Po shohim se pritshm\u00ebrit\u00eb vet\u00ebm nuk k\u00ebnaqen dhe se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e hijshme t\u00eb q\u00ebndrojm\u00eb spektator\u00eb t\u00eb mizorive. P\u00ebrfshirje e p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsive ekonomike dhe komunitetit n\u00eb kushtet e p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsive ligjore dhe rregulloreve, po<br \/>\nashtu edhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsis\u00eb filantropike n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri, komunitetit lokal, dhe mjedisit n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb njer\u00ebzit t\u00eb jen\u00eb qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsojm\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e jet\u00ebs, t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto, kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr<br \/>\nnj\u00eb pik\u00ebnisje, nj\u00eb pik\u00ebnisje s\u00eb cil\u00ebs nuk po i gjendet filli. Sepse shoq\u00ebria po shkon drejt nj\u00eb r\u00ebnie t\u00eb pap\u00ebrfillshme morale, pasi nuk konsiston morali atje ku kryhet nj\u00eb akt i turpsh\u00ebm, i lig e makab\u00ebr, apo kur mendjet e k\u00ebqija burokratike fjal\u00ebn sh\u00ebrb\u00ebtor e p\u00ebrdorin si \u201cskllav\u201d e nd\u00ebrsa ajo realisht duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrcillet si e lidhur me fjal\u00ebn e bukur \u201csh\u00ebrbej\u201d, q\u00eb vet\u00ebm aristokrat\u00ebt din\u00eb ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb si duhet. Jemi realisht n\u00eb nj\u00eb deduksion logjik, ku askush nuk nd\u00ebrmerr nj\u00eb hap n\u00ebse nuk ka mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse marrim nj\u00eb shembull, duke e par\u00eb nga nj\u00eb k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrim jo i zakont\u00eb p\u00ebr ne, si dhe duke b\u00ebr\u00eb bilancin mes \u201cmoraleve\u201d, q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb akt i till\u00eb, i till\u00eb si nj\u00eb vrasje, p\u00ebrgjigjja do t\u00eb ishte t\u00eb hiqet dor\u00eb nj\u00ebher\u00eb e mir\u00eb nga vrasja dhe t\u00eb merren parasysh t\u00eb tjera zgjidhje. Por a ka realisht nj\u00eb zgjidhje solidare?! Marr nxitje nga ngjarjet e ndodhura koh\u00ebt e fundit, e q\u00eb p\u00ebrher\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb b\u00ebhen gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb t\u00eb bujshme e kaq t\u00eb prekshme. Nj\u00eb zgjidhje do te ishte vet\u00eb-sensibilizimi, duke u nisur nga m\u00eb t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb pjesa m\u00eb vitale e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebhen m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr aq sa u takon, t\u00eb marrim p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb, detyrat dhe t\u00eb ngrem\u00eb z\u00ebrin p\u00ebr at\u00eb q\u00eb na p\u00ebrket, t\u00eb sensibilizohemi me t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt dhe t\u00eb b\u00ebhemi z\u00ebri i denj\u00eb i shtresave dhe grupeve t\u00eb shtypura e t\u00eb diskriminuara dhe t\u00eb mos zgjedhim heshtjen si rrug\u00ebzgjidhje primare.<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu, v\u00ebrejm\u00eb se koh\u00ebt e fundit, rrug\u00ebt e kryeqytetit po popullohen nga njer\u00ebz n\u00eb nevoj\u00eb, t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt kan\u00eb marr\u00eb p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr t\u00eb jen\u00eb nj\u00eb mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebs financiar p\u00ebr zgjidhjen e problemeve t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre njer\u00ebzve n\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr arsye ekonomike ose probleme sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsore, kjo do t\u00eb rezultonte shum\u00eb produktive. Por jo t\u00eb gjith\u00eb nd\u00ebrveprojn\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Njeriu bashk\u00ebkohor sot jeton n\u00eb epok\u00ebn e robotik\u00ebs dhe internetit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos u thelluar m\u00eb pas n\u00eb p\u00ebrmasa m\u00eb t\u00eb gjera hap\u00ebsinore&#8230; Shum\u00eb mund\u00ebsi e risi t\u00eb reja, pavar\u00ebsisht n\u00ebse jeton n\u00eb qytet, fshat, ishull apo gjendet n\u00eb aeroplan, anije, tren, n\u00eb vetur\u00eb ose n\u00eb kopshtin e tij, i b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb mundur atij t\u00eb d\u00ebgjoj\u00eb dhe kund\u00ebrveproj\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb ose jo p\u00ebr shume ndodhi, qofshin ato n\u00eb sfer\u00ebn ekonomike, ushtarake, politike etj. Madje, njeriu arriti t\u00eb njihet edhe me gjendjen apo me ndryshimet m\u00eb t\u00eb vogla t\u00eb brezave bot\u00ebrore, si dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb gjendjen ekonomike, t\u00eb p\u00ebrcjell\u00eb sportin ose ndodhit\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb reja n\u00eb sfer\u00ebn artistike etj. Gjith\u00eb kjo na jep t\u00eb kuptojm\u00eb se ndodhit\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb planet prej nj\u00eb skaji e n\u00eb tjetrin mb\u00ebrrijn\u00eb vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr disa sekonda, e p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb njeriu \u00ebsht\u00eb faktori kryesor fizik.<\/p>\n<p>Kur njeriu paska kaq shume influenc\u00eb me an\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre risive dhe mund\u00ebsive t\u00eb krijuara, si mund t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb k\u00ebto ura nd\u00ebrvepruese kaq larg nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimit?! Edhe kjo e ka nj\u00eb shpjegim sikurse \u00e7do gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr inovative, e falur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb form\u00eb. Morali \u00ebsht\u00eb ai q\u00eb tregon koh\u00ebzgjatjen e \u00e7do sistemi, apo ideologjie. Jeta e njeriut t\u00eb sot\u00ebm (per\u00ebndimor) pothuajse t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht \u00ebsht\u00eb e mekanizuar, n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb q\u00ebndron larg p\u00ebrmbajtjeve shpirt\u00ebrore dhe ngroht\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb jet\u00ebsore. Duke iu fal\u00ebnderuar p\u00ebrparimit material, per\u00ebndimori modern arriti q\u00eb t\u2032i tejkaloj\u00eb problemet e ndryshme jet\u00ebsore. Mir\u00ebpo, problemi shoq\u00ebror q\u00eb u paraqit si rezultat i qytet\u00ebrimit modern, pengon q\u00eb ai t\u00eb dij\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr qenien e tij, edhe at\u00eb duke ia eliminuar kujtes\u00ebn p\u00ebr vlerat e tij morale.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u2032rregullimet e ndryshme q\u00eb jan\u00eb karakteristik\u00eb e qytet\u00ebrimit t\u00eb sot\u00ebm per\u00ebndimor qart\u00eb shihen. Zbulimet e ndryshme shkencore, q\u00eb kan\u00eb q\u00ebllim t\u00eb leht\u00ebsimit t\u00eb jet\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebrparimit t\u00eb qytet\u00ebrimit, aspak nuk ndikuan n\u00eb zvog\u00eblimin e k\u00ebtyre \u00e7\u2032rregullimeve. Ato nuk i soll\u00ebn shoq\u00ebris\u00eb ndonj\u00eb fat, e as q\u00eb i larguan problemet e saj dhe \u00e7\u2032rregullimet te tjera sociale. Krahas nevojave fizike, njeriu ka edhe \u00ebndje morale dhe shpirt\u00ebrore. Ashtu si\u00e7 ndien nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsit\u00eb fizike, ai po ashtu ka nevoj\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr qet\u00ebsi shpirt\u00ebrore, pra jasht\u00eb bot\u00ebs materiale. Kjo mund te arrihet fal\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimit duke u qart\u00ebsuar realisht se n\u00eb cil\u00ebn epoke po jetojm\u00eb dhe se si duhet t\u00eb ekuilibrojm\u00eb potencialin e brendsh\u00ebm shpirt\u00ebror, n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzimit t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha vlerave njer\u00ebzore. Duke m\u00ebnjanuar gabimet fatale p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb sa m\u00eb n\u00eb harmoni me natyr\u00ebn reale, q\u00eb na ofron t\u00eb qenit \u201chuman\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Njeriu, n\u00eb nj\u00eb mas\u00eb t\u00eb madhe \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb proces t\u00eb zhvillimit trupor, proceseve mendore dhe mendjes, sepse kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb etapa e rritjes, gjat\u00eb s\u00eb cil\u00ebs ai i n\u00ebnshtrohet ndryshimeve rapide. N\u00eb k\u00ebto etapa \u00ebsht\u00eb me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb madhe q\u00eb mjetet e vet\u00eb-kontrollimit t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitura p\u00ebr t\u00eb, me udh\u00ebheqje t\u00eb urt\u00eb, q\u00eb ta drejtojn\u00eb at\u00eb p\u00ebr n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e drejt\u00eb. Mungesa e aktivitetit p\u00ebrkundrejt veprimtarive fitim-prur\u00ebse, produktive dhe zbavit\u00ebse, n\u00eb kushtet e nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie t\u00eb pafuqishme n\u00eb \u00e7do aspekt, konsiderohet nj\u00eb faktor determinant n\u00eb sistem moskonkretizimi n\u00eb l\u00ebvizje dhe pun\u00eb, shfryt\u00ebzimi i potencialit n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb mundshme, kjo shkakton nj\u00eb gjendje kaq pragmatike.<\/p>\n<p>Sh\u00ebrimi nga ky problem \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekja nga dalja e atyre kornizave t\u00eb err\u00ebta, di\u00e7ka ndryshe, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb leximi, biznesi, apo t\u00eb shkruajturit, e cila pastaj b\u00ebhet penges\u00eb n\u00eb mes tij dhe qet\u00ebsis\u00eb t\u00eb zymt\u00eb t\u00eb tij. \u00cbsht\u00eb e domosdoshme, qe ai t\u00eb b\u00ebhet an\u00ebtar stabil i shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, duke punuar n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb e tij p\u00ebr vetveten dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt. Kjo veprimtari e till\u00eb, e largon individin nga normat e nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrie t\u00eb caktuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb caktuar. Por si mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohet dhe te konstatohet dukuria e devianc\u00ebs, dhe kur ajo b\u00ebhet evidente n\u00eb nj\u00eb mjedis social? Dukuria e devianc\u00ebs konstaton n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb dallueshme sidomos nga reagimet negativiste, shpesh dhe p\u00ebrbuz\u00ebse t\u00eb mjedisit rrethues ndaj k\u00ebtyre dukurive. Por edhe k\u00ebto reagime nuk mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb barazvlefshme n\u00eb vende dhe sisteme t\u00eb ndryshme shoq\u00ebrore, sepse edhe p\u00ebr grupe sociale t\u00eb ndryshme ka mund\u00ebsi, q\u00eb ajo dukuri q\u00eb p\u00ebr disa \u00ebsht\u00eb deviante, p\u00ebr t\u00eb tjer\u00eb mund t\u00eb mos konsiderohet e till\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Supozojm\u00eb se n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi n\u00eb realitetet e sotme shoq\u00ebrore veprimtaria kriminale e vjedhjes p\u00ebr shembull, t\u00eb konsiderohet n\u00eb total si nj\u00eb dukuri deviante. Deri k\u00ebtu \u00e7do gj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shoq\u00ebrisht e pranueshme, megjithat\u00eb ka edhe dukuri t\u00eb tilla si shkarkimi i muzikave t\u00eb ndryshme ose video<br \/>\nn\u00eb internet, q\u00eb mund t\u00eb mos miratohet nga opinioni i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm shoq\u00ebror si nj\u00eb dukuri deviante. Ka dukuri sociale p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat ka besime dhe tradita e interpretime sociale t\u00eb ndryshme dhe qe q\u00ebndrimet dhe reagimet mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb si negativiste, ashtu edhe t\u00eb mir\u00eb-pranuara. T\u00eb tilla jan\u00eb dukuria e racizmit, e homoseksualitetit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb ndeshur q\u00ebndrime edhe diametralisht t\u00eb kund\u00ebrta, jo vet\u00ebm nga pesha e traditave dhe normave morale, por dhe nga forca dhe influenca e opinionit shoq\u00ebror t\u00eb p\u00ebrpunuar ligj\u00ebrisht.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb ngusht\u00ebsisht e lidhur me koh\u00ebn dhe me vendin, sepse nj\u00eb dukuri q\u00eb n\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb dhe vend t\u00eb caktuar \u00ebsht\u00eb deviante, n\u00eb vende dhe koh\u00eb tjet\u00ebr nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e till\u00eb. Kemi dhe nj\u00eb tregues q\u00eb na e sh\u00ebmb\u00ebllen mjaft mir\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb esenc\u00eb, veprimet e bandave t\u00eb kukusklanit ne SHBA, n\u00eb nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb historike pat\u00ebn ndikim t\u00eb fuqish\u00ebm p\u00ebr mosheqjen e skllav\u00ebris\u00eb. Pra k\u00ebto ishin veprime dhe sjellje deviante, por p\u00ebrs\u00ebri ndaj tyre, pavar\u00ebsisht se opinioni i d\u00ebnonte, shteti dhe grupe te caktuara sociale q\u00ebndronin me tolerante, pra nuk i trajtonin me rrept\u00ebsin\u00eb e duhur si sjellje tep\u00ebr t\u00eb skajshme deviante.<\/p>\n<p>Sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb jasht\u00eb kornizave t\u00eb atyre t\u00eb ashtuquajturve \u201crebele\u201d, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtojn\u00eb ekzistenc\u00ebn e q\u00ebllimeve shoq\u00ebrore, por n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb mohojn\u00eb edhe pranimin e mjeteve t\u00eb ligjshme p\u00ebr arritjen e q\u00ebllimeve sociale, m\u00eb tep\u00ebr larg m\u00eb pak largpam\u00ebs do t\u00eb jemi.
