U arsimua n\u00eb Shkoll\u00ebn Pedagogjike &#8220;Shejnaze Juka&#8221; n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr (1951-1954), Institutin e Lart\u00eb Pedagogjik n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb (1955-1957) dhe Universitetin e Tiran\u00ebs, Fakulteti i Shkencave t\u00eb Natyr\u00ebs (1960-1963).<br \/>\nKa qen\u00eb m\u00ebsues n\u00eb shkollat e Shtiq\u00ebnit, Brutit dhe Kuk\u00ebsit (1954-1957), n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn e mesme &#8220;Xheladin Fishta&#8221; n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr (1961-1963), n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn e Barbullushit (1965-1991), n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn e Bah\u00e7allekut (1991-1992). Ka qen\u00eb drejtor i Muzeut Historik Shkod\u00ebr (1992-2000) duke organizuar kat\u00ebr seminaret e para &#8220;Shkodran n\u00eb shekuj&#8221;. \u00cbsht\u00eb drejtor i revist\u00ebs &#8220;Kumtari&#8221; dhe i gjasht\u00eb v\u00ebllimeve &#8220;Seminari Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, &#8220;Shkodran n\u00eb shekuj&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb autor i disa studimeve e botimeve n\u00eb fusha t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb dijes si metodik\u00eb e dh\u00ebnies s\u00eb m\u00ebsimit, pedagogji familjare, pedagogji shkollore, pedagogji sportive, tekstologji, psikologji t\u00eb arteve figurative, psikologji sportive, psikologji t\u00eb moshave, histori, histori arti, let\u00ebrsi biografike, let\u00ebrsi p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00eb, let\u00ebrsi politike, histori e let\u00ebrsis\u00eb p\u00ebr f\u00ebmij\u00eb, mitologji, folklor, frazeologji, toponomastik\u00eb. Tema qendrore e botimeve t\u00eb tij mbetet ajo e Ndre Mjed\u00ebs<br \/>\nProf.Mentori punoje me perkushtim te gjithe jeten ,ishte nji mesus model,punetore dhe kerkues ndaje nxaneseve,kane kaluar vite qe kure prof.Mentori se bashku me bashkeshorten Ixhlalin edhe kjo mesuese ne shkollen 11janari ne Barbullush(keshtu quhej aso kohe).<\/p>\n<p>Vitet kane kaluar ,po emeri i prof. Mentor Qukut kujtohen me shume respekte nga fshateret e Kukelit, Barbullushit,Mali i Jushit dhe Sumezi, kujtohet nga ishe nxanesit me nji respekte te pa shoq.<br \/>\nPata fatin e mire qe pase shume vitesh lidhjet e mija me ish mesuesin tim Mentor Quku te ishin shume te forta,tashma ne flisnim si shoke,si golege,si lexues dhe shkrues,kujtonim ato vite te femijeris,kujtonim kopshtin botanik te ndertuar nga i pa lodhoru mesues Mentori,ai kopeshte shpejte do ishte model ne shkalle republike.<\/p>\n<p>Ato vite mesues Mentori jepte botaniken si lend te pare,po shpejte do te shkruanin gazetat e kohes per kete mesues model i punes praktike,model i te gjitha prodhimeve bujqesore,model i nji njeriu komunikues me nxanesit dhe prinderit.<\/p>\n<p>Sote munde te flase lirshem,mundem te shkruaj faqe te tera per kete njeri me emer te nderuar sot.<br \/>\nKushe unde ta mendonte aso kohe se ky mesues i ardhur nga qyteti te merrej me studimin e Mjedes,nuke la fshat pa shkelur,muzeum pa shfletuar mrena dhe jashte atdheut.<br \/>\nEdhe pse ne moshe dhe me pake probleme shendetesore,ky njeri di te gjeje forcen per te mposhtur c&#8217;do te keqe,aty ne krevat shkruan pa reshtur,po pregadit libretin me titudhe &#8220;U kethye Mjeda&#8221;ku se shpejti teatri Migjeni do ta vere ne sken.<\/p>\n<p>Teke ndodhem perbadhe prof. Mentorit ketu ne shtepin time ne Rom,vetja perseri me mbetet nxanes i tij.<br \/>\nNeser eshte 7 Marsi, i shkrova keto pake reshta ne shej nderimi dhe mirenjohje per ty prof. Mentori, per te gjithe mesimdhanesit, edhe pse floket me jane thinjur perpara mesuesit time edhe sote jame po ai i viteve te shkolles, nxanes mbetem gjithmon perpara te gjithe ishe mesueseve dhe mesueseve te mije.<br \/>\nUrimi eshte i natyreshem per ju prof.
