u00eb cil\u00ebt promovojn\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrjen e gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjet sociale dhe publike. Ai angazhohet vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr interesat e tij t\u00eb ngushta q\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb tejkalohen. Angazhohet n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb kolonizuese apo  antikomb\u00ebtare dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim predikon dhe mbron pasivitetin politik.<\/p>\n<p>Intelektual\u00ebve fals u mungon t\u00eb menduarit kritik. Ai nuk ka q\u00ebndrim p\u00ebr idet\u00eb e tij personale, por as t\u00eb bot\u00ebs n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ai jeton. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb natyr\u00ebn e tij q\u00eb ai vazhdimisht t\u00eb rishqyrtoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha vlerat. \u00cbsht\u00eb i rob\u00ebruar nga pik\u00ebpamjet mbizot\u00ebruese t\u00eb bot\u00ebs ku jeton dhe thjesht\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb ideolog shtet\u00ebror n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb rendit ekzistues, por jo t\u00eb progresit njer\u00ebzor.<\/p>\n<p>Pseudo apo intelektual\u00ebt fals t\u00eb trojeve shqiptare, jan\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb servil, vart\u00ebs t\u00eb bindur, karikatura intelektuale dhe karrierist\u00eb hije. K\u00ebto jan\u00eb ato grupet e privilegjuara t\u00eb cil\u00ebt n\u00eb trojet arb\u00ebrore titullohen kinse si elitat intelektuale, dometh\u00ebn\u00eb &#8220;krer\u00ebt e zgjedhur&#8221;, &#8220;lule&#8221; dhe &#8220;krem&#8221; e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Ata jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e aparatit t\u00eb pushtetit dhe fuqia e tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb e madhe, sepse ata keqp\u00ebrdorin institucionet legale ligjore p\u00ebr t\u00eb promovuar interesat e tyre personale.<br \/>\nN\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet interesave personale jan\u00eb t\u00eb lidhur me elit\u00ebn e pushtetit dhe t\u00eb gjitha njohurit\u00eb e tyre i p\u00ebrdorin n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb pushtetar\u00ebve.<br \/>\nE kan\u00eb shitur shpirtin p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfitime personale dhe egoizmit; atje ku egoizmi \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb veprim, nuk ka prishje t\u00eb qet\u00ebsis\u00eb publike.<\/p>\n<p>Duke v\u00ebn\u00eb nevojat apo d\u00ebshirat e tyre mbi nevojat, d\u00ebshirat dhe interesat e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht t\u00eb varfanjak\u00ebve, por edhe mbi interesat e Per\u00ebndis\u00eb, duke k\u00ebnaqur dhe p\u00ebrmbushur vet\u00ebm vullnetin e tij, n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebnaq edhe Per\u00ebndin\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrmbush edhe vullnetin e Tij, e shnd\u00ebrron vetveten n\u00eb thelbin e t\u00eb gjitha m\u00ebkateve t\u00eb cilat do t`i paguaje shtrenjt\u00eb pas vdekjes, n\u00eb at\u00eb bot\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, por sipas gjitha gjasave edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb bot\u00eb&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Intelektual\u00ebt e till\u00eb, nuk mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb pishtar\u00eb-mbajt\u00ebsit e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebrimit t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, as q\u00eb mund t\u00eb kontribuojn\u00eb p\u00ebr prosperitetin, mir\u00ebqenien, dekolonizimin, ribashkimin, lirin\u00eb dhe demokratizimin e mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare. Nuk mund ta \u00e7ojn\u00eb kombin  n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn drejt horizontit t\u00eb nj\u00eb jete t\u00eb lumtur dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb. Intelektual\u00ebt e till\u00eb jan\u00eb &#8220;pesh\u00eb rreth qaf\u00ebs\u201d s\u00eb  kombit. Ata jan\u00eb gremisje e tij.<\/p>\n<p>* * *<\/p>\n<p>Cilat jan\u00eb karakteristikat themelore t\u00eb nj\u00eb intelektuali t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb shqiptar?<br \/>\nAi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb roje dhe pronar i gjykimit t\u00eb pavarur, besnik vet\u00ebm i t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs.<br \/>\nTe e v\u00ebrteta vjen me metodat kritike duke zbuluar dhe kuptuar alternativ\u00ebn, e cila ofron d\u00ebshmi. P\u00ebrdor dialogun dhe konsideron t\u00eb gjitha opsionet n\u00eb dispozicion p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur te e v\u00ebrteta.<\/p>\n<p>Masa e vetme \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjja e tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb vepruar n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me parimet e s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs dhe moralit. Inkurajon t\u00eb shtypurit p\u00ebr t\u00eb zhvilluar nj\u00eb vet\u00ebdije kritike p\u00ebr t\u00eb luftuar p\u00ebr realizimin e interesave dhe mendimeve t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Ndahet-distancohet nga sh\u00ebrbimi i politik\u00ebs ditore dhe zot\u00ebruesve t\u00eb pushtetit. Trim\u00ebrisht angazhohet n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb moralit, duke d\u00ebnuar padrejt\u00ebsit\u00eb, por edhe ata \u201cintelektual\u00eb\u201d q\u00eb e tradhtuan thirrjen e tyre profesionale dhe u rreshtuan n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb pushtetit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt heshtin p\u00ebr gabimet, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur status quo.<\/p>\n<p>Intelektuali i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb nuk synon rezultate t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejta, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb skllav i d\u00ebshirave t\u00eb tij, nuk i v\u00ebn\u00eb nevojat dhe d\u00ebshirat e tij mbi nevojat, d\u00ebshirat dhe interesat e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve.<br \/>\nAi publikisht vepron n\u00eb pajtim me detyrat e tij t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta. Vepron n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb arsyes dhe nxjerr n\u00eb pah gabimet e veta kur ai \u00ebsht\u00eb i bindur se ato jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb. Arsyesh\u00ebm vler\u00ebson kushtet sociale, politike dhe kulturore n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat jeton. Ai ka nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi morale q\u00eb inkurajon angazhimin kund\u00ebr dhun\u00ebs, padrejt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe efekteve fatale t\u00eb regjimeve diktatoriale n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe trojet tjera etnike. Nuk u shmanget p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsive morale p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb rrezikut t\u00eb supozuar. K\u00ebrkon dhe insiston n\u00eb normat morale. Vendosm\u00ebrisht angazhohet kund\u00ebr dominimit t\u00eb diktatit dhe mbrojtjes s\u00eb moralit, si dhe nj\u00eb vizioni m\u00eb human i t\u00eb ardhmes p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur shpres\u00ebn se kombi mund t\u00eb gjej\u00eb nj\u00eb rrug\u00ebdalje nga kjo situat\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuese n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn gjendet.<br \/>\nAi  shpreh shpres\u00ebn dhe zgjon nga gjumi shqisat e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb zbuluar t\u00eb reja dhe m\u00eb t\u00eb mira dhe nuk lejon q\u00eb zakonet, sidomos ato me karakter rob\u00ebrie, t\u00eb mbisundojn\u00eb jet\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Ai jeton p\u00ebr iden\u00eb, jo nga ideja. Nuk i ik\u00ebn kritik\u00ebs ndaj tij dhe t\u00eb kritikoj tjer\u00ebt. P\u00ebr at\u00eb kritika \u00ebsht\u00eb thirrje e tij autentike si mjet e besueshme kund\u00ebr p\u00ebrshtatshm\u00ebris\u00eb, p\u00ebrgjumjes, si nj\u00eb ila\u00e7 kund\u00ebr apatis\u00eb, indiferenc\u00ebs, pajtimit me fatin.<\/p>\n<p>Ai vazhdimisht rishqyrton vlerat, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe t\u00eb vetat, q\u00eb si i till\u00eb t\u00eb mbahet n\u00eb nivel t\u00eb denj\u00eb intelektual t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb vlerave universale t\u00eb njeriut dhe t\u00eb s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs, liris\u00eb, barazis\u00eb, solidaritetit dhe drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb sociale.<br \/>\nAi \u00ebsht\u00eb i angazhuar n\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimin e nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb demokratike dhe n\u00eb at\u00eb drejtim dhe n\u00eb ato kushte nd\u00ebrton dhe trajnon publikun p\u00ebr t\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar, p\u00ebr t\u00eb refuzuar stereotipet dhe pranon gj\u00ebrat ashtu si jan\u00eb. <\/p>\n<p>Angazhohet t\u00eb heq nga mendja e kombit bindjen (n\u00ebnshtrimin) dhe vullnetin p\u00ebr t`u p\u00ebrshtatur. Inkurajon edhe pjes\u00ebmarrjen e qytetar\u00ebve n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjet publike dhe v\u00ebzhgimit kritik t\u00eb gjendjes aktuale t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb.
