ne Universitetin e Tiranes.<br \/>\nAktualisht vazhdon studimet doktorale ne fushen e Historise se Arsimit Shqiptar.<br \/>\nEshte autor i njipermbledhje monografive historike, nder te cilat: &#8220;Prenge Bibe Doda i Mirdites, drithijet e nje burrshtetasi&#8221; dhe &#8220;Imzot Nikolle Kacorri,burreshtetas shqiptar ne altarin e Atdheut&#8221; (bashkautor).<br \/>\nKa ne proces pergatitjen monografine kushtuar bajraktarit te Oroshit Prenge Marka Prenga dhe monografin tjeter per Dinastine princerore te Shpaneve.<br \/>\nZef Shkorreti,mesuesi yne, hyri ne jete me vullnetin per t&#8217;u sherbyer njerzve.<br \/>\nAi bashkoi pasionin e tij me anderrat e femijeve te zonave te Gjegjanit dhe te Fanit,duke perhapur dije dhe kulture dhe duke lene veper pas vetes.<br \/>\nNxanesit e tij,personalitete te shquara ne disa fusha,neMirdite,Kukes.Puke e ne te gjithe Shqiperine,e kujtojne me respekt te thelle.<br \/>\nNe kujtimet e tyre e permendin si njeriun qe u ka hapur portat e dijes dhe i ka ndihmuar te ecin perpara ne jete.<br \/>\nKjo nuk eshte pak.<br \/>\nNjerzit ikin,por vepra e tyre mbetet.Ne historine e arsimit ne Mirdite,PUKE E KUKES.Zef Shkorreti ka vendosin e vet te merituarJeta po ecen shume perpara dhe njerzit qe perjetojnne horizonte te reja,kane deshire t&#8217;i kujtojne agimet e diellit.<br \/>\nZefi ndimoi ne lindjen e nji dite te re ne Mirdit,prandaj mbetet i gjalle ne kujtesen historike te arsimit te kesaj treve.<br \/>\nKy liber eshte nji homazh per jeten e tij model prej qytetari te devotshem atdhetar dhe nji ftese per ta njohur.<br \/>\nKoha i jep secilit ate qe meriton.<br \/>\nKush le veper pas vetes,jeton gjate.<br \/>\nVepra e Zef Shkorretit e ka kapur kohen dhe tani po pret vleresimin prej saj(Nikoll Loka.)<br \/>\nAutori i liberit z.Nikoll ka punuar me shume kujdes,duke sjedhe perpara lexueseve,shkrimet dhe kujtimet e bashkemoshatareve te Zef Shkorretit.<br \/>\nShkrimet jane te shumta dhe te shumedhojsheme.<br \/>\nAutori i ka bere ketij libri nji ilustrim per tu patur zili nga shume autor me provoje ne botime.<br \/>\nFotot e shumta na sjedhin te gjalle jeten ne Mirdit.<br \/>\nIntersante eshte nji koment i z.Bardhok Pulaj: i titudhuar.<br \/>\nKur mbart me vete mbiemrin e vendelindjes&#8230;..<br \/>\nNeper bote e neper kohe njeriu mundte ece deri ne fund te jetes pa lene ndonje gjurme,e kesisoji ka ndodhur me shumicen e vdektareve.<br \/>\nNderkohe disa njerez ne shtegtimin e tyre kane nji fill qe i mban gjithnje lidhur,here me vendelindjen e here me profesionin,apo pasionin.<br \/>\nHasim shpesh mbiemrat Mirdita,Tirana,Kruja,apo deri ne mbiemra fshatrash.<br \/>\nKeshtu dhe Shkorreti.Eshte nji fshat i vogel,apo lagje,aty perballe qytezes se Repsit buze lumit Fan,e mbi krye i qendron Spaci i lashte.<br \/>\nDo te kishte humbur me kohe emeri i ketij fshati nese kete mbiemer nuk do ta mbante mesuesi Zef Shkorreti,apo mesues Zefi nuk do te kujtohej pa kete mbiemer.<br \/>\nZef Shkorreti i perket atij brezi mesuesish kur abetareve dhe fletoreve u vinte era barot,e kur atdheu me shume se per cdo gja tjeter ishte i etur per dije.Kaq shume kishte nevoje per dije sa mesuesve te kohes u eshte dashur te shkelqejne me intensitetin e metoreve.<br \/>\nKeshtu mundet te themi per Migjenin,Ndrec Ndue Gjoken e pse jo edhe per Zef Shkorretin.<br \/>\nKoha me pluhurin e vet e mbuloi perkohesisht figuren e ketij mesuesi,po u desht vetem nji flake e ndezur per te ndricuar kohen e tij,per t&#8217;i dhene shkelqimin qe meriton sot dhe neser.<br \/>\nBrezat duhet ta kujtojne njeri-tjetrin,kete beri edhe Nikolle Loka duke mbajtur te pa perkulur fillin e dijes,fillin e humanizmit,fillin e atdhedashurise,keshtu e pershkeruan z.Bardhok Pulaj parathanjen e ketij liberi.<br \/>\nAutori ka germuar me kudes ne te gjitha arkivat,keshtu qe liberi merre nji randesi te vecant,qofte si monografi ,qofte dhe si historik.<br \/>\nSote ky liber lexohet dhe komentohet me shume dashamiresi,vleresohet mesuesi dhe patrioti Zef Shkorreti te cilin e lartesoj pena e z.Nikolle Loka.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gjin Musa Po udhtoja keto dite ne makinen e mikut tim Paulin Pacuku,krejte si pa dashur syt me shkuan ne nji liber fare i ri i cili ishte ne kroskotin e makines.
