U munduan dhe u stermunduan ta sundonin por ishte e kot\u00eb. Toka e shqiponjave nuk u mbosht kurr nga asnje armik. Kjo tok dhe ky popull mban mbi supe nje histori, trashigimi dhe nje vler te malle pasurore minerale dhe natyrale gje qe kohet e fundit po tregon nje interes te mall tek te huajt. Te gjitha kto lufra dhe pushtime i kaluam, kaluam regjimin e Zogut, kaluam 50 vite komunizem por tani me duket se ka mberritur pushtuesi me i keq qe mund te ket shkelur ne ket tok\u00eb. Me e keqja e kti pushtuesi esht ky vet esht i brendshem. Ky pushtues quhet Edvin Rama. Qe me ardhjen e ti ne pushtet jan ber shum transformime ne istitucione por edhe ne cdo gje tjeter qe ka te bej me Republiken e Shqiperis.<\/p>\n<p>Ndryshimi i rralles apo me mir te themi &#8221; katastrofa e rralles &#8221; ka te bej me ate qe ai e quan &#8220;Reform territoriale &#8221; . Me kte reform ai parashikon qe zvogeloj numrin e te punesuarve dhe njekohesisht te krijoj edhe shum probleme te tjera qe do vin pas . Ne kte rast un desha te ndalem tek ajo cka me shqeteson mua dhe nje pupull te ter . Behet fjal per zonen e Dukagjinit te cilen disa idiot dhe dashakqi po tentojn ta zhdukin fare nga harta e Shqiperis . Po si mund te zhduket nje emer qe la gjurm ne histori . Cilet jan kta persona qe po e bejn kte pun dhe cili esht qellimi i tyre . Nuk jam aspak kunder ndarjes territoriale por ama ne menyr te rregullt dhe te kontrolluar .<\/p>\n<p>Ndarja qe sot po flitet lart e posht e cenon ne menyr te drejtperdrejt Dukagjinin dhe banoret e ti . Jam i mendimit qe kjo ndarje e kesaj menyre esht e qellimshme . Nqs ndarja do ishte e rregullt ateher 5 komunat aktuale te Dukagjinit do te mblidheshin bashk ne nje komun te vetme . Por kta maskarenj ne menyr te qellimshme per te ndar Dukagjinin ne shum copa i kan shperndar komunat e ti ne disa deg . Esht turp te degjohet kjo ndarje qe ata mendojn dhe jo me te veprohet keshtu . Esht ber nje peticion i cili esht derguar ne instancat me te larta shtetrore dhe pritet qe pergjigja te jet pozitive . Shum dukagjinas dhe dukagjinase jan bashkuar ne kte hall te mall qe po kalon Dukagjini , hall qe ndoshta neser mund te kaloj ne nje fatkeqsi per zon historike por njekohesisht edhe turistike .<\/p>\n<p>Me kte rast ju bej thirrje te gjith dukagjinasve te mi kudo qe ndollen ane e mban boten popullit thjesht por edhe atyre qe punojn ne dikastere apo cdo dhoj pune dhe profesioni duke u nisur nga murator , bujq , blektor , marangoz , polic , shites te thjesht por edhe atyre beznesmen , kryetar komunash por edhe keshilltar dhe anetar tyre , kengetar , , muzikant , tekst shkrues dhe te gjith ju qe drejtoni institucione kulture duke ja filluar qe nga mesuesi i thjesht dhe me lart duke mos perjashtuar ketu as kishen katolikete cilen kjo zon nuk e tradhetoj kurr . Me pak fjal ju drejtohem te gjith Dukagjinasve ju lutem , ju lutem , ju lutem , ktheni syt dhe vemendjen nga toka qe ju lindi dhe ju beri te ndiheni krenar kudo qe ju shkuat . Sot kjo tok dhe ky emer ka nevoj per ju te gjith , te cdo moshe qofshi ju , te cdo bindjeje partiake dhe te cdo zone te Dukagjinit .
