Qyteti i Shkodr\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb qend\u00ebr mjaft e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme kulturore dhe muzikore e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, e cila paraqet nd\u00ebr shekuj lasht\u00ebsin\u00eb e traditave artistike shqiptare, me folkorin muzikor, k\u00ebng\u00ebtar\u00ebt, valltar\u00ebt, instrumentet dhe veshjet tradicionale. Artisti i madh Bujar Qamili \u201cMjeshtri i Madh i Artit\u201d n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet krijimtaris\u00eb s\u00eb tij artistike ka pasuruar m\u00eb tej artin shqiptar, n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti folklorin muzikor me k\u00ebng\u00eb popullore. Mjeshtri i madh i la gjurm\u00ebt e tij n\u00eb potpurin\u00eb shkodrane, muzik\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb t\u00eb mesme, t\u00eb jugut si dhe t\u00eb trevave t\u00eb tjera, duke p\u00ebrcjellur para popullit dhe bot\u00ebs vlerat e bukura t\u00eb muzik\u00ebs popullore.<\/p>\n

Figura e shquar e muzik\u00ebs popullore shqiptare, Bujar Qamili ka marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb si figur\u00eb kryesore n\u00eb festivale folklorike lokale dhe komb\u00ebtare. N\u00eb vitin 1974 Bujar Qamili p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb u ngrit n\u00eb sken\u00eb para publikut shqiptar n\u00eb koncertin e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr. Veprimtarin\u00eb e tij e vazhdoi n\u00eb koncerte rinore n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr dhe festivale t\u00eb ndryshme. Deri m\u00eb sot ka k\u00ebnduar muzik\u00ebn e bukur popollore shqiptare n\u00eb vendlindje dhe n\u00eb shum\u00eb vende t\u00eb bot\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebnga shkodrane \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mjesht\u00ebri popullore q\u00eb pasqyron qytet\u00ebrimin, traditat dhe artin e popullit shkodran. Cilat kan\u00eb qen\u00eb disa nga zhvillimet m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb kan\u00eb pasuruar folklorin muzikor?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bujar Qamili<\/strong>: K\u00ebnga popullore shkodrane \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb thesar tep\u00ebr i \u00e7muar jo vetem p\u00ebr Shkodr\u00ebn po p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb m\u00eb se e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb q\u00eb populli shkodran bashk\u00ebjeton me kang\u00ebn. F\u00ebmija i porsalindur nuk qan por k\u00ebndon.
\nFaktikisht ka koh\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb qytetin e Shkodr\u00ebs nuk bahet asnj\u00eb festival ose koncert me kang\u00eb popullore shkodrane dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb kan faj institucionet n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr q\u00eb nuk i bjen n\u00eb mend a ka kun kang\u00eb popullore.

Si mendoni se ka ndryshuar muzika shkodrane nd\u00ebr vite? <\/strong><\/p>\n

Bujar Qamili<\/strong>: Megjithat\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb populli ai q\u00eb nuk e harron k\u00ebt\u00eb perl\u00eb. Po me tranzicion q\u00eb kemi kalu edhe mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb mbet pak mbrapa por jemi ne k\u00ebng\u00ebtar\u00ebt popullor q\u00eb kemi dal nga nj\u00eb brez shum i dashur i k\u00ebsaj k\u00ebnge si Bik Ndoja, Shyqyri Alushi, Naile Hoxha, Xhevdet Hafizi, Ibrahim Tukici, etj etj q\u00eb i kemi q\u00ebndru besnik k\u00ebsaj k\u00ebnge dhe amanetin e t\u00eb par\u00ebve tan\u00eb do qojm\u00eb deri sa t\u00eb kemi frym\u00eb dhe za.<\/p>\n

Bujar Qamili<\/strong>: Ajo q\u00eb m\u00eb b\u00ebn t\u00eb ndjehem shum\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe rehat \u00ebshte k\u00ebnga e bukur shkodrane po duke pas parasysh se Zoti m\u00eb ka dhan\u00eb dhurat\u00eb z\u00ebrin. Un\u00eb kam k\u00ebnduar edhe trevave t\u00eb ndryshme si Shqip\u00ebria e Mesme dhe ato t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs pa l\u00ebn\u00eb jasht\u00eb repertorit tim edhe k\u00ebng\u00ebn e jugut.<\/p>\n

Koh\u00ebt e fundit kam pas bashk\u00ebpunim me k\u00ebng\u00ebtar\u00eb kosovar tep\u00ebr t\u00eb suksessh\u00ebm si Shkelzen Jetishi me nj\u00eb duet ku tek Zhurma Shov fituam qmimin e par\u00eb. E vaqanta e k\u00ebsaj k\u00ebnge ishte se tre ponentet\u00eb t\u00eb kang\u00ebs ishin shkodran, si autori i tekstit Ramazan Qeka, kompozitori Zaim Merkulaj dhe orkestruesi Rolan Guli.<\/p>\n

Q\u00eb nga prezantimi i par\u00eb n\u00eb sken\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1974, n\u00eb koncerte rinore si dhe n\u00eb festivalet e mir\u00ebnjohura n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, Elbasan etj, keni shfaqur talentin n\u00eb muzik\u00ebn popullore. Bujar Qamili: Po \u00ebsht\u00eb e vertet\u00eb q\u00eb muzika \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e jet\u00ebs time. Un\u00eb jam rritur me t\u00eb dhe sidomos me kang\u00ebn e bukur shkodrane. Po q\u00eb nga ky vit ku un\u00eb kam hypur n\u00eb sken\u00eb p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb dhe kam vazhduar dri n\u00eb k\u00ebto momente kam mar pjes\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb koncerte rinore dhe festivale ku n\u00eb Elbasan jam fitues i k\u00ebng\u00ebs populklore mbar\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, fitues i maraton\u00ebs s\u00eb kang\u00ebs popullore, fitues i shum\u00eb qmimeve t\u00eb organizuara nga RTSH, fitues i Folk Univers, i dekuruar nga Presidenti i Republikes me urdh\u00ebrin Naim Frasheri i arte\u00eb dhe Mjeshter i Madh si dhe mirnjohja e qytetit t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Mbresat m\u00eb t\u00eb forta i kam pas kur kam konkuruar gjithmon\u00eb p\u00ebr kang\u00ebn popullore dhe gjithmon\u00eb n\u00eb festivale. Koncerti q\u00eb m\u00eb ka l\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrshtypje ishte ky i fundit n\u00eb prill 2013 recital n\u00eb Pallatin e Kongreseve me 2500 spektator. Jasht\u00eb vendit ku kam shku si n\u00eb Sh.B.A., n\u00eb Nju Jork Nju Xhersi, Detroit, Cikago, Filadelfia, Boston, Las Vegas, Florida, Ohio, Dallas si dhe n\u00eb Australi n\u00eb Melborn Sidnej, Adelajde, Brizban, Pertha, Kambera si dhe n\u00eb Angli, Itali, Gjermani, Luksemburg, Belgjik\u00eb, Franc\u00eb, Danimark\u00eb, Kroaci, si dhe n\u00eb Ulqin, Maqedoni dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn jam pritur si nj\u00eb k\u00ebng\u00ebtar me vlera shqiptare.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb t\u00eb preferuarat jan\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb sidomos ato shkodrane por ka fillim dhe nuk ka fund.<\/p>\n

Me cilin produksion po bashk\u00ebpunoni?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bujar Qamili<\/strong>: Me t\u00eb gjitha produksionet kam bashk\u00ebpunim t\u00eb mir\u00eb qofshi ata t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb ose t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, t\u00eb cilet i falenderoj p\u00ebr kujdesin q\u00eb tregojn\u00eb p\u00ebr mu.<\/p>\n

Cilat kan\u00eb qen\u00eb aktivitet tuaja kryesore t\u00eb muzik\u00ebs p\u00ebr 2013?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bujar Qamili<\/strong>: Aktiviteti m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebn i imi ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2013 ku n\u00eb Pallatin e Kongreseve un\u00eb s\u00eb bashku me t\u00eb ftuarit e mi si nga Shkodra, Tirana, Kosova e Vlora, nj\u00eb trup q\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebhej prej 38 vetesh ishin t\u00eb pranish\u00ebn n\u00eb koncert. Koncerti zgjati m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 3 or\u00eb. Ishte me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb nj\u00eb spektak\u00ebl madh\u00ebshtor.<\/p>\n
