Veliaj fort i fyer gjithashtu shprehej se “nacionalist dy lek\u00ebsh je ti Sali Berisha, pse nuk e b\u00ebre p\u00ebr tet\u00eb vjet interkonjeksionin me Kosov\u00ebn?”, duke ju referuar kontrat\u00ebs s\u00eb sapon\u00ebnshkruar nga qeveria Rama p\u00ebr t\u00eb realizuar pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebt\u00eb lidhje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme. Jo vet\u00ebm aq, por media pran\u00eb qeveris\u00eb fliste se kjo do t’a shk\u00ebpuste Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb nga sfera energjitike e Serbis\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn sic do thonin deputetet Brace dhe Balla “e ka futur Sali Berisha dhe miku i tij Fazllic”.<\/p>\n

Asokohe, p\u00ebrtej mosbesueshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb lajm\u00ebtar\u00ebve, ne ashtu si edhe shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb menduam se deklarata e Veliajt ishte nj\u00eb sinjal kurajoje e qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb re p\u00ebr t\u00eb luftuar korrupsionin dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur larg interesat serbe, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat kur ishte n\u00eb opozit\u00eb vjollc\u00ebt me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb akuzonin Berish\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

Mir\u00ebpo, ashtu si shum\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, edhe kjo doli vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb pufk\u00eb mediatike. Sic mund t’a shihni m\u00eb posht\u00eb nga deklarata e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb ENERGOINVEST, nj\u00eb nga kompanit\u00eb e lidhura me Fazllicin, \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht ajo q\u00eb ka “fituar” tenderin e interkonjeksionit me Kosov\u00ebn. Nga pik\u00ebpamja e strategjis\u00eb politike kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb l\u00ebvizje gjeniale sepse Sali Berisha nuk mund t\u00eb protestoj\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb tender q\u00eb i \u00ebsht\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb “mikut t\u00eb tij Fazllic”. N\u00eb fakt, lukunia e leh\u00ebsve me let\u00ebr t\u00eb shkruar t\u00eb Berisha-Bash\u00ebs nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ndjer\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb shfaqje hipokrizie e g\u00ebnjeshtarie. As nj\u00eb armik i p\u00ebrbetuar i Fazllicit si Mero Baze, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ndjer\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb maskarall\u00ebk.<\/p>\n

Njihej tendenca e ministrit Veliaj p\u00ebr t\u00eb tjet\u00ebrsuar, mashtruar dhe luajtur me faktet p\u00ebr arsye politike. 23. 12. 2013. \u2013 The contract for work in Albania worth nearly 29 million Euros signed The contract worth nearly 29 million Euros between Energoinvest Sarajevo and Electricity Transmission Company of Albania (OST) was signed during the weekend in Prizren (Kosovo). This contract is related to the construction of the transmission lines of 400 kV from Tirana to Morina. In addition to the delegation of signatories, led by the Energoinvest General Manager Enes Cengic and OST Albania Manager, Engj\u00ebll Zeqo, a signing ceremony was also attended by Fadil Ismajli, the Minister of Economic Development of Kosovo, Damian Gjiknuri, the Minister of Energy and Industry of Albania, Naim Bejtullahu, the Manager of the Power Transmission Company of Kosovo and representatives of the German Development Bank (KfW), which also finances this project.<\/p>\n

The construction of the transmission line network between Tirana and Morina will greatly strengthen the electricity network of Albania, Kosovo and the whole region. It is interesting that Prizren has been chosen as the place to sign the contract because of its historical role in order to remind of the struggle of the Balkan peoples against the policy of imperial powers for their own national state. The regional cooperation on this project shows that joint works can certainly be implemented together in Southeast Europe and bring out the best in the regional companies for the needs of economies of these countries, where Energoinvest has built its reputation for decades.<\/p>\n

General Manager Cengic said, among other things, at the signing ceremony: \u201cWe in the region must be more active. Only if we in this way observe a new chance and circumstances imposed we can gain particular benefits for our economies and citizens. We have not used regional cooperation and awarded projects and offered opportunities, especially now as Croatia joined the EU and Slovenia did the same before. There are many opportunities for regional cooperation and it is only up to us whether we use them, including the withdrawal of special IPA funds, which we also did not use in the right way. The regional economic development is an essential example of integration and progress, and these contracts in Albania in Kosovo confirm that we can successfully implement the most demanding projects in the interest of our economies and countries.\u201d<\/p>\n

The importance of policy following the economy is emphasized and that regional development policies should be defined accordingly, which would offer a solution enabling all countries to realize their potential and seize the opportunities for sustainable development and prosperity of their citizens. The Southeast Europe countries and the Balkans are small and medium size countries that can effectively develop by involving in regional economic integrations. Energoinvest will implement this project as a turn-key project, which means that our company carries out the design, equipment procurement, delivery, construction works, testing and commissioning of the transmission lines. The deadline to implement the project is 24 months.<\/p>\n

This is not the first project that our company implements in Albania. In fact, in January of this year we contracted the construction of 110 kV transmission line and reconstruction of five substations (South Albania\/Lot 2) for the same customer, worth about 30 million euro, which means that only in Albania Energoinvest has contracted works worth nearly 60 million euro. By winning projects like this one in Albania Energoinvest shows that it has the potential and the chance to develop into a modern company, regardless of the fierce competition in the global market.<\/p>\n

Ministria e Energjetik\u00ebs sqaron zgjedhjen e kompanis\u00eb\u00a0 boshnjake \u201cEnergoinvest\u201d me aksioner edhe Damir Fazlli\u00e7\u00a0 p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e linj\u00ebs s\u00eb interkonjeksionit 400 kV mes Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe Kosov\u00ebs. P\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb njoftimi p\u00ebr mediat, Ministria sqaron se selektimi dhe p\u00ebrzgjedhja, deri n\u00eb ofert\u00ebn teknike \u00ebsht\u00eb kryer nga drejtuesit e OST-s\u00eb dhe konsulent\u00ebt e bank\u00ebs KfW, gjat\u00eb qeverisjes s\u00eb Sali Berisha. Projekti i nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb linj\u00ebs s\u00eb tensionit t\u00eb lart\u00eb 400 kV Kosov\u00eb-Shqip\u00ebri, \u00ebsht\u00eb i ndar\u00eb n\u00eb dy LOT-e. LOT1 p\u00ebrfshin nd\u00ebrtimin e linj\u00ebs interkonjeksionit e cila lidh n\u00ebnstacionet NS Kosova B (Kosov\u00eb) dhe NS Tirana 2 (Shqip\u00ebri) me nj\u00eb gjat\u00ebsi totale prej 241.5 km. Nd\u00ebrsa LOT2 p\u00ebrfshin nd\u00ebrtimin dhe instalimin e pajisjeve t\u00eb tensionit t\u00eb lart\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebto n\u00ebnstacione, si dhe infrastruktur\u00ebn e nevojshme p\u00ebr ofrimin e sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb rregullimit sekondar (frekuenc\u00eb \u2013 fuqi), n\u00eb mes t\u00eb Operatorit t\u00eb Sistemit, Transmetimit dhe Tregut t\u00eb Energjis\u00eb Elektrike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs (KOSTT) dhe Operatorit t\u00eb Sistemit t\u00eb Transmetimit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb (OST).<\/i><\/p>\n

Ministria e Energjis\u00eb dhe Industris\u00eb sqaron se pas periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb zvarritjes dy vje\u00e7are nga qeveria e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, amendimi i kontrat\u00ebs s\u00eb konsulenc\u00ebs p\u00ebr procedur\u00ebn e ritenderimit \u00ebsht\u00eb kryer m\u00eb 4 shkurt 2013. Njoftimi p\u00ebr procedur\u00ebn e re t\u00eb tenderimit p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb projekt u krye m\u00eb 20 mars t\u00eb vitit 2013.<\/i><\/p>\n

M\u00eb 11 qershor 2013 \u00ebsht\u00eb kryer hapja e procedur\u00ebs s\u00eb tenderimit, marrja e ofertave dhe hapja e zarfit t\u00eb postkualifikimit.<\/i><\/p>\n

M\u00eb 9 gusht 2013 \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb hapja e ofert\u00ebs teknike ku \u00ebsht\u00eb kryer edhe skualifikimi i disa ofertave, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb m\u00eb 1 n\u00ebntor 2013 (kur u hap oferta financiare) t\u00eb kishte mbetur vet\u00ebm kompania Energoinvest.\u00a0 M\u00eb 12 dhjetor 2013 \u00ebsht\u00eb kryer firmosja e kontrat\u00ebs p\u00ebr Lot 1 me Energoinvest.<\/i><\/p>\n
