Shqiptar\u00ebt, kudo jan\u00eb, n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb a n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn shqiptare, n\u00eb Europ\u00eb a n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn globale p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht, kan\u00eb arsye t\u2019i g\u00ebzohen jo vet\u00ebm mosh\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, mbi mesataren europiane, por edhe sh\u00ebndetit fizik e elekuenc\u00ebs mendore, t\u00eb cilin Profesor Qosja e d\u00ebshmon me paraqitje t\u00eb shpeshta publike: n\u00eb takime shkencore, kulturore dhe madje politike. Shqiptar\u00ebt, p\u00ebr m\u00eb tej, ende kan\u00eb arsye t\u2019i g\u00ebzohen muz\u00ebs s\u00eb tij krijuese t\u00eb gjith\u00ebkohshme, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e shpreh me veprat dhe me oratorin\u00eb e shk\u00eblqyeshme n\u00eb paraqitjet e tij.<\/p>\n

Historian i let\u00ebrsis\u00eb, estet, kritik letrar, publicist, prozator e dramaturg, polemist e goj\u00ebtar, Rexhep Qosja u lind m\u00eb 25 qershor 1936 n\u00eb Vuthaj t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi. Gjimnazin e mbaroi n\u00eb Ivangrad, Normalen n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, studimet posdiplomike n\u00eb Beograd, nd\u00ebrsa doktorat\u00ebn n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb. Ishte an\u00ebtar dhe drejtues i pothuajse t\u00eb gjitha institucioneve arsimore, shkencore dhe kulturore t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs nga viti 1968 e k\u00ebndej.<\/p>\n

Profesor Rexhep Qosja p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 50 vjet shquhet p\u00ebr angazhimin e tij krijues n\u00eb bot\u00ebn intelektuale, shkencore, arsimore dhe kulturore e politike shqiptare. Me tekstet e tij metodologjikisht antidogmatike, me gjuh\u00ebn e tij polemizuese, me mendimin e tij kritik, me konceptet bashk\u00ebkohore t\u00eb njohjes, fillimisht n\u00eb fush\u00eb t\u00eb mendimit kritik e m\u00eb tej edhe mendimit kulturor, shkencor, historiko-letrar dhe politik, Rexhep Qosja, ka sjell\u00eb kurdoher\u00eb diskutime t\u00eb gjera n\u00eb opinionin e koh\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fush\u00eb t\u00eb mendimit historiko-letrar Rexhep Qosja \u00ebsht\u00eb i njohur p\u00ebr sintezat e m\u00ebdha shkencore: \u201cHistoria e let\u00ebrsis\u00eb shqipe\u201d I-III, \u201c\u00c7\u00ebshtja shqiptare \u2013 historia dhe politika\u201d, \u201cPorosia e madhe\u201d, traktatin \u201cTri m\u00ebnyrat e shkrimit shqip\u201d etj. Me k\u00ebto vepra dhe me t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj natyre ai e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb sintez\u00ebn integrale t\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb popullit shqiptar, t\u00eb let\u00ebrsis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, pa ndarje kufijsh politik\u00eb, kulturor\u00eb dhe historik\u00eb, duke i par\u00eb ata si t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb fatet historike t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs Juglindore dhe si nj\u00eb etni sociokulturore e politike e gjuh\u00ebsore n\u00eb zhvillimin e qytet\u00ebrimit t\u00eb tij. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rrjedh\u00eb, vepr\u00ebn e tij p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb se gjysm\u00eb shekulli e ka shquar koncepti antidogmatik dhe qasja moderne e metodologjis\u00eb s\u00eb hulumtimit.<\/p>\n

Profesor Rexhep Qosja shquhet p\u00ebr veprat letrare \u201cVdekja m\u00eb vjen prej syve t\u00eb till\u00eb\u201d, \u201cNj\u00eb dashuri dhe shtat\u00eb faje\u201d, \u201cNata \u00ebsht\u00eb dita jon\u00eb\u201c, \u201cBijt\u00eb e askujt\u201d I, II, si dhe dramat e monodramat e p\u00ebrmbledhura n\u00eb v\u00ebllimin \u201cMite t\u00eb zhveshura\u201d etj. Me veprat e tij letrare, t\u00eb botuara nd\u00ebrmjet viteve 1973-2014, ai e ka p\u00ebrher\u00ebsuar dhuntin\u00eb e magjis\u00eb s\u00eb fjal\u00ebs shqipe, si dhe p\u00ebrmas\u00ebn postmoderne t\u00eb let\u00ebrsis\u00eb shqipe.<\/p>\n

Veprat e tij shquhen p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebn e jasht\u00ebzakonshme dhe prurjet e saj jo vet\u00ebm t\u00eb natyr\u00ebs fonetike e fjal\u00ebformuese, por edhe sintaksore e stilistike, nj\u00eb arritje kjo rrall\u00eb e sh\u00ebnuar n\u00eb letrat shqipe. Ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb lexuar projektet e tij gjith\u00ebkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr institucionet shkencore n\u00eb fund t\u00eb viteve \u201960; ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb lexuar konceptet e tij p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebn letrare n\u00eb vitet \u201970; ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb lexuar vler\u00ebsimet e tij p\u00ebr shqipen standarde dhe terminologjin\u00eb shkencore n\u00eb studimet kritike dhe historiko-letrare t\u00eb viteve \u201980; n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb ata q\u00eb e kan\u00eb lexuar vepr\u00ebn e tij letrare, publicistike, historike, politike, historiko-letrare dhe polemike, nuk e kan\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb kuptojn\u00eb pse ai e shquan kaq shum\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe vendin e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe e dimensionin e saj p\u00ebrbashkues n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e popullit shqiptar.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr m\u00eb tej, ata q\u00eb e kan\u00eb lexuar me kujdes pasurin\u00eb leksikore dhe kuptimore t\u00eb fjal\u00ebsit t\u00eb tij, nuk e kan\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb shohin se pasuria e gjuh\u00ebs shqipe nuk vjen vet\u00ebm prej nj\u00eb dialekti a nj\u00eb dialekti tjet\u00ebr, por edhe prej dhuntis\u00eb s\u00eb krijuesit p\u00ebr t\u00eb pasuruar gjuh\u00ebn e tij me fjal\u00eb, nocione, terma, neologjizma apo togfjal\u00ebsha t\u00eb rinj. N\u00eb romanin e tij t\u00eb fundit \u201cBijt\u00eb e askujt\u201d gjuha shqipe flet fonetikisht, morfologjikisht, sintaktikisht, semantikisht, semiologjikisht. Flet me tingullin, me tem\u00ebn, me parashtes\u00ebn dhe prapashtes\u00ebn, me kompozit\u00ebn, me togfjal\u00ebshin dhe si kurr\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb letrat shqipe, flet me shenjat e interpunksionit. Flet me fjal\u00ebn, fjalin\u00eb, paragrafin. N\u00eb historin\u00eb e letrave shqipe zor t\u00eb gjendet nj\u00eb vep\u00ebr letrare, publicistike, historike dhe madje polemizuese, zor t\u00eb gjendet nj\u00eb vep\u00ebr, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn, m\u00eb par\u00eb se sa prej p\u00ebrmbajtjes lexuesi udh\u00ebhiqet prej gjuh\u00ebs, n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb prej fjal\u00ebve terma (n\u00eb studimet shkencore) dhe prej fjal\u00ebve simbole (n\u00eb tekstet letrare), si n\u00eb veprat e Profesor Qosjes.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb viteve t\u00eb tij shkencore dhe intelektuale Profesor Rexhep Qosja \u00ebsht\u00eb shquar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb me p\u00ebrpjekjet e tij integruese n\u00eb fush\u00eb t\u00eb mendimit shkencor, si dhe p\u00ebr etik\u00ebn e fjal\u00ebs e t\u00eb mendimit n\u00eb kultur\u00ebn shqiptare, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur ajo ndahej p\u00ebr shkaqe politike, ideologjike dhe \u2018parimore\u2019. Krijues, q\u00eb nuk e ka pranuar dogmatizmin dhe folklorizimin, Profesor Qosja me koh\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7liruar prej fjal\u00ebsit ideologjik dhe fjal\u00ebsit krahinor, por duke qen\u00eb krijues me njohje t\u00eb gjer\u00eb t\u00eb tradit\u00ebs komb\u00ebtare dhe trash\u00ebgimis\u00eb letrare t\u00eb p\u00ebrbotshme, ai ka ditur t\u2019i b\u00ebj t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorshme vlerat historike dhe mitike nacionale si vlerat estetike universale.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebshtu, n\u00eb vitet \u201970 ai \u00ebsht\u00eb shquar p\u00ebr p\u00ebrpjekjen e tij q\u00eb kultur\u00ebn shqiptare ta paraqes si pjes\u00eb integrale dhe t\u00eb natyrshme t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs europiane, sado kjo p\u00ebrpjekje e ka v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb konflikt me regjimin e ideologjizuar t\u00eb institucioneve politike dhe shkencore t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs; n\u00eb vitet \u201980, Rexhep Qosja e ka mbrojtur me k\u00ebmb\u00ebngulje p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebsin europian t\u00eb qytet\u00ebrimit shqiptar, sado kjo e ka v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb konflikt me institucionet politike dhe shkencore t\u00eb Beogradit; nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb vitin 1981, ai u b\u00eb pjes\u00eb e l\u00ebvizjes s\u00eb madhe komb\u00ebtare n\u00eb mbrojtjen politike, fizike dhe qytetare t\u00eb popullat\u00ebs shqiptare n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb nga gjenocidi i politik\u00ebs s\u00eb Beogradit, duke u b\u00ebr\u00eb edhe bardi moral e intelektual i saj. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb, me fjal\u00ebn e tij n\u00eb Kongresin e Lidhjes s\u00eb Shkrimtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Jugosllavis\u00eb n\u00eb Novi Sad, ai p\u00ebrfundimisht e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb dejugosllavizimin e mendimit shqiptar.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb vitet \u201990, kur z\u00ebra t\u00eb caktuar filluan t\u00eb shquajn\u00eb karakterin krahinor (t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs shqiptare), dialektor (t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe) dhe p\u00ebrdallues (t\u00eb religjionit t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve), duke e shquar nj\u00ebrin m\u00eb shum\u00eb s\u00eb tjetrin dhe madje nj\u00ebrin kund\u00ebr tjetrit, Rexhep Qosja mbrojti me guximin e tij intelektual pasurin\u00eb universale t\u00eb qytet\u00ebrimit shqiptar, pa dalluar prejardhjen Per\u00ebndimore, Lindore a Bizantine t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n

Dit\u00eblindjen e 78 t\u00eb tij Profesor Rexhep Qosja po e sh\u00ebnon me nj\u00eb projekt t\u00eb madh, ditarin \u201cD\u00ebshmitar n\u00eb koh\u00eb historike (1966-2914), I-IX, q\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb a nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr do t\u00eb jet\u00eb projekti p\u00ebrbashkues i p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebs s\u00eb tij jet\u00ebsore: mendore, letrare, kulturore, historike, gjuh\u00ebsore, politike etj. N\u00ebse kompleti i tij i botuar vitet e fundit p\u00ebrfshinte kontributin e tij n\u00eb studimet historiko-letrare, letrare, historike-dokumentare dhe polemizuese, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt t\u00eb madh \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb nj\u00eb fush\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, po kaq e \u00e7mueshme dhe e munguar n\u00eb jet\u00ebn ton\u00eb: ditari. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe arsyeja pse dit\u00eblindjes s\u00eb tij, t\u00eb 78, pritet t\u2019i g\u00ebzohen lexues t\u00eb shumt\u00eb, kryesisht t\u00eb brezit t\u00eb mes\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb ri, dhe prej p\u00ebrmbajtjes s\u00eb tij pritet t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsohen m\u00eb shum\u00eb disa t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, bashk\u00ebkoh\u00ebs t\u00eb tij. Pasi ka botuar disa nga veprat e tij, n\u00eb 29 v\u00ebllime, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mosh\u00eb, Profesor Qosja ka hapur siparin e botimit t\u00eb ditarit t\u00eb tij n\u00eb n\u00ebnt\u00eb v\u00ebllime, q\u00eb bashk\u00eb me tri v\u00ebllime t\u00eb botuara m\u00eb par\u00eb, n\u00eb variantin e tanish\u00ebm p\u00ebrmblidhet n\u00eb 12 v\u00ebllime.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb biografin\u00eb e Profesor Rexhep Qosjes, q\u00eb nga viti 1968 e deri m\u00eb sot, \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb gjendet qoft\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb vep\u00ebr e vetme, e cila nuk ka g\u00ebzuar dhe nuk ka shqet\u00ebsuar bashk\u00ebkoh\u00ebsit e tij. E si t\u00eb mos jet\u00eb k\u00ebshtu edhe me ditarin e tij, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson sigurisht ngjarjen m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb jet\u00ebn kulturore, letrare dhe shkencore t\u00eb dekadave t\u00eb fundit. Dhe pse t\u00eb mos thuhet k\u00ebshtu, pavar\u00ebsisht se deri m\u00eb tani jan\u00eb botuar vet\u00ebm dy v\u00ebllimet, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht pes\u00eb v\u00ebllimet e para t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n

Profesor Qosja \u00ebsht\u00eb intelektuali q\u00eb p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb gjysm\u00eb shekulli pand\u00ebrprer\u00eb ka qen\u00eb i pranish\u00ebm pothuajse n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha institucionet m\u00eb t\u00eb larta shkencore, akademike dhe kulturore. Ai ka qen\u00eb i pranish\u00ebm dhe faktor me ndikim n\u00eb disa nga ngjarjet m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme kulturore, shkencore dhe politike t\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs shqiptare, a t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs, t\u00eb lidhura ngusht\u00eb me fatet shqiptare dhe t\u00eb rajonit, prandaj \u00ebsht\u00eb e kuptueshme pse ditari i tij 9-12 v\u00ebllimesh me titull \u201cD\u00ebshmitar\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00eb historike\u201d pritet t\u00eb jet\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb ditar\u00eb personal i tij, por edhe nj\u00eb histori politike, kulturore dhe intelektuale e gjysm\u00ebs s\u00eb dyt\u00eb t\u00eb shekullit XX dhe dekadave t\u00eb para t\u00eb shekullit XXI.<\/p>\n

Prej dy v\u00ebllimeve t\u00eb para, nd\u00ebrkaq, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb shihet se n\u00eb shum\u00eb aspekte ky ditar tejkalon modelet e nj\u00eb ditari.
