Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb Berisha e quajti “kofidente” Kodhelin, kjo e fundit i tha se i kishte borxh 2 her\u00eb jet\u00ebn e babait por CV e saj nuk kishte vrasje.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrmes ironis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb qeshur\u00ebs kreu i Kuvendit, Ilir Meta i dha fjal\u00ebn ish kryeministrit Sali Berisha, duke e quajtur k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb fundit si \u201cMbrojt\u00ebsi m\u00eb i madh i t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb grave\u201d.<\/p>\n

Berisha nga foltorja akuzoi maxhoranc\u00ebn se po z\u00ebvend\u00ebsonte deputetet gra me p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb mafias. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb ministrja e Mbrotjes tha se \u00ebsht\u00eb show i padenj\u00eb as p\u00ebr Kuvendin, as p\u00ebr zonjat q\u00eb denj\u00ebsisht p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb Kuvend.<\/p>\n

BERISHA: \u201cPo dhuhohen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn m\u00eb brutale, n\u00ebnat, motrat, grate. Sot n\u00eb Parlament i n\u00ebnshtrohemi mafias, tentakulave dhe kompromisit nd\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb turpshit n\u00eb histori p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrz\u00ebbn\u00eb nga parlamenti dy zonja dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar me t\u00eb fort\u00eb e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues jo t\u00eb civilitetit por t\u00eb mafias. Ky Parlament ka rregullat e veta dhe ka solidaritin e vet ndaj deput\u00ebve t\u00eb s\u00ebmur\u00eb por jo flakjen, sepse ka kufi, ti Mimi kofidentja\u201d, u shpreh Berisha, duke shtuar se n\u00eb Kuvend po \u201cp\u00ebrdorin grua p\u00ebr t\u00eb sulmuar gruan\u201d.<\/p>\n

REPLIKON KODHELI: “Sali Berisha ne t\u00eb dy njihemi shum\u00eb her\u00ebt. DEBATET E TJERA NE SEANCEN E SOTME PER MANDATET E GRAVE<\/strong><\/p>\n

REPLIKA, KODHELI: TOPALLI NUK ESHTE AS PJESE E ALEANCES SE GRAVE<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dor\u00ebheqjen e grave parlamentare nga Kuvendi i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Jozefina Topalli dhe Sali Berisha e kan\u00eb cil\u00ebsuarsi \u00e7\u00ebshtje mafieje dhe kriminel\u00ebsh.<\/p>\n

\u201cKurr\u00eb nuk ka ndodhur q\u00eb t\u00eb jap\u00eb dor\u00ebheqjen, q\u00eb t\u00eb vijn\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb n\u00eb parlament. Ju zot\u00ebri q\u00eb keni 20 vite n\u00eb parlament, si ndiheni sot? Kur ka qen\u00eb pra parlamenti i mbushur me gra nga krimi i fort\u00eb si k\u00ebsaj rradhe?! \u00c7ohuni zonja n\u00eb emer t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve tuaj, ju zot\u00ebrinj deputet\u00eb, dilni zot t\u00eb s\u00eb ardhmes t\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00ebve tuaj. Ajo q\u00eb po ndodh sot \u00ebsht\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00eb\u201d, \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehur mes t\u00eb tjerave zonja Topalli, n\u00eb seanc\u00ebn p\u00ebr mandatin e deputeteve n\u00eb Kuvendin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. \u201cKodi i heshjes \u00ebsht\u00eb kodi i mafies\u201d, tha ajo mes t\u00eb tjerash , nd\u00ebrsa ka vijuar me bindje se grat\u00eb deputete q\u00eb kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb dor\u00ebheqjen, \u201cnuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb s\u00ebmura por u kan\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuar f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e marr\u00eb peng v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit\u201d.<\/p>\n

Fjala e saj ka kaluar mes polemikave dhe zhurm\u00ebs. Fjalimin e saj \u201cn\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb grave\u201d, Mimi Kodheli e ka ironizuar me faktin se znj. Topalli nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb as \u201cpjes\u00eb e Aleanc\u00ebs s\u00eb Grave t\u00eb Parlamentare\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cPropozuam zonj\u00ebn Mesila p\u00ebr kryetare, zonja Topalli nuk ishte fare pjes\u00eb e Aleanc\u00ebs ndaj nuk mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb aktivitete. M\u00eb vjen keq, se n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb grave nuk mund t\u00eb abuzohet p\u00ebr grat\u00eb. Ndaj si ish deputete e qarkut t\u00eb Lezh\u00ebs, si kryesuese e PS-s\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb qark, nga i cili kam dh\u00ebn\u00eb dor\u00ebheqjen nga posti i deputet, bazuar n\u00eb respekt t\u00eb forc\u00ebs sime politike, siguroj se lista e deputet\u00ebve n\u00eb Qarkun e Lezh\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb gith\u00ebp\u00ebrshir\u00ebse e dinjitoze. Ajo list\u00eb v\u00ebrtet \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrballur me mafien, dhun\u00ebn, v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsit\u00eb q\u00eb ai qark sjell, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsis\u00eb q\u00eb ju zot\u00ebrinj n\u00eb tet\u00eb vite qeverisje i keni l\u00ebn\u00eb\u201d, vijoi Kodheli.<\/p>\n

\u201cMerieme Delishi \u00ebsht\u00eb zonja m\u00eb e nderuar q\u00eb rrethi i Lezh\u00ebs ka. \u00cbsht\u00eb e turpshme t\u00eb abuzohet me k\u00ebt\u00eb em\u00ebr te respektuar, t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendet. Por nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e turpshme t\u00eb jesh e s\u00ebmur\u00eb\u201d, vijoi Kodheli, nd\u00ebrsa b\u00ebrit\u00eb ditur se Delishi \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb proces dialize 3 her\u00eb n\u00eb jav\u00eb. Edhe pse n\u00eb pamund\u00ebsi fizike, ajo hyri n\u00eb list\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb figur\u00ebs q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson n\u00eb at\u00eb rreth, bazuar edhe n\u00eb kodin ton\u00eb t\u00eb respektuar zgjedhor, q\u00eb kuotat roz\u00ebt\u00eb respektohen, se ndryshe partit\u00eb politke gjobiten. Ju abuzuat me p\u00ebrqindjen e grave. Nuk keni asnj\u00eb grua t\u00eb zgjedhur n\u00eb administrat\u00ebm lokale, se i respektoni shum\u00eb grat\u00eb!\u201d, \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehur me ironi ministrja Kodheli.
\nAjo cil\u00ebsoi se \u201cKy \u00ebsht\u00eb shou i padenj\u00eb as p\u00ebr Kuvendin, as p\u00ebr zonjat q\u00eb denj\u00ebsisht p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuvend\u201d.<\/p>\n

BERISHA: KRIMI N\u00cb VEND, ME TRITOL DHE PRESION NDAJ DEPUTET\u00cbVE<\/strong><\/p>\n

P\u00ebrmes zhurm\u00ebs nga t\u00eb dy grupet parlamentare dhe batutave t\u00eb kreut t\u00eb Kuvendit, Ilir Meta, fjal\u00ebn e mori m\u00eb pas zonja Mesila Doda. E ngacmuar se \u201cnuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kjo m\u00ebnyra p\u00ebr protagoniz\u00ebm politik\u201d, Doda i \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjur \u201cD\u00ebshira ime e fundit \u00ebsht\u00eb protagonizmi politik\u201d. \u201cDuhet t\u00eb dihet ajo \u00e7far\u00eb ndodhi, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 faktit kush \u00ebsht\u00eb te Aleanca e Grave, se edhe zonja Kodheli sot nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb. Thirr\u00ebm mbledhje e b\u00ebm\u00eb deklarat\u00ebn, q\u00eb nuk bie dakord me hapat q\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb k\u00ebto zonja. N\u00ebse pranojm\u00eb presionin e b\u00ebr\u00eb ndaj grave, jemi dor\u00ebzuar para krimit e mafias. Ky parlament ka vend p\u00ebr dy veta: ose krimninel ose politikan. N\u00eb nj\u00eb vend nuk mund t\u00eb rrim\u00eb t\u00eb dy bashk\u00eb.
\nJemi njer\u00ebz q\u00eb na kan\u00eb votuar t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, asnj\u00eb nga ne sot k\u00ebtu nuk mundet q\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebkryq t\u00eb shoh\u00eb nj\u00eb krim q\u00eb po ndodh para syve tan\u00eb. N\u00ebse kjo ndodh, kemi marr\u00eb fund.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ajo tha se krimi po zapton vendin \u201cme tritol e presion ndaj deput\u00ebve\u201d. Doda k\u00ebrkoi shtyrje t\u00eb votimit sot, pasi sipas saj \u201cnuk mund t\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsohet mandati i grave si kokrra orizi\u201d. Ajo k\u00ebrkoi edhe OSBE-ja, K\u00ebshilli Europoan dhe Ambasadat e Huaja t\u00eb shprehen p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje.<\/p>\n

ILIR META: BERISHA, \u201cMBROJT\u00cbSI M\u00cb I MADH I GRAVE\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

P\u00ebrmes ironis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb qeshur\u00ebs ka prezantuar kreu i Kuvendit, Ilir Meta, fjal\u00ebn e ish kryeministri Sali Berisha, duke e quajtur k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb fundit si \u201cMbrojt\u00ebsi m\u00eb i madh i t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb grave\u201d.
\nBerisha nga ana e tij e ka quajtur \u201cSit\u00eb t\u00eb zez\u00eb, e r\u00ebnd\u00eb n\u00eb historin\u00eb e k\u00ebrtij paralmenti, n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend ku prore, jav\u00eb p\u00ebr jav\u00eb e m\u00eb shpesh, dhunohen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn m\u00eb brutale n\u00ebnat, motrat,vajzat, grat\u00eb shqiptare, n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend ku dhuna familjare ndaj grave \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb problemi madhor komb\u00ebtar\u201d. \u201cS\u00eb bashku kemi votuar lighet m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnda, p\u00ebr t\u00eb vendosur nj\u00eb frenim ndaj k\u00ebtyre aktiviteteve turp\u00ebruese komb\u00ebtare e indivuduale. Ne sot n\u00eb parlament i n\u00ebnshtrohemi mafies, tentakulave t\u00eb saj. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb kompromis i turpsh\u00ebm n\u00eb historin\u00eb e tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrz\u00ebn\u00eb nga parlamenti dy zonja, p\u00ebr tu z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar me t\u00eb fort\u00eb e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues jo t\u00eb civilitetit por t\u00eb mafies\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Berisha.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb minutazhin e mbaruar, ish kryemnistri ka vijuar t\u00eb flas\u00eb mes zhurmave n\u00eb sall\u00eb dhe mikrofonit t\u00eb hequr, nd\u00ebrsa kreu i Kuvendit, Ilir Meta, ka vijuar s\u00ebrish me ironi, \u201cVazhdojm\u00eb seanc\u00ebn se fjalimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur t\u00eb drejtat e grave, degradoi me fyerje ndaj nj\u00eb zonje t\u00eb nderuar\u201d.<\/p>\n

BERISHA JASHTE SEANCES: ZONJAT U P\u00cbRJASHTUAN NGA PARLAMENTI NGA TENTAKULAT E MAFIES<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pas largimit t\u00eb deputet\u00ebve nga salla e Kuvendit, Sali Berisha ka folur p\u00ebr mediat. \u201cMe kthetrat e mafies ju rr\u00ebmbehen mandate deputet\u00ebve. Mendoj se parlamenti \u00ebsht\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar nga tempulli i qytet\u00ebrimit, n\u00eb tempull t\u00eb mafies. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb akuz\u00eb por \u00ebsht\u00eb fakt, \u00ebsht\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka realitet\u201d, ka th\u00ebn\u00eb Berisha i pyetur p\u00ebr k\u00ebto akuza t\u00eb tij. \u201cTre zonja apo kat\u00ebr, u p\u00ebrjashtuan sot nga parlamenti nga tentaulat e mafies, me urdh\u00ebr t\u00eb Ram\u00ebs dhe Met\u00ebs.
\nKryetari i PD-s\u00eb i ka shprehur qart\u00eb q\u00ebndrimet ndaj reform\u00ebs territoriale. Kjo q\u00eb ndodh \u00ebsht\u00eb gj\u00ebja m\u00eb e paimagjinueshme n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb lir\u00eb q\u00eb mendon se do t\u00eb eci drejt Evrop\u00ebs, por ec drejt t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebs\u201d.
