Ashtu si kudo n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb edhe n\u00eb krahin\u00ebn e \u00c7am\u00ebris\u00eb u b\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje t\u00eb shumta p\u00ebr p\u00ebrhapjen e m\u00ebsimit shqip dhe p\u00ebr \u00e7eljen e shkollave n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn amtare. K\u00ebshtu, n\u00eb vitet e fundit t\u00eb shekullit t\u00eb 19-t\u00eb, atdhetari Rexhep Demi e bashk\u00ebrendoi pun\u00ebn me Sabri Prevez\u00ebn (1862-1929), me synimin kryesor p\u00ebrhapjen e shkrimit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb \u00c7am\u00ebrin\u00eb. U dend\u00ebsua edhe puna p\u00ebr shp\u00ebrndarjen e librave dhe t\u00eb gazetave shqipe, si n\u00eb \u00c7am\u00ebri dhe n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e Jugut. Vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Prevez\u00eb, Sabriu ua kishte m\u00ebsuar shkrimin e leximin shqip disa bashkatdhetar\u00ebve. M\u00eb 1899, ai i shkruante shoq\u00ebris\u00eb “Dituria” t\u00eb Bukureshtit, me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn mbante lidhje t\u00eb vazhdueshme:<\/p>\n

“Duhet t\u00eb zgjojm\u00eb ata m\u00ebmdhetar\u00eb, q\u00eb gjenden n\u00eb gjum\u00eb e t\u00eb mos i trembemi Fizanit dhe Bosforit, se posa u tremb\u00ebm k\u00ebtyre…s’ fitojm\u00eb gj\u00ebkafsh\u00eb. Andaj duhet t\u00eb kemi guxim e shpejtim n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbes\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebm\u00ebdhes\u00eb, sa q\u00eb t\u00eb fitojm\u00eb q\u00ebllimin. K\u00ebtu n\u00eb Prevez\u00eb, tashti…zun\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebsojn\u00eb shqipen, pa na duhen abetare t\u00eb m\u00ebdha dhe t\u00eb vogla. Sabri Preveza<\/strong>, si shum\u00eb atdhetar\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb pen\u00ebs e t\u00eb pushk\u00ebs, u p\u00ebrfshi nga vala e kryengritjeve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha antiosmane t\u00eb viteve 1910-1912, q\u00eb \u00e7uan n\u00eb shpalljen e Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, m\u00eb 28 N\u00ebntor 1912. (M\u00eb 1925, i ndjekur nga shovinist\u00ebt grek\u00eb, ai u vendos n\u00eb Sarand\u00eb, ku dhe vdiq).<\/p>\n

\"\" Po t\u00ebr\u00eb kjo veprimtari atdhetare e arsimore t\u00ebrhoqi v\u00ebmendjen e qarqeve shoviniste dhe prandaj iu kund\u00ebrvun\u00eb p\u00ebrhap\u00ebsve t\u00eb shqipes. Ashtu si n\u00eb krahinat e tjera t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, ata u v\u00ebrsul\u00ebn me ashp\u00ebrsi edhe ndaj atdhetar\u00ebve n\u00eb \u00c7am\u00ebri. M\u00eb n\u00eb fund, n\u00eb vitin 1900 e arrestuan Rexhp Demin<\/strong>, n\u00eb Filat dhe e d\u00ebrguan n\u00eb Janin\u00eb, qendra e vilajetit. I kontrolluan sht\u00ebpin\u00eb, sidomos p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur libra shqipe, gj\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebr shovinist\u00ebt p\u00ebrb\u00ebnte \u201cfaj\u201d t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb. Librat e gazetat shqipe, q\u00eb iu gjet\u00ebn, ia mor\u00ebn t\u00eb gjitha. P\u00ebr “krimin”, q\u00eb kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb, ky atdhetar u mbajt dy vjet n\u00eb burgjet e mykura t\u00eb Janin\u00ebs. Por edhe aty ai nuk u t\u00ebrhoq nga puna e tij e frytshme p\u00ebr m\u00ebsimin e shqipes. N\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me nx\u00ebn\u00ebsin e tij, Qamil \u00c7ami, themeluan nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri t\u00eb fsheht\u00eb, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn b\u00ebnin pjes\u00eb me dhjet\u00ebra nx\u00ebn\u00ebs. Ajo mori emrin simbolik “V\u00ebllaz\u00ebria”.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebr synimet kryesore t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj Shoq\u00ebrie, ishte m\u00ebsimi i gjuh\u00ebs amtare shqipe. K\u00ebshtu, pas p\u00ebrgatitjeve t\u00eb duhura, u arrit q\u00eb m\u00eb 7 shtator 1908, n\u00eb Filat, t\u00eb \u00e7eleshin dyert e nj\u00eb shkolle fillore n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe. N\u00eb nj\u00eb telegram, t\u00eb d\u00ebrguar nga Musa Demi, thuhej: “Me gaz t\u00eb madh u japim nj\u00eb sihari,q se sot \u00e7elm\u00eb k\u00ebtu, me shum\u00eb lavd\u00ebri, nj\u00eb shkoll\u00eb shqip dhe b\u00ebm\u00eb disa fjal\u00eb m\u00ebm\u00ebdhetarisht”.(Gaz. “Lirija”, Selanik, 14.09.1908, faqe 2). Af\u00ebrsisht, po n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb u hap nj\u00eb shkoll\u00eb tjet\u00ebr shqipe n\u00eb Luros t\u00eb \u00c7am\u00ebris\u00eb. M\u00ebsuesit e par\u00eb t\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs s\u00eb Filatit ishin: Qamil Izet \u00c7ami, drejtor e m\u00ebsues dhe Hamit Demi, m\u00ebsues. Shpejt ata mor\u00ebm masa dhe p\u00ebr kurse mbr\u00ebmjeje, ku t\u00eb rriturit m\u00ebsonin shkrim e k\u00ebndim shqip.<\/p>\n

Reaksioni i armiq\u00ebve ishte i madh, nd\u00ebrsa vendosm\u00ebria e m\u00ebsuesve dhe e prind\u00ebrve ishin p\u00ebr ta vazhduar me \u00e7do \u00e7mim pun\u00ebn e nisur. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb, m\u00ebsues Qamili shkroi edhe disa vargje, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat shprehej me entusiaz\u00ebm: “E hap\u00ebn e u g\u00ebzuan (shqiptar\u00ebt, shkoll\u00ebn),\/ grek\u00ebt e djallit u helmuan,\/ \u00e7ami, bir’ i astritit\/ i dha d\u00ebrrm\u00ebn moraitit”. V\u00ebshtir\u00ebsit\u00eb p\u00ebr libra e mjete m\u00ebsimore ishin t\u00eb shumta. Por vet\u00eb m\u00ebsuesi Izet \u00c7ami punoi p\u00ebr p\u00ebrkthimin e materialeve t\u00eb duhura nga gjuha fr\u00ebnge. (Ibrahim D. Hoxha, gaz. “\u00c7am\u00ebria”, 18.04.1991, faqe 6)
\nVeprimtarin\u00eb e tij, n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb arsimit komb\u00ebtar, Qamil \u00c7ami e vijoi m\u00eb tej, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb mundur ngritjen e nj\u00eb shkolle t\u00eb mesme shqipe, po me qend\u00ebr n\u00eb Filat. Nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, aty do t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatiteshin m\u00ebsuesit e rinj p\u00ebr t\u00eb hapur shkolla shqipe, kryesisht n\u00eb Jug t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj periudhe, ai bashk\u00ebpunoi me shtypin e koh\u00ebs, sidomos me gazet\u00ebn “Zgjimi i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb”, q\u00eb dilte n\u00eb Janin\u00eb dhe shkroi vjersha me tem\u00eb atdhetare. T\u00ebr\u00eb kjo veprimtari i eg\u00ebrsoi shovinist\u00ebt, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e vler\u00ebsuan “njeri t\u00eb rreziksh\u00ebm”, e pushuan nga puna dhe e internuan n\u00eb nj\u00eb fshat, af\u00ebr Edrenes\u00eb. Megjithat\u00eb, nuk iu bind urdh\u00ebrit, por rroku arm\u00ebt, doli n\u00eb mal dhe u bashkua me \u00e7etat kryengrit\u00ebse. Pas shpalljes s\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, u vu me t\u00eb gjitha dijet e aft\u00ebsit\u00eb e tij n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb arsimit komb\u00ebtar. Mori pjes\u00eb aktive n\u00eb Revolucionin e Qershorit 1924 dhe e caktuan drejtor shkolle n\u00eb Konispol. M\u00eb pas, e transferuan m\u00ebsues n\u00eb fshatra t\u00eb Beratit dhe, m\u00eb 1930, n\u00eb konviktin “\u00c7am\u00ebria”-Sarand\u00eb. Por, pas tre vjet\u00ebsh, kur Qamili kishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb aq shum\u00eb p\u00ebr Atdheun e arsimin n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn shqipe, vdiq n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn 48-vje\u00e7are.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb vazhdim t\u00eb pun\u00ebs s\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb, n\u00eb pranver\u00ebn e vitit 1910 funksiononin disa shkolla shqipe, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 asaj t\u00eb Filatit e Mallakastr\u00ebs s\u00eb \u00c7am\u00ebris\u00eb. T\u00eb tilla ishin shkollat n\u00eb: Konispol, Ninat, Kosk\u00eb, Janjar, Konic\u00eb e Mazarek. N\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn Mesare t\u00eb Leskovikut ishte m\u00ebsues Haki Glina, intelektual “mjaft i njohur midis atdhetar\u00ebve”. Detyr\u00ebn e m\u00ebsuesit sh\u00ebtit\u00ebs p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00ebt \u00e7am\u00eb e kryen disa intelektual\u00eb atdhetare, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebt u dallua Hamza Tatzati e t\u00eb tjer\u00eb.<\/p>\n

E njohur \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe ndihmesa, q\u00eb dha atdhetari Dervish Hima, n\u00eb ver\u00ebn e vitit 1911. Ai grumbulloi “t\u00eb holla p\u00ebr t\u00eb themeluar shkoll\u00eb shqipe n\u00eb Filat t\u00eb \u00c7am\u00ebris\u00eb”, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn shkruante se: “Kjo shkoll\u00eb do t\u00eb jet\u00eb shum\u00eb e dobishme p\u00ebr ne dhe un\u00eb po p\u00ebrdor gjith\u00eb vullnetin tim dhe gjith\u00eb energjin\u00eb time p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur suksesin e saj”. P\u00ebrpjekje u b\u00ebn\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr hapjen e shkoll\u00ebs s\u00eb Janjarit. P\u00ebr shkollat shqipe n\u00eb Filat u caktua si p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs Qamil Efendiu, por n\u00eb pun\u00ebn e tij i dol\u00ebn shum\u00eb pengesa nga autoritetet qeveritare.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb Prevez\u00eb u k\u00ebrkua me ngulm q\u00eb m\u00ebsimi i shqipes t\u00eb futej, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 idadijes, edhe n\u00eb shkollat fillore turke. T\u00eb pap\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb p\u00ebrhapjen vullnetarisht t\u00eb m\u00ebsimit t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs amtare te f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e t\u00eb rriturit u treguan intelektual\u00ebt atdhetar\u00eb Qamil \u00c7ami, Musa Demi e t\u00eb tjer\u00eb. Atdhetar\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb shtruan detyr\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjen e m\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb shqipes n\u00eb shkollat pedagogjike, q\u00eb u menduan t\u00eb hapen n\u00eb Margariti e Janin\u00eb. (Dr. Apostol Pango, Sarand\u00eb, 28.02.1999).<\/p>\n

Pra, gjat\u00eb viteve 1908-1912, ashtu si n\u00eb krahinat e tjera, m\u00ebsimi i shqipes n\u00eb \u00c7am\u00ebri mori p\u00ebrhapje edhe jasht\u00eb dyerve t\u00eb shkollave shqipe. Sali Filati (\u00c7eka) shkruante k\u00ebshtu: “\u00c7am\u00ebria sot mori nj\u00eb l\u00ebvizje p\u00ebrparimi. Ky \u00e7ip i vjet\u00ebr i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb ngreh gjerdhet nga kop\u00ebshtrat e dituris\u00eb dhe sheh bilbil\u00ebt, lulet, fatbardh\u00ebsin\u00eb e qytet\u00ebrimit”.(Gaz. “Kor\u00e7a”, nr. 9, 20.05.1910).<\/p>\n

N\u00eb vitet e m\u00ebvonshme, m\u00ebsimi n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn amtare shqipe n\u00eb krahin\u00ebn e \u00c7am\u00ebris\u00eb u p\u00ebrball me rrethanat e v\u00ebshtira historike, q\u00eb u krijuan si pasoj\u00eb e shp\u00ebrguljeve masive t\u00eb atyre banor\u00ebve, larg trojeve t\u00eb tyre t\u00eb st\u00ebrlashta shqiptare. Megjithat\u00eb, kudo q\u00eb i \u00e7uan val\u00ebt e jet\u00ebs, n\u00eb zemrat e tyre mbeti kurdoher\u00eb e gjall\u00eb dhe pashuar dashuria p\u00ebr shkronjat dhe fjal\u00ebn e \u00ebmb\u00ebl shqipe.<\/p>\n
