N\u00eb vitin 1998, mbaroi p\u00ebrs\u00ebri studimet e larta n\u00eb universitetin Camerino t\u00eb Italis\u00eb, ku mbrojti titullin Doktor n\u00eb shkencat farmaceutike, pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb studimin e bim\u00ebsis\u00eb mjeksore t\u00eb alpeve t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb An\u00ebtar i Lidhjes s\u00eb Shkrimtarve dhe Artist\u00ebve n\u00eb qytetin ku jeton, n\u00eb Itali. Antar i Liges Boterore t\u00eb Poeteve Kontemporen (World Poets Society W.P.S.).<\/p>\n<p>Antar i lidhjes s\u00eb shkrimtarve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.
