P\u00ebrfundimi i par\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb kund\u00ebr nesh, kund\u00ebr meje, kund\u00ebr miqve t\u00eb mi gazetar\u00eb, q\u00eb u angazhuan n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb betej\u00eb, kund\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebve q\u00eb k\u00ebrkuan largimin e tij dhe atyre politikan\u00ebve q\u00eb nuk u pajtuan me k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Deri tani ne kemi nj\u00eb ndarje t\u00eb qart\u00eb t\u00eb armiqve t\u00eb Guvernatorit, q\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi hyjn\u00eb tek opionioni publik, dhe po ashtu nj\u00eb list\u00eb t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr t\u00eb miqve t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb t\u00eb Fullanit (emrin s\u2019po ia p\u00ebrmend se e ka t\u00eb paqart\u00eb dhe vet\u00eb si quhet). Por mes mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsve t\u00eb tij publik dhe kritik\u00ebve t\u00eb tij publik, dominon nj\u00eb shumic\u00eb e heshtur, e cila e ka braktisur Fullanin, duke mos i dal\u00eb zot qokave t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>Miku i tij m\u00eb i madh deri tani \u00ebsht\u00eb Sali Berisha. Ai ka dal\u00eb publikisht i qart\u00eb, i vendosur, dhe i angazhuar ta mbroj\u00eb deri n\u00eb fund. Ka shkuar dhe m\u00eb tej duke angazhuar familjen, mbesat, dh\u00ebndrin, djalin e \u00e7far\u00eb ka, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur dhe familjen e Guvernatorit, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast nj\u00eb analogji me sulmet q\u00eb i jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb familjes s\u00eb tij, q\u00eb pla\u00e7kiti k\u00ebt\u00eb vend. Aq tutje ka shkuar, sa as Lulzim Basha s\u2019ka guxuar t\u00eb thot\u00eb nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb kund\u00ebr skandalit, duke u vet\u00ebshpallur lideri opozitar m\u00eb i tredhur n\u00eb bot\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb mik i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb i Fullanit u tregua ambasadori Arvizu. Kan\u00eb qen\u00eb miq prej koh\u00ebsh dhe i ka dal\u00eb n\u00eb krah sa her\u00eb q\u00eb media e ka prekur zotin Fullani.<\/p>\n<p>Sot ai ishte formalisht korrekt n\u00eb at\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb tha me z\u00eb, para Bank\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, por \u00ebsht\u00eb nga rastet e pakta kur ka m\u00eb shum\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi figura se sa z\u00ebri. Ai ishte aty n\u00eb vendin e gabuar, duke marr\u00eb p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr nj\u00eb zem\u00ebrim t\u00eb pamerituar t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve, si at\u00ebher\u00eb kur i tha Berish\u00ebs \u2018burr\u00eb shteti\u2019 pasi vrau kat\u00ebr vet\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Por miqt\u00eb dhe armiqt\u00eb e hapur t\u00eb Fullanit duhen respektuar. E kan\u00eb zgjedhur t\u00eb jen\u00eb ashtu.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebqinj se ata, jan\u00eb miqt\u00eb e heshtur t\u00eb Fullanit. Ata nuk po e mbrojn\u00eb, por nuk po flasin kund\u00ebr tij. Po heshtin mediat q\u00eb e kishin sponsor t\u00eb tyre dhe gaztor oborri, si\u00e7 po heshtin deputet\u00ebt q\u00eb kan\u00eb votuar nga e majta dhe e djathta pro tij. Po heshtin ata q\u00eb u ka marr\u00eb n\u00eb pun\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt, mbesat, kunatat, dh\u00ebndur\u00ebt dhe v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit. Kjo tregon se askush nuk e ka pasur mik p\u00ebr personalitetin e tij, por p\u00ebr qokat e tij. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb sot m\u00eb i vetmuar se kurr\u00eb, pasi t\u00eb gjith\u00eb kan\u00eb n\u00eb mendje Fullanin e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Guvernatori Fullani \u00ebsht\u00eb sot nj\u00eb njeri n\u00eb nevoj\u00eb. Ai ka kund\u00ebr opinionin publik, nuk ka mb\u00ebshtetjen politike t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb, ka marr\u00eb sinjale t\u00eb qarta p\u00ebr largim nga koalicioni PS- LSI, pavar\u00ebsisht se ka nj\u00eb kudjes t\u00eb mos shkelet n\u00eb fush\u00eb t\u00eb minuar, n\u00eb nj\u00eb institucion ku dreqi e di se \u00e7far\u00eb ka ndodhur me parat\u00eb tona.<\/p>\n<p>Por pas mbledhjes s\u00eb sotme t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit, ekziston nj\u00eb pozicion i v\u00ebshtir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u mir\u00ebkuptuar nga sot e tutje. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb pozicioni i Ermelinda Meksit. Kjo zonj\u00eb u b\u00eb popullore, kur u citua nga media se ka k\u00ebrkuar dorh\u00ebqjen e Fullanit. N\u00eb fakt n\u00eb at\u00eb mbledhje nuk u arrit t\u00eb b\u00ebhej ndonj\u00eb betej\u00eb e till\u00eb, p\u00ebr shkak se zonja Meksi ka vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb vot\u00eb, por ne ia quajt\u00ebm k\u00ebt\u00eb betej\u00eb, pasi n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast vlen dhe d\u00ebshira.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo e mori p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr faktin q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb luft\u00ebtare kund\u00ebr tij dhe k\u00ebrkon dor\u00ebheqjen e tij. Sot kjo histori u rimbyll nga K\u00ebshilli. Ai as q\u00eb pranoi t\u00eb diskutohej fare kjo gj\u00eb. N\u00ebse ky K\u00ebshill nuk do t\u00eb shkarkohet apo pezullohet nga qeveria dhe Kuvendi n\u00eb shtator, ndoshta Fullani nuk do ik\u00eb kurr\u00eb nga ajo karrige. K\u00ebshilli s\u00ebrish nuk e ka regjistruar mbledhjen e b\u00ebr\u00eb, s\u00ebrish ne nuk dim\u00eb n\u00ebse u p\u00ebrlot Civici apo ul\u00ebriti Kulja, n\u00ebse foli Milo apo heshti Golemi. Dim\u00eb vet\u00ebm q\u00eb Fullani mbijetoi pa u shqyrtuar fare k\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr shkarkim.<\/p>\n<p>Tani zonja Meksi nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb edhe heroin\u00eb e luft\u00ebs kund\u00ebr Fullanit, edhe pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb institucioni q\u00eb mban n\u00eb detyr\u00eb Fullanin. Ajo duhet t\u00eb shk\u00ebputet nga lista e miqve dhe armiq\u00ebve t\u00eb paqart\u00eb t\u00eb Guvernatorit.<\/p>\n<p>Zonja Meksi duhet t\u00eb zgjedh\u00eb t\u00eb rrij\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb K\u00ebshill dhe t\u00eb ik\u00eb bashk\u00eb me ta kur t\u2019u vij\u00eb dita, ose t\u00eb ik\u00eb tani p\u00ebr t\u2019u treguar se ajo nuk mund t\u00eb paguhet prej tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb justifikuar garnitur\u00ebn ligjore t\u00eb pushtetit t\u00eb Fullanit.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshilli Mbik\u00ebqyr\u00ebs nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb parlament, nuk p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson vullnete politike dhe as nuk e ka p\u00ebr detyr\u00eb t\u00eb votohet n\u00eb baz\u00eb d\u00ebshirash. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb institucion administrativ, p\u00ebrzgjidhet nga ligji dhe duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb detyr\u00ebn si mbik\u00ebqyr\u00ebs t\u00eb ligjit. N\u00ebse zonja Meksi \u00ebsht\u00eb e bindur se an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e tjer\u00eb t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit po b\u00ebhen badigard\u00eb t\u00eb Fullanit p\u00ebr ta mbrojtur at\u00eb nga shkelja e ligjit, duhet t\u00eb mos rrij\u00eb m\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb tavolin\u00eb me ta. Her\u00ebt a von\u00eb politika do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyj\u00eb dhe do t\u00eb marr\u00eb nj\u00eb vendim kund\u00ebr tyre. At\u00ebhere do t\u00eb jet\u00eb von\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u ndar\u00eb nga tufa.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk them se duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhet heroin\u00eb anti- Fullan, mund t\u00eb dhe t\u00eb rrij\u00eb bashk\u00eb me t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, por n\u00ebse ka kuptim ndonj\u00eb gjest heroik n\u00eb at\u00eb institucion, \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb largohesh kur beteja jote k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb p\u00ebrdor\u00eb si garnitur\u00eb. Si\u00e7 ndodh r\u00ebndom me fatin e heronjve, ata nuk mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb edhe heronj, edhe t\u00eb gjall\u00eb p\u00ebr ta lexuar emrin e tyre n\u00eb pllak\u00ebn e lapidarit. Ngjash\u00ebm, zonja Meksi nuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb edhe heroin\u00eb kund\u00ebr tij, edhe pjes\u00eb e nj\u00eb instrumenti q\u00eb po e mban at\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet, pasi do t\u00eb dukej si nj\u00eb heroiz\u00ebm me pages\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse nuk largohet, \u00ebsht\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe t\u00eb mos ia zbukuroj\u00eb fitoren Fullanit duke vazhduar t\u00eb flas\u00eb pas mbledhjeve kund\u00ebr tij. Ajo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb luft\u00eb politike me t\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb betej\u00eb p\u00ebr institucionin, i cili ose e ka shkelur ligjin, ose nuk e ka shkelur.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshilli Mbik\u00ebqyr\u00ebs i Bank\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb vendi m\u00eb i paguar n\u00eb shtetin shqiptar, me nj\u00eb diferenc\u00eb t\u00eb madhe nga piramida e shtetit shqiptar dhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb kontrast t\u00eb thell\u00eb mes shp\u00ebrblimit financiar dhe angazhimeve q\u00eb kan\u00eb. Drejtuesit dhe an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e K\u00ebshillit marrin paga plus bonuse af\u00ebrsisht 120 mij\u00eb dollar\u00eb n\u00eb vit, kredi me 0.5 p\u00ebrqind interes p\u00ebr tridhjet\u00eb vjet, dhe kan\u00eb marr si t\u00eb tilla rreth 1 milion euro gjat\u00eb vitit 2013. Gjithsej vet\u00ebm K\u00ebshilli na ka shpenzuar vitin q\u00eb shkoi 2.6 milion\u00eb euro. K\u00ebto jan\u00eb t\u00eb shkruara n\u00eb vet\u00eb raportin e Bank\u00ebs n\u00eb faqen 154-155. Ajo \u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar kaq shum\u00eb, kur \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur t\u00eb paguhen, \u00ebsht\u00eb fatura e p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb q\u00eb ata kan\u00eb p\u00ebr Bank\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Si\u00e7 po e shikojm\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nj\u00eb K\u00ebshill t\u00eb pap\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm, q\u00eb nuk ka merituar parat\u00eb tona, besimin ton\u00eb dhe nuk ka zbatuar as detyr\u00ebn e tij si mbik\u00ebqyr\u00ebs i Bank\u00ebs. Aty brenda mund t\u00eb rrish, por jo si luft\u00ebtar.
