Ve\u00e7mas tyre, n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn politike t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs, protesta \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur m\u00eb shum\u00eb si nj\u00eb mjet politik p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb jasht\u00eb loje kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt brenda partis\u00eb, se sa p\u00ebr t\u00eb d\u00ebmtuar kund\u00ebrshtarin politik.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, Lulzim Bash\u00ebn nuk e kam marr\u00eb seriozisht si nj\u00eb lider, q\u00eb ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr rrug\u00ebn, p\u00ebr arsyen e vetme se atij ia kan\u00eb dhuruar pushtetin brenda partis\u00eb dhe nuk shikoj ndonj\u00eb rrezik real q\u00eb dikush mund ta rivalizoj\u00eb sa \u00ebsht\u00eb Berisha gjall\u00eb. Berisha, n\u00eb vitin 1997 deri n\u00eb vitin 2001, iu drejtua rrug\u00ebs, pasi ishte n\u00eb sh\u00ebnjest\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebve dhe kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebve brenda partis\u00eb p\u00ebr ta eliminuar politikisht.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7do dit\u00eb media e asaj kohe kishte intervista t\u00eb Genc Pollos, Genc Rulit, Tritan Shehit, Dashamir Shehit, Ferdinand Xhaferrit, Artan Hoxh\u00ebs, bile dhe Enno Bozdos, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt k\u00ebrkonin largimin e tij nga PD-ja dhe kthimin e partis\u00eb n\u00eb institucione. P\u00ebrkund\u00ebr tyre, i ndihmuar dhe nga ngjarje dramatike, si\u00e7 ishte vrasja e Azem Hajdarit, Berisha e mbajti PD n\u00eb rrug\u00eb deri n\u00eb vitin 2001, kur kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt i nxori jasht\u00eb partis\u00eb dhe dukej se nuk kishte m\u00eb asnj\u00eb rrezik. Pas k\u00ebsaj ai iu p\u00ebrvesh marr\u00ebveshjeve me kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt, me Fatos Nanon dhe Ilir Met\u00ebn dhe deri n\u00eb vitin 20o5 nuk iu drejtua m\u00eb rrug\u00ebs p\u00ebrve\u00e7 tre mitingjeve n\u00eb vitin 2004.<\/p>\n<p>Lulzim Basha nuk m\u00eb duket se ndodhet n\u00eb pozita t\u00eb ngjashme, por edhe p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr k\u00ebsaj, ai duket se ka zgjedhur t\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebris\u00eb ciklin opozitar t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs. Arsyet mund t\u00eb ngjajn\u00eb me ato t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs, por ka natyrisht dhe arsyet e veta.<\/p>\n<p>Dalja n\u00eb rrug\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos u marr\u00eb me t\u00eb si lider i partis\u00eb, nuk m\u00eb duket nj\u00eb arsye e plot\u00eb, pasi e vetmja k\u00ebrkes\u00eb q\u00eb vjen nga kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt e tij n\u00eb parti \u00ebsht\u00eb analiza e zgjedhjeve dhe jo analiza e tij si lider. Analiza e zgjedhjeve nxjerr humb\u00ebs dhe fajtor kryesor Sali Berish\u00ebn dhe klanin e tij, ndaj dhe shtyrja dhe mosb\u00ebrja kurr\u00eb e saj, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb arsye m\u00eb e besueshme q\u00eb protestat n\u00eb rrug\u00eb po i nxit Berisha p\u00ebr ta shmangur k\u00ebt\u00eb moment brenda PD-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb frik\u00eb tjet\u00ebr e Bash\u00ebs duket se \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfshirja n\u00eb reform\u00ebn territoriale, e cila ka padiskutim dhe impakt elektoral. Duke q\u00ebndruar jasht\u00eb reform\u00ebs territoriale, Basha po p\u00ebrgatitet t\u00eb mos njoh\u00eb rezultatin e zgjedhjeve lokale, i cili do t\u00eb jet\u00eb ndoshta m\u00eb i thelli kund\u00ebr opozit\u00ebs, jo p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb ndarjes territoriale, por p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb shkrirjes de facto q\u00eb po i ndodh PD-s\u00eb n\u00eb baz\u00eb, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb Basha p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb mbuloj\u00eb disfat\u00ebn me mitingje.<\/p>\n<p>Por mbi t\u00eb gjitha Basha e ka kuptuar se do t\u00eb jet\u00eb p\u00ebr rrug\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb n\u00eb opozit\u00eb dhe po konsumon ciklin e protestave n\u00eb rrug\u00eb ndoshta p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb mandatin e par\u00eb, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb mandatin e dyt\u00eb n\u00eb opozit\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb rolin e opozit\u00ebs p\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse dhe t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb kurs.<\/p>\n<p>Sido q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb, kjo lloj opozite populiste \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb favor i pamerituar p\u00ebr qeverisjen, e cila ende nuk ka z\u00ebn\u00eb vend, dhe p\u00ebr shum\u00eb nga premtimet e saj, ende nuk ia ka dal\u00eb t\u00eb filloj\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoj nj\u00eb plan p\u00ebr realizimin e tyre. Me nj\u00eb opozit\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00eb, qeveria merr mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb pamerituar nga militant\u00ebt e saj dhe zbut n\u00eb nj\u00eb mase ekstreme zem\u00ebrimin e mij\u00ebra socialist\u00ebve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt jan\u00eb ende t\u00eb papun\u00eb dhe t\u00eb pap\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar n\u00eb pushtet. Ashtu sikund\u00ebr Basha e Berisha duan t\u00eb g\u00ebnjejn\u00eb demokrat\u00ebt duke mos b\u00ebr\u00eb analiz\u00ebn e d\u00ebshtimit t\u00eb tyre dhe duke i ftuar n\u00eb mitingje, ata po ashtu u ndezin gjakun nj\u00eb milion socialist\u00ebve q\u00eb votuan kund\u00ebr tyre, duke ua hequr nga mendja zem\u00ebrimin q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ken\u00eb me qeverin\u00eb e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo m\u00ebnyr\u00eb e t\u00eb b\u00ebrit opozit\u00eb, sidomos stimulimi i \u201crevoltave\u201d me spote q\u00eb kushtojn\u00eb miliona, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb thirrje kund\u00ebr varf\u00ebris\u00eb, me lider\u00eb t\u00eb rinj miliarder\u00eb, q\u00eb u kushtojn\u00eb makinat dhe sht\u00ebpit\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se selia e PD-s\u00eb, dhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb q\u00eb \u201cdemokrat\u00ebt\u201d militant\u00eb jan\u00eb ende n\u00eb zyrat e shtetit n\u00eb pun\u00eb, dhe socialist\u00ebt n\u00eb rrug\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb ndihm\u00eb e pamerituar p\u00ebr qeverin\u00eb. Koha ka provuar se pushteti k\u00ebtu dob\u00ebsohet kur i hiqet alibia e \u201carmikut\u201d dhe kur e p\u00ebrball at\u00eb me d\u00ebshtimet e veta. Rama shkoi drejt zgjedhjeve duke miratuar ligje konsensuale, edhe pse ishin kund\u00ebr interesit t\u00eb tij politik, hyri n\u00eb parlament, edhe pse Berisha nuk i lejoi t\u00eb hapeshin kutit\u00eb e manipuluara t\u00eb 2009-\u00ebs, pranoi t\u00eb dor\u00ebzonte Bashkin\u00eb edhe pse ia vodh\u00ebn hapur mandatin, nuk e la parlamentin edhe pse bulevardi u p\u00ebrgjak nga kat\u00ebr t\u00eb vrar\u00eb prej Sali Berish\u00ebs dhe Lulzim Bash\u00ebs dhe i mbushi mendjen shqiptar\u00ebve se problem ishte Berisha me Bash\u00ebn, jo ai.<\/p>\n<p>Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb momenti m\u00eb delikat kur nj\u00eb opozit\u00eb e mund pushtetin, kur masa kritike kalon t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn n\u00eb an\u00ebn e saj.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo q\u00eb po b\u00ebn Basha, duket se \u00ebsht\u00eb di\u00e7ka q\u00eb e ka menduar mir\u00eb. Ai e di q\u00eb e ka larg pushtetin, e di q\u00eb ka Berish\u00ebn n\u00ebp\u00ebr k\u00ebmb\u00eb, e di q\u00eb ka shum\u00eb pak shanse t\u00eb ndryshoj\u00eb shumic\u00ebn parlamentare n\u00eb zgjedhjet e ardhshme dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb nisur p\u00ebr rrug\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb, duke ia nisur nga \u201crreshtorja\u201d e PD-s\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduar n\u00eb krye t\u00eb rreshtit, n\u00ebse ia del t\u00eb mbijetoj\u00eb pas tet\u00eb vitesh.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk e ka menduar keq p\u00ebr vete dhe as p\u00ebr qeverin\u00eb. T\u00eb dy dalin t\u00eb fituar nga kjo q\u00eb po b\u00ebn.
