Dr. Nail Draga<\/strong><\/p>\n

N\u00eb banes\u00ebn e tij n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr e 31 maj 2014 n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn 75 vje\u00e7are, vdiq intelektuali dhe studiuesi i shquar prof. Mentor Quku, nd\u00ebrsa . varrimi u be.1.06. 2014 ne varrezat e Stom Golemit n\u00eb Shkoder.N\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb miq\u00ebve dhe koleg\u00ebve fjal\u00ebn e mbajti studiuesi Nexhmi Bushati nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb familjes Bardhyl Quku.
\nMentor Quku ka lindur n\u00eb Bilisht t\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00ebs m\u00eb 20 janar 1939. U arsimua n\u00eb Shkoll\u00ebn Pedagogjike “Shejnaze Juka” n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr (1951-1954), kurse studimet e larta i kreu n\u00eb Institutin e Lart\u00eb Pedagogjik n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb (1955-1957) dhe pastaj n\u00eb Universitetin e Tiran\u00ebs (1960-1963).<\/p>\n

Ka punuar m\u00ebsues n\u00eb shkollat e Shtiq\u00ebnit, Brutit dhe Kuk\u00ebsit (1954-1957), n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn e mesme “Xheladin Fishta” n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr (1961-1963), n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn e Barbullushit (1965-1991), n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn e Bah\u00e7allekut (1991-1992). P\u00ear veprimtarin\u00eb e tij pedagogjike, didaktike e m\u00ebsimore \u00ebsht\u00eb nderuar me medaljen “M\u00ebsues i merituar”.
\nSi drejtor i Muzeut Historik Shkod\u00ebr (1992-2000), ai ka organizuar, drejtuar dhe botuar, gjasht\u00eb seminare nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare me titull “Shkodra n\u00eb shekuj”, si dhe ka drejtuar revist\u00ebn “Kumtari”.<\/p>\n

Mentor Quku \u00ebsht\u00eb autor i shum\u00eb artikujve dhe studimeve n\u00eb fusha t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb dijes, si metodik\u00eb e m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebnies, pedagogji familjare, pedagogji shkollore, pedagogji sportive, tekstologji, psikologji e arteve figurative, psikologji sportive, psikologji moshore, histori, histori arti, let\u00ebrsi biografike, let\u00ebrsi p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00eb, let\u00ebrsi politike, histori e let\u00ebrsis\u00eb p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00eb, mitologji, folklor, frazeologji, toponomastik\u00eb. Ai ka marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb shum\u00eb konferenca komb\u00ebtare e nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, ku kontributi i tij ka qen\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb i mir\u00ebpritur. N\u00eb aspektin politik ishte idhtar i t\u00eb djatht\u00ebs shqiptare dhe idealist i sikurse personaliteti i Mit’hat Frash\u00ebrit.<\/p>\n

Ka botuar n\u00eb Studime filologjike, Studime historike, Studime pedagogjike, Kultura popullore, Buletin shkencor i Universitetit Luigj Gurakuqi Shkod\u00ebr, Kumtari i Muzeut Historik Shkod\u00ebr, Seminari Shkencor Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar Shkodra n\u00eb shekuj, N\u00ebntori, Les Lettres Albanaises, Shqip\u00ebria e Re, Ylli, Hylli i Drit\u00ebs, Gjuha e Jon\u00eb, Albanica Ekskluzive, Lemba, Flaka, Illyria, Dielli, Koha Javore etj.<\/p>\n

Tema qendrore e k\u00ebrkimeve dhe e studimoreve t\u00eb Mentor Qukut mbetet figura e Ndre Mjed\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ai ka punuar 40 vjet dhe ka botuar nj\u00eb kolan\u00eb studimore shum\u00ebv\u00ebllimshe. P\u00ebr t’u dokumentuar rreth jet\u00ebs e vepr\u00ebs s\u00eb Mjed\u00ebs, ai ka shfryt\u00ebzuar arkivat e t\u00eb gjitha vendeve ku Mjeda ka studiuar e punuar, ose q\u00eb kan\u00eb ruajtur dokumentacion p\u00ebr Mjed\u00ebn, si psh. Arkivi i Propaganda Fides, Arkivi i Jezuit\u00ebve Rom\u00eb, fondi Peters Mahringer-Fonds (Austri), arkivat, bibliotekat dhe muzeumet e Vjen\u00ebs, si edhe arkiva e bibioteka t\u00eb shumta n\u00eb Gjermani, Franc\u00eb, Poloni, Danimark\u00eb, Spanj\u00eb, apo kuvendet fran\u00e7eskane e jezuite t\u00eb Bosnjes e t\u00eb Kroacis\u00eb.
\nBotimin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb kolan\u00ebs studimore “Mjeda”, autori Mentor Quku e p\u00ebrfundoi m\u00eb 2013, me rastin e kremtimeve t\u00eb 100-vjetorit t\u00eb Pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb. Kjo kolan\u00eb, e botuar nga Sht\u00ebpia Botuese “Ilar” n\u00eb vitet 2004-2013, paraqitet me k\u00ebto v\u00ebllime:<\/p>\n

K\u00ebt\u00eb e d\u00ebshmon, s\u00eb fundi, edhe botimi i numrit t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb revist\u00ebs studimore \u201cMjedologji\u201d, e cila p\u00ebrmban nj\u00ebzet punime mbi Ndre Mjed\u00ebn nga studiues t\u00eb konfirmuar t\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha trojeve shqiptare dhe i kushtohet mjedologut Mentor Quku.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr kontributin e tij, Z. Mentor Quku \u00ebsht\u00eb vler\u00ebsuar me medaljen \u201cM\u00ebsues i Merituar\u201d (1991) dhe \u201cMir\u00ebnjohje e qytetit t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs\u201d (2011). Mori titullin ” Profesor Nderi”, i Universitetit te Shkodres, 26 prill 2014.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata t\u00eb cil\u00ebt n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen do t\u00eb trajtojn\u00eb figur\u00ebn shum\u00ebplaneshe t\u00eb Mjed\u00ebs, do t iu referohen kolan\u00ebs s\u00eb Mentor Qukut, q\u00eb lirisht mund t\u00eb quhet edhe INSTITUTI QUKU. Sepse ate \u00e7ka e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb M.Quku, nuk e kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb institucuionet shkencore dhe akademike. Ai Mjed\u00ebs dhe veht\u00ebs i ka ngritur nj\u00eb monument si pak kush n\u00eb bot\u00ebn shqiptare q\u00eb do t\u00eb jet\u00eb i p\u00ebrjetsh\u00ebm.
\nMentor Quku ka nj\u00eb merit\u00eb t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme n\u00eb rivendosjen e bashk\u00ebpunimit shkencor dhe kulturor me shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, pas vitit 1990. Duhet ve\u00e7uar sidomos qytetin e Ulqinit dhe krijuesit entuziast t\u00eb bashkuar n\u00eb Shoqat\u00ebn e \u201dArt Clubit\u201d, q\u00eb ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb m\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur ishte drejtor i Muzeut Historik n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr.Ishte i pranish\u00ebm ne sesione shkencore e p\u00ebrurime botimesh. Emri tij figuron si recenzent i botimeve t\u00eb ndryshme nga Art Clubi. Ai g\u00ebzonte respekt t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb ne Ulqin, duke ndikuar n\u00eb forcimin e lidhjeve kulturore ne mes Ulqinit dhe Shkodr\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
