Kam admiruar p\u00ebrher\u00eb urtin\u00eb, paqen dhe prehjen e saj, po si mund t\u00eb jesh i lumur nd\u00ebr njer\u00ebz t\u00eb trishtuar? P\u00ebrve\u00e7 n\u00ebse indinjata kthehet n\u00eb Rezistenc\u00eb, e cila, nga ana e saj (Hessel), nj\u00ebjt\u00ebsohet me krijimin. Ndaj ajo, me gjas\u00eb, flet m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr individin dhe raportin e tij t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb me mallkimin e ep\u00ebrm q\u00eb beh n\u00eb form\u00ebn e riqarkullimit nd\u00ebshkues t\u00eb ekzistencave, e m\u00eb pak p\u00ebr dram\u00ebn e popujve t\u00eb shtypur. Kur nx\u00ecn horizonti n\u00eb tokat amtare, sikur nuk m\u00eb ndih dot. M\u00eb ngjan e larg\u00ebt dhe eterike&#8230;Dhe kthej me bes\u00eb tek mend\u00ebsia shqiptare: e pashkruar, por e skalitur e kanonizuar n\u00eb shpirtin pararend\u00ebs. Aty gjej p\u00ebrgjigjen e sfidave. Ato, lidhkat dhe shnyj\u00ebzimi i tyre, nuk jan\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjellt\u00ebsisht t\u00eb panjohura. Ka rastisur t\u00eb takohen shpesh n\u00eb ftomat e kales\u00ebs dhe do ndeshen s\u00ebrish n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen.<\/p>\n<p>Midiskoha e tashme tranzicionale, e nj\u00eb tranzicioni t\u00eb lodhsh\u00ebm permanent, cil\u00ebsohet e till\u00eb, pse v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb fluide, e padefinuar e shtinjake. Rendi vleftor vijon t\u00eb jet\u00eb amorf e i hallakatur: njer\u00ebz q\u00eb duan t\u00eb kap\u00ebrdijn\u00eb bot\u00ebn, keqkuptimi i liris\u00eb, hezitimi p\u00ebr Europ\u00ebn \u2013 vulosin asnjan\u00ebsin\u00eb mes miljeut t\u00eb ri q\u00eb s\u2019lind dhe t\u00eb vjetrit q\u00eb s\u2019vdes.<\/p>\n<p>Virtytet e trash\u00ebguara t\u00eb etik\u00ebs dhe nderit shpallen tani, n\u00eb vrujimet e modernitetit, si t\u00eb dala boje e arkaike, kurse referuesit e tyre, madje, piketohen si antipost i qytetnis\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb spekulim i kulluar kundrimi i kategoris\u00eb s\u00eb tyre fine si fragment\u00eb mbetjesh nga patriarkaliteti lirindrydh\u00ebs. Vet\u00eb fjala burr\u00eb e burrni n\u00eb dimensionin human jasht\u00eb mbrap\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebrdhun\u00ebse, sikur ka tretur leht\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebrdorake n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e bujshme sociale shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Po a \u00ebsht\u00eb gjetur, vall\u00eb, ekuivalenti p\u00ebrkat\u00ebs? \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb galeri e t\u00ebr\u00eb termash e nocionesh q\u00eb rrahin t\u00eb substituojn\u00eb ato: \u201crespektim i ligjit\u201d, \u201cinstitucionaliz\u00ebm, \u201cdedikim sh\u00ebrbimi\u201d, e t\u00eb tjera floskula q\u00eb jan\u00eb adoptuar e deklamohen m\u00ebrzitsh\u00ebm. Natyrisht, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb aspak faj i tyre. P\u00ebrkundrazi. Jan\u00eb rr\u00ebfyese t\u00eb harmonis\u00eb s\u00eb nj\u00eb societeti n\u00eb rendin e vet\u00ebjetes\u00ebs s\u00eb re. E keqja, nd\u00ebrkaq, q\u00ebndron tjet\u00ebrkund. Ambienti politik pisanik dhe titullar\u00ebt e tij shp\u00ebrdorant\u00eb, jan\u00eb faktori i nj\u00ebmendt\u00eb i zbehjes s\u00eb besimit n\u00eb sublimitetin e tyre.<br \/>\nMegjithat\u00eb, sado joshtare e stolindrit\u00ebse, farkimet neologjiste nuk p\u00ebrthekojn\u00eb a p\u00ebrjashtojn\u00eb p\u00ebrher\u00ebsin\u00eb e vlerave morale t\u00eb etabluara nd\u00ebr shekuj. Ato, prandaj, nuk divergjojn\u00eb asnj\u00ebher\u00eb. Jan\u00eb thelb\u00ebsisht komplementare. N\u00eb fakt, nj\u00eb largin\u00eb ekziston vet\u00ebm mes eksponent\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre: t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebve q\u00eb kodifikojn\u00eb gjeste e veprime t\u00eb ndershm\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa, pra, t\u00eb par\u00ebt, p\u00ebrpos me ligjin, kan\u00eb nj\u00eb relat\u00eb substancore me publikun, \u201cqarshin\u00eb\u201d e pra, p\u00ebr munges\u00eb anonimiteti si n\u00eb vendet e m\u00ebdhenj, me rrethin e kudogjendsh\u00ebm \u2013 t\u00eb dyt\u00ebve u mbetet zotimi solemn p\u00ebr mosshkeljen e ligjit. Kjo qasje, principialisht, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e padenj\u00eb. Do t\u2019ishte nj\u00eb filles\u00eb vitale p\u00ebr qeverisjen dhe klim\u00ebn e europianizmit t\u00eb munguar, sikur hipokrizia t\u00eb mos hidhte p\u00eblhur\u00ebn e saj mbi gjith\u00e7ka. Tharmin apo efektshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e legalitetit t\u00eb pretenduar e vret dit\u00eb e nat\u00eb snobizmi, arbirtrariteti dhe sadizmi shtet\u00ebror.<\/p>\n<p>Pastaj, n\u00ebse rojt\u00ebsit e begatis\u00eb zakonore pozitive, edhe kur jan\u00eb n\u00eb rregull me ligjin, p\u00ebr asgj\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00eb nuk c\u00ebnojn\u00eb prestigjin, namin e tyre n\u00eb syt\u00eb e njer\u00ebzis\u00eb \u2013 ithtar\u00ebt e kodit novator, mjaftohen t\u00eb jen\u00eb puthadorsh\u00ebm lojal\u00eb ndaj konjukturave politike, duke injoruar blamazhin e demosit t\u00eb heshtur. Zhurm\u00ebtar\u00ebt q\u00eb blofojn\u00eb \u201cligjzbatimin\u201d, nuk i referohen z\u00ebrit, ndjesive a p\u00ebshp\u00ebritjeve t\u00eb shesheve t\u00eb mohuara veshtare. Autoriteti i shibluar i tmerrohet atyre si mortit. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb lloj kulture si kap\u00ebrthyese t\u00eb nd\u00ebrdij\u00ebsimit politik, flet dhe Ruth Benedickt, nj\u00eb antropolog amerikan q\u00eb magjepsej (n\u00eb vitin 1946) nga \u201ckultura e turpit\u201d e japonez\u00ebve, krejt e ndryshme nga \u201ckultura e fajit\u201d e vendit t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa e dyta, shkruan ai, ka nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrvar\u00ebsi kryesisht me ligjin, e p\u00ebr pasoj\u00eb me frik\u00ebn prej tij \u2013 e para, e turpit, ka substanc\u00eb e ndjeshm\u00ebri tjet\u00ebr, madje edhe kur turp\u00ebsi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb aspak fajtor, dhe e till\u00eb, ajo ka vorb\u00eb p\u00ebrlind\u00ebse nd\u00ebrgjegjen dhe interesin publik. Duke pasur k\u00ebt\u00eb shtys\u00eb, \u201ckultura e turpit\u201d, \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e thell\u00eb e fisnike. Ah, sikur elitat e Kosov\u00ebs t\u00eb kultivonin, s\u00eb paku, nj\u00ebr\u00ebn prej tyre. Kultur\u00ebn e turpit q\u00eb, m\u00eb par\u00eb se tek banor\u00ebt e vendlindjes s\u00eb diellit, ishte rr\u00ebnjosur nd\u00ebr shqiptar\u00eb, e kan\u00eb sakrifikuar n\u00eb lterin e rrem\u00eb t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb, kurse tjetr\u00ebn, at\u00eb t\u00eb fajit q\u00eb b\u00ebn imanenc\u00ebn e saj, nuk e p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsojn\u00eb dot kurr\u00ebsesi. \u00cbsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht ky vakum q\u00eb krijon gj\u00ebndjen e amullt t\u00eb gjahut p\u00ebr zogorin\u00eb e nxirak\u00ebve t\u00eb gjith\u00ebsojsh\u00ebm!..<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Zhburrnimi vullnetar<\/strong><br \/>\nKu nis e zanafillon brejca e zhburrnimit t\u00eb njeriut? N\u00eb \u00e7\u2019konstelacion rrethanor, n\u00eb \u00e7\u2019or\u00eb t\u00eb lig\u00eb dhe n\u00eb \u00e7\u2019rr\u00ebzom\u00eb t\u00eb yllit t\u00eb tij? Athua ka nj\u00eb reflektim t\u00eb von\u00eb q\u00eb ndiqet me ofsham\u00eb dhe \u00e7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb intensiteti i k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb shfytyrimit apo i pendes\u00ebs s\u00eb rr\u00ebknimit?<\/p>\n<p>Sidomeqen\u00eb fenomenologjia e procesit t\u00eb errt\u00eb dhe almiseve gropuese, zhburrnimi \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrher\u00eb vullnetar! Ndaj, askush dhe ask\u00ebnd nuk mund ta zhburrnoj\u00eb pa bashk\u00ebpunimin paraprak t\u00eb viktim\u00ebs. As shantazhist\u00ebt, sado t\u00eb eg\u00ebr, as gverri sado i helm\u00ebt dhe as dhuratat sado verbuese t\u00eb jen\u00eb, nuk e shtyjn\u00eb dot njeriun ti shpall\u00eb flet\u00ebvdekjen burrnis\u00eb s\u00eb vet. P\u00ebrmasa dhe idealiteti i saj njeh, ndoshta, nj\u00eb t\u00eb vetmin limit: klithm\u00ebn e thekshme \u201cdru me pr\u00e8\u201d, por dhe ajo, tashm\u00eb, duke prekur vet\u00eb qendr\u00ebn e qenies, bashk\u00eb me zin\u00eb ka, nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh, mir\u00ebkuptimin komunitar\u00eb p\u00ebr zhburrnimin e vuajt\u00ebsit t\u00eb pafat.<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00eb k\u00ebtej, nga \u00e7\u2019sip\u00ebrtham\u00eb, ka nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb unike zhburrnimi t\u00eb njeriut: zhburrnimi vullnetar! Motivet jan\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme, ashtu si fytyrat dhe shkall\u00ebt e rrokullisjes n\u00eb fundin\u00eb. Ngasja lakmitare e pluhurit p\u00ebr lakmi, pushtet e lavdi \u2013 \u00ebsht\u00eb, me sa d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb koh\u00ebt q\u00eb zg\u00ebrdh\u00echen, mbret\u00ebresha e t\u00eb gjithave. Pasioni p\u00ebr mbushullim\u00ebn (ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsisht), dhe urrejtja p\u00ebr frym\u00ebn, nd\u00ebrdymja e shk\u00eblqimit fizik dhe mjerimit shpirt\u00ebror, jan\u00eb emblema e tyre e p\u00ebrjetshme. Shtegu nd\u00ebrvajt\u00ebs dhe instrumentet e tij do t\u2019kalojn\u00eb prore n\u00ebp\u00ebr dhun\u00eb, mashtrim e trathti! K\u00ebto shfaqje, r\u00ebndom, k\u00ebnet\u00ebzojn\u00eb q\u00eb nga rrethet e poshtme e deri n\u00eb votr\u00ebn sip\u00ebrore komb\u00ebtare. N\u00eb ngjizje t\u00eb t\u2019gjith\u00eb zvetnimit nism\u00ebton \u2013 vullneti i lir\u00eb p\u00ebr tjet\u00ebrsim, i keqkuptuar si kusht i p\u00ebrvijimit, ngjitjes dhe sundit mbi sehirtar\u00ebt e n\u00ebnshtruar&#8230;Po dhe k\u00ebtu mund t\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqet nj\u00eb fije e holl\u00eb p\u00ebrndar\u00ebse. Zhburrnimi i tribun\u00ebve voc\u00ebrran\u00eb t\u00eb odave a mejhaneve, edhepse i hidhur gjith\u00ebsesi, \u00ebsht\u00eb disi m\u00eb pak r\u00ebnd\u00ebsor.<\/p>\n<p>Rrezatimi i tij ka nj\u00eb cak t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb, ndan\u00eb tjet\u00ebrsimit zhburrnor t\u00eb prij\u00ebsve. Fatal gjithmon\u00eb, ai rr\u00ebmben me vete ardhm\u00ebrin\u00eb e brezave: qoft\u00eb si kult i inauguruar apo si ravij\u00ebzim turbullues i dit\u00ebve q\u00eb vijn\u00eb! \u201cDitari sekret\u201d i Pushkinit flet akuzuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr degjenerimin oborrtar, por \u00ebsht\u00eb e paimagjinueshme q\u00eb afro 200 vjet m\u00eb pas t\u00eb rishfaqet skema e shthurjes s\u00eb paris\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb truall e kontekst tjet\u00ebr. Dhe pyetja d\u00ebshp\u00ebruese: \u00ebsht\u00eb ky njeriu p\u00ebrgjithsisht, apo, mbase, ve\u00e7 njeriu shqiptar i liris\u00eb?<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Paraprimja e vdekjes<\/strong><br \/>\nRrjedhimisht, shtjella e tem\u00ebs, me \u00e7\u2019duket, do t\u2019\u00e7oj\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb zhg\u00ebnjim t\u00eb dyt\u00eb: ata q\u00eb vet\u00eb\u00e7heroizohen aq leht\u00ebsisht, athua pask\u00ebshin qen\u00eb, v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, t\u00eb till\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb i dinim? Apo kishin v\u00ebn\u00eb kryehersh\u00ebm mask\u00eb dhe njer\u00ebzia e shkret\u00eb i brohoriste e beatifikonte si gjysm\u00ebhyjni q\u00eb jepnin e merrnin me qiellin?<\/p>\n<p>Kishin shpejtuar t\u00eb \u00e7ertifikoheshin n\u00eb heronj\u00eb pa b\u00ebr\u00eb mir\u00eb llogarit\u00eb me Naltmadhnin\u00eb e saj vdekjen!.. Ajo dhe vet\u00ebm ajo, do t\u00eb b\u00ebj prerjen e kostumit t\u00eb lavdis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb vendz\u00ebnjes n\u00eb fronin e drit\u00ebs. Formatimi i parakohsh\u00ebm n\u00eb \u201cburra t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj\u201d a \u201cheronj\u00eb t\u00eb shquar\u201d, si rregull, \u00ebsht\u00eb i lajthitsh\u00ebm dhe p\u00ebr vet\u00eb laureat\u00ebt autist\u00eb. Nj\u00ebjt\u00ebsia e gjakut<\/strong><br \/>\nMbi p\u00ebrplasjen e trilluar mes normash pozitive t\u00eb tradit\u00ebs e mondanes, mandej dhe p\u00ebr damk\u00ebn e zhburrnimit a t\u00eb \u00e7\u2019heroizimit t\u00eb vullnetsh\u00ebm, do t\u00eb p\u00ebrsiasja nj\u00eb muzg zymtor teksa shihja udh\u00ebt e Shkupit ton\u00eb, t\u00eb rimuna me gjak shqiptar. Mendimi, gati nj\u00eb thirrnaj\u00eb furioze, e pam\u00ebshir\u00eb, e s\u00ebrish, vegimtare e Ni\u00e7es, se humbja e kuptimit t\u00eb jet\u00ebs \u2013 humb dhe t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn, ishte stacionuar n\u00eb kujtes\u00ebn time e nuk shqitej dot. Do t\u00eb b\u00ebja vetish\u00ebm nj\u00eb paralele interesante me Kosov\u00ebn e 81 \u2013shit, e atij viti t\u00eb paharruar epokal!<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb ngjante ekzemplarisht po ai kuad\u00ebr historie: sajes\u00eb artificiale shtet\u00ebrore q\u00eb synon t\u00eb gjalloj\u00eb kund\u00ebrvajtsh\u00ebm si klienteliste jasht\u00eb dhe hegjemoniale br\u00ebnda, kontroll politik i territorit t\u00eb huaj dhe, poashtu, kontroll virtual i resurseve t\u00eb tij, nyj\u00ebtim i stisur gjeo-etnik me Maqedonin\u00eb antike, bashk\u00ebjetes\u00eb e pabarabart\u00eb ku statusi i rezevuar i t\u00eb \u201cdyt\u00ebve\u201d stolis subordinimin nacional, tutje, grabitje pasurish nga guvernant\u00ebt e vobekt\u00ebsim i kronik t\u00eb segreguar\u00ebve, diskurs posht\u00ebrues politik, epitete ofenduese, p\u00ebrtallje e gjenit shqiptar, fantazi ekspanzive sllave, doktrin\u00eb t\u00eb hapur p\u00ebr dealbanizim trualli, m\u00ebrgim i pashpres\u00eb si mjet p\u00ebr dominanc\u00eb n\u00eb hapsin\u00eb jetike, shpirtshitje e elitave shqiptare dhe, mbi t\u00eb gjitha \u2013 refuzim i s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs natyrale p\u00ebr jet\u00eb.
