K\u00ebsisoj ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb arritur t\u00eb z\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb vend n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb lidhjeve fisnore, klanore, politike, tarafit e interesave mafioze ndjehen t\u00eb plotfuqish\u00ebm, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt n\u00eb fat t\u00eb zi e me shpres\u00eb t\u00eb vdekur sa nuk u mbetet tjet\u00ebr; o ikja nga syt\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebt prej k\u00ebtij vendi t\u00eb vetmallkuar ose t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb vetvrasje si i vetmi shp\u00ebtim i sigurt prej k\u00ebsaj katrahure ku kurrkush nuk e ka sigurin\u00eb e t\u00eb nes\u00ebrmes. Rrug\u00eb tjet\u00ebr nuk ka n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb trishtim shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe shpresa se nd\u00ebrrimi i qeverisjes do t\u00eb l\u00ebvizte ujin e qelbur n\u00eb pushtet e administrat\u00eb, sa vjen e po flashket sepse sikush po mendon t\u00eb rregulloj\u00eb t\u00eb vet\u00ebt, pra familjen, rrethin, fisin. Lexova nj\u00eb shkrim dhe m\u2019u nxin\u00eb syt\u00eb, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e deputet\u00ebve t\u00eb dy krah\u00ebve t\u00eb politik\u00ebs, pozit\u00eb e opozit\u00eb ishin pun\u00ebsuar e me rroga t\u00eb majme, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb v\u00ebll\u00ebzerit e motrat e deputet\u00ebve, ministrave, funksionar\u00ebve t\u00eb lart\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar n\u00eb vendet m\u00eb t\u00eb mira. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb ata q\u00eb p\u00ebr 8 vjet i mbajti qeveria e shkuar n\u00eb papun\u00ebsi ani pse t\u00eb kualifikuar, vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb po ashtu t\u00eb papun\u00eb, sepse edhe kur b\u00ebhet ndonj\u00eb konkurs, gjejn\u00eb nj\u00eb shkak a sajojn\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb vendoset ai q\u00eb duan, ai p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb kompromis pas kuintave t\u00eb dy pal\u00ebt, ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb q\u00ebn\u00eb e mbeten zot\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebtij vendi pavar\u00ebsisht rotacionit t\u00eb pushtetit.<\/p>\n<p>Kaq shum\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb konsoliduar mendimi se pushtetet nd\u00ebrrohen, por ne t\u00eb tarafit e miq\u00ebsive jemi po k\u00ebta, se armiq jemi n\u00eb foltore t\u00eb parlamentit, por n\u00eb interesa jemi aleat\u00eb, sa nuk jam \u00e7uditur aspak kur pasi e shkarkuan drejtoresh\u00ebn e Arkivit t\u00eb Shtetit (e njohur kjo si pjes\u00eb e struktur\u00ebs politike q\u00eb populli me verdiktin e vet e rr\u00ebzoi), doli n\u00eb median vizive ku denoncoi me ashp\u00ebrsi shkarkimin e saj e foli kund\u00ebr qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb sapozgjedhur. Dhe e dini \u00e7far\u00eb ndodhi? N\u00eb pseudokonkursin q\u00eb u zhvillua p\u00ebr administrat\u00ebn e Parlamentit, n\u00eb sektorin shtypit, doli fituese pa konkurim, pra u em\u00ebrua, pik\u00ebrisht ish-drejtoresha e Arkivit t\u00eb Shtetit. Tashm\u00eb ajo nuk del n\u00eb TV t\u00eb kritikoj\u00eb qeverin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nderkoh\u00eb ata q\u00eb votuan p\u00ebr rotacionin dhe shpres\u00ebn, han\u00eb veten me dh\u00ebmb\u00eb tek vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb rrin\u00eb t\u00eb papun\u00eb e pa asnj\u00eb t\u00eb ardhur, shohin gjithashtu, p\u00ebr ironi t\u00eb koh\u00ebs mizore ku i ka sjell\u00eb rasti t\u00eb jetojn\u00eb, q\u00eb t\u00eb em\u00ebrohen n\u00ebp\u00ebr funksione e zyra po ata q\u00eb deri m\u00eb dje b\u00ebnin ligjin e Maliqin.<br \/>\nK\u00ebta q\u00eb sot kan\u00eb shumic\u00ebn mesa duket kan\u00eb menduar se m\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u2019i japin vendin e t\u2019i mbyllin goj\u00ebn sesa ta l\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb flas\u00eb e t\u00eb prish pun\u00eb n\u00eb Media n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrnatshme. Mbase me k\u00ebsisoj zgjidhjesh e kan\u00eb mir\u00eb p\u00ebr veten e tyre politikan\u00ebt n\u00eb pushtet, larg sherrit, por p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb me vot\u00ebn e vet i soll\u00ebn n\u00eb pushtet kurrsesi jo. Kemi parasysh efektin domino q\u00eb vjen prej sh\u00ebmbujve t\u00eb till\u00eb q\u00eb nuk ikin pa l\u00ebn\u00eb gjurm\u00eb tek njer\u00ebzit. Ka nj\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb publike tashm\u00eb, kudo ka nisur t\u00eb shfaqet zhg\u00ebnjimi.<\/p>\n<p>Ata q\u00eb votuan p\u00ebr rotacionin, q\u00eb prit\u00ebn me shpres\u00eb, vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb kontigjenti i t\u00eb d\u00ebnuarve t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetsh\u00ebm. Dhe nuk ka asnj\u00eb garanci q\u00eb kjo mas\u00eb njer\u00ebzish q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebjn\u00eb qindra e mij\u00ebra t\u00eb jen\u00eb edhe m\u00eb tej besnik\u00eb t\u00eb verb\u00ebr t\u00eb shpres\u00ebs s\u00eb thyer. Partit\u00eb nuk duhet t\u00eb mendojn\u00eb se njer\u00ebzit jan\u00eb budallenj dhe se votojn\u00eb p\u00ebr syt\u00eb e bukur t\u00eb ndonj\u00eb politikani a ndonj\u00eb deputeti, q\u00eb mjerisht vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb zgjidhen me list\u00eb si n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e diktatur\u00ebs. Asnj\u00eb ndryshim nuk ka. Jetojm\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb demokraci t\u00eb dhunuar q\u00eb ta kufizon lirin\u00eb e zgjedhjes.<\/p>\n<p>Ndaj dhe shum\u00eb zhurm\u00eb p\u00ebr asgj\u00eb e demostrime minore q\u00eb b\u00ebhen nga opozita se gjoja na i kan\u00eb pushuar nga puna ithar\u00ebt tan\u00eb partiak\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb se ka ndonj\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuese. Madje edhe kur mund t\u00eb pushohet nga puna ndonj\u00eb p\u00ebr shkelje apo paaft\u00ebsi, ai merr menj\u00ebher\u00eb poz\u00ebn e opozitarit dhe del e b\u00ebn zhurm\u00eb, duke harruar se jan\u00eb mij\u00ebra t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb papun\u00eb anipse t\u00eb kualifikuar q\u00eb as nuk guxonin t\u00eb protestonin n\u00eb 8 vjet pushtet arbitrar e t\u00eb dhunsh\u00ebm. Kjo kategori t\u00eb privilegjuarish q\u00eb edhe zhvat\u00ebn sa mund\u00ebn n\u00eb k\u00ebto vite, as duan t\u2019ia din\u00eb se edhe ata, t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt pra, duhet t\u00eb punojn\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb jetojn\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Por kjo koh\u00eb me paradokse ka nxjerr\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb praktik\u00eb t\u00eb re. Atyre q\u00eb u ka kaluar mandati n\u00eb nj\u00eb funksion dhe ka ardhur koha t\u00eb l\u00ebvizin dalin me buj\u00eb n\u00eb media e thon\u00eb nuk ikim. K\u00ebta edhe sfidojn\u00eb shtetin si\u00e7 b\u00ebn nj\u00eb zonj\u00eb q\u00eb pa asnj\u00eb merit\u00eb(ve\u00e7 si veprimtare politike) ka vite q\u00eb drejton nj\u00eb institucion rregullator t\u00eb medias vizive dhe kur mandati i ka p\u00ebrfunduar ligj\u00ebrisht, deklaron se nuk e l\u00ebshon vendin p\u00ebr nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr. Tani na del edhe nj\u00eb gjeneral q\u00eb na p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsonte n\u00eb NATO dhe thot\u00eb se anipse me mandat t\u00eb tejkaluar, nuk e l\u00eb vendin q\u00eb kam dhe nuk i zbatoj urdh\u00ebrat e ministres apo shefit t\u00eb Shtabit t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7far\u00eb po ndodh n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend q\u00eb na jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00ebnpun\u00ebsit e shtetit nga sh\u00ebrbyes t\u00eb tij n\u00eb padron\u00eb e uzurpator\u00eb t\u00eb funksioneve t\u00eb larta, sikur t\u00eb ishin senator\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetsh\u00ebm t\u00eb kolltuk\u00ebve. Po nuk kan\u00eb faj se kur shohin se nj\u00eb kryetar partie mbetet i till\u00eb me vite pa iu dridhur qerpiku(aty rri kryetar se mir\u00eb je, muri lu e burri s\u2019lu), krijohet leht\u00ebsisht mend\u00ebsia e t\u00eb p\u00ebrhershmit e t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetshmit, psikologjia e t\u00eb fortit, pra e xhungl\u00ebs. Ndaj kur i thon\u00eb t\u00eb l\u00ebr\u00eb detyr\u00ebn sepse p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb em\u00ebruar nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7uditurin&#8230; e ndoshta kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Si more t\u00eb ikin&#8230;\u00c7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb kjo pyetje marroke n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Ku ka shqiptar q\u00eb ik\u00ebn nga posti.
