Dhe vet\u00ebm pse shumica u struk n\u00eb abstinenc\u00ebn arratiake, duke akomoduar e p\u00ebrligjur g\u00ebnjeshtr\u00ebn, mashtrimin dhe industrin\u00eb rentabile t\u00eb krimit e hajnis\u00eb?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Populli i Republik\u00ebs krenare s\u00ebrish votoi. Votoi e zgjodhi ata q\u00eb do t\u2019p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb interesin e tij. Por vota e tij ishte e p\u00ebr\u00e7udshme. Nuk ishte vot\u00eb aktive. Ajo ishte e pakt\u00eb. Kurse tjetra, reale dhe m\u00eb e shumt\u00eb, ishte t\u00ebrhequr. Ishte mbyllur n\u00eb vot\u00ebr, si vot\u00eb e pazot dhe vullnet i vrar\u00eb nga \u201cvulgu i demokracis\u00eb\u201d (Aristoteli)! Kjo mazhoranc\u00eb e abstenimit dhe hijes nuk i doli p\u00ebrball\u00eb dhimbjes, por ndoqi demobilizimin vet\u00ebp\u00ebrjashtues. N\u00eb fakt, i mohoi mir\u00ebbesimin grupimeve politike a koalitive, porse, si ndodh me deshp\u00ebrimtar\u00ebt e fatpajtuar, ata nuk i dhan\u00eb atyre as vot\u00ebn e hapur aktive t\u00eb refuzimit. N\u00eb shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb e mirorganizuara t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs, ka poashtu ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb demobilizim asimetrik. Ve\u00e7se ai vjen e motivohet nga mir\u00ebqenja e baraspeshuar q\u00eb zanafillon tek nj\u00ebjt\u00ebsia e s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs p\u00ebr lumturin\u00eb. Ekuilibrat jan\u00eb delikat e t\u00eb brisht\u00eb n\u00eb shkall\u00ebn q\u00eb asnj\u00eb parti a ideologji nuk mund ti l\u00ebviz\u00eb l\u00ebkundsh\u00ebm dhe, q\u00eb k\u00ebtej, bindja se pothuajse nj\u00eb grim\u00eb ose asgj\u00eb nuk do ndryshoj\u00eb. Aq m\u00eb pak p\u00ebr keq. Ato, prandaj, nuk rezultojn\u00eb asnj\u00ebher\u00eb riorientimore a p\u00ebrmbystare\u2026<\/p>\n<p>A cil\u00ebsohet edhe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb gj\u00ebndja e till\u00eb q\u00eb alternanca t\u00eb mos jet\u00eb aq r\u00ebnd\u00ebsore? Ashtu si ndodh (qysh posa tham\u00eb), kur nd\u00ebrrohen Demokrat\u00eb e Republikan\u00eb n\u00eb Amerik\u00eb, apo Socialdemokrat\u00eb a Demiokristian\u00eb, n\u00eb Gjermani? Fundja ata vet\u00eb, arratiak\u00ebt, ankohen me vaj e z\u00eb t\u00eb shuar p\u00ebr keqjetes\u00eb: skamje e tkurrje lirish\u00eb! \u00c7do ankes\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb akuz\u00eb, po nd\u00ebr ajo ta pushon t\u00eb jet\u00eb e till\u00eb, nuk arrin dot t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb vot\u00eb rr\u00ebzimtare ose rebelim popullor\u2026Formacionet politike: banda ordinare ose neojugosllavist\u00eb n\u00eb hjek\u00ebsim, kan\u00eb pjes\u00ebn fillestare t\u00eb fajit p\u00ebr instalimin e k\u00ebsaj krusme. Po faji nuk prezumohet i gjithi prej tyre. Jan\u00eb me faj dhe vet\u00eb ankestar\u00ebt q\u00eb pranojn\u00eb hapekrah statusin e strucit t\u00eb pap\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm e t\u00eb pashpres\u00eb\u2026N\u00eb fakt, t\u00eb pap\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm rezultojn\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb: edhe t\u00eb strukurit e d\u00ebshp\u00ebrimit edhe pushtetar\u00eb a caksynuesi t\u00eb fronit.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa pap\u00ebrgjegjshm\u00ebria e struc\u00ebve t\u00eb pasy, \u00ebsht\u00eb spontane, indiferente dhe e shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb, pap\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia e t\u00eb dyt\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb eg\u00ebr, e ftoht\u00eb dhe e organizuar. Pastaj, po n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shtjell\u00eb vrojtimi, t\u00eb dyja pal\u00ebt (n\u00ebse mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktohen k\u00ebsisoji) kultivojn\u00eb nj\u00eblloj pandjeshm\u00ebrie t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjell\u00eb. Lidhja kauzale q\u00eb ata ngrejn\u00eb midi fatlumnis\u00eb s\u00eb vet dhe dram\u00ebs tragjike t\u00eb \u201carratiak\u00ebve\u201d t\u00eb braktisur, del t\u00eb jet\u00eb disi e paracaktuar dhe fatale. Mir\u00ebpo, pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebshtu e v\u00ebshtruar, ajo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht e pasakt\u00eb dhe e posht\u00ebr. E askundprekshme n\u00eb Europ\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb tok\u00ebn e shqiptar\u00ebve, pra, abstenimi demobilizues ngjizet e p\u00ebrnxitet nga nj\u00eb shkak\u00ebsi thell\u00ebsisht e kund\u00ebrt: nga apatia kolektive e thadruar ideje se pavar\u00ebsisht kush do b\u00ebj legjislatur\u00ebn, s\u00ebrish gjith\u00e7ka do mbetet e ngrir\u00eb ose, madje, do marr\u00eb teposht\u00ebzen. Mir\u00ebpo a ishte ky reflektim pasiv m\u00ebnyra e mjeti i duhur p\u00ebr t\u00eb dal\u00eb nga rrethi i mbyllur i fatit t\u00eb keq? Assesi! Q\u00eb mospjes\u00ebmarrja n\u00eb sistem, fluksi n\u00eb zon\u00ebn gri t\u00eb jet\u00ebs, t\u00eb vente deri n\u00eb mallkim, votimi, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 pasiv do t\u2019ishte dhe total. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb aspirant\u00ebt e legjislatur\u00ebs s\u00eb re p\u00ebrceptoheshin nj\u00ebsoj. Ata, shumica syresh dhe jan\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb: pa profil, pa moral, pa sakrific\u00eb dedikimi, pa vizion e pa intuit\u00eb krijuese. Megjithat\u00eb mes tyre, si lule e gjysm\u00eb\u00e7elur mes nj\u00eb therrnaje t\u00eb eg\u00ebr, kishte nj\u00eb shpres\u00eb. Nuk pasionohem kollajsh\u00ebm. Nuk jam i pasionuar as tash, ve\u00e7se kishte nj\u00eb drit\u00ebz, nj\u00eb fanar n\u00eb furtun\u00eb q\u00eb s\u2019kish pse t\u00eb paragjykohej negativisht. Porse, me gjas\u00eb, syri i m\u00ebsuar gjat\u00eb, gati i verbuar n\u00eb terr, nuk e shihte dot.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb k\u00ebnaqur si derrnia, legjislaturist\u00ebt e fituar (q\u00eb do t\u2019kremtonin pashemb\u00ebllsisht me traktor\u00eb duke shfaqur, ashtu, simbolik\u00ebn e bot\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre) dhe pretendent\u00ebt e djegur (q\u00eb, t\u00eb bashkuar, shpejtuan drejt shkallaresh pushtetore), p\u00ebr tu dukur realist\u00eb, mondan\u00eb e populldash\u00ebs, do tu thurnin elozhe lavdie zgjedh\u00ebsve t\u00eb bekuar p\u00ebr, si pohojn\u00eb, kultur\u00ebn e demonstruar demokratike. Ngadhnjyesit, gjith\u00ebsesi, do ti ken\u00eb pasur m\u00eb tep\u00ebr n\u00eb mendje elektor\u00ebt mungestar\u00eb, k\u00ebta heshtak\u00eb t\u00eb ekziluar n\u00eb streh\u00ebn e alien\u00ebve social\u00eb, q\u00eb do t\u2019stolisnin kuror\u00ebn e triumfit t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Po p\u00ebr \u00e7far\u00eb kulture demokratike flasin ata? Vet\u00ebm pse s\u2019kishte dhun\u00eb e gjak? Dhe vet\u00ebm pse shumica u mbyll, u ostracizua vullnetarisht, duke akomoduar e p\u00ebrligjur g\u00ebnjeshtr\u00ebn, mashtrimin dhe industrin\u00eb rentabile t\u00eb krimit e hajnis\u00eb? Jo, jo! Nuk ishte kjo kurr\u00ebfar\u00eb kulture demokratike! A nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb etimologjikisht termi demokraci &#8211; sundim populli, pra i sovranit q\u00eb delegon p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimin n\u00eb Kull\u00ebn e paris\u00eb!? N\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebshtu, aher\u00eb a do t\u00eb d\u00ebshmonte ai k\u00ebt\u00eb kultur\u00eb vet\u00ebdrejtimi t\u00eb jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tij?! Jo, mjerisht, jo! As ata q\u00eb votuan aktivisht, duke provuar, madje, se l\u00ebngojn\u00eb ende syndromin e Stokholmit, kur viktima solidarizohet me dhun\u00ebtar\u00ebt dhe as ata q\u00eb iu qasen pasivisht momentit elektoral p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos votuar fare, duke \u00e7uar dor\u00eb qoft\u00eb dhe nga mbrojtja e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre. F\u00ebmij\u00ebve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebve jetesa e bashk\u00ebmoshatar\u00ebve n\u00eb Europ\u00ebn q\u00eb largohet vazhdimisht, iu ngjan ende nj\u00eb shk\u00eblqim prrallash!<\/p>\n<p>Mir\u00ebpo shqiptar\u00ebt, ata q\u00eb vegjetojn\u00eb margjinave t\u00eb jet\u00ebs, ngush\u00ebllohen leht\u00eb. Jan\u00eb modest\u00eb dhe mjaftohen me gj\u00ebra t\u00eb voc\u00ebrra.
