Galaty, nj\u00eb profesor amerikan i antropologjis\u00eb, q\u00eb ka studiuar p\u00ebr rreth tet\u00eb vite n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, i sugjeronte administrat\u00ebs amerikane se Afganistani \u00ebsht\u00eb si Shqip\u00ebria, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb disa zakoneve e traditave t\u00eb nj\u00ebjta, ndaj duhet m\u00ebsuar nga Shqip\u00ebria p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos humbur n\u00eb Afganistan. Galaty shkruante n\u00eb artikullin e botuar n\u00eb \u201cChristian Science Monitor\u201d se shqiptar\u00ebt besojn\u00eb te drejtuesit e fiseve, e jo te shteti, p\u00ebr shkak se k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb fundit e cil\u00ebsojn\u00eb t\u00eb korruptuar. <\/p>\n<p>Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb hera e par\u00eb, kur kryeministri yn\u00eb, i cili sheh se shteti i ka r\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb korrupsionit, nis e sillet si drejtues fisi. K\u00ebshtu ka ndodhur n\u00eb rastin e G\u00ebrdecit, kur u shemb shteti p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb nj\u00eb shp\u00ebrthimi pran\u00eb kryeqytetit. At\u00ebher\u00eb kryeministri tha se nuk e dinte ku i binte G\u00ebrdeci e m\u00eb pas nisi t\u00eb flas\u00eb p\u00ebr kode e kanun. <\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshtu po ndodh dhe n\u00eb rastin e Shkodr\u00ebs. Po t\u00eb ndjek\u00ebsh ligj\u00ebrimin e tij, t\u00eb kryetares s\u00eb Kuvendit, e m\u00eb pas t\u00eb zinxhirit posht\u00eb, e kupton se e gjitha \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb prekur sedr\u00ebn e banor\u00ebve t\u00eb zonave t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbytura, nj\u00eb thirrje p\u00ebr rikthim te traditat e zakonet e t\u00eb par\u00ebve. <\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb shum\u00eb raste Berisha, Topalli dhe z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsit e tyre nuk preferojn\u00eb t\u00eb flasin si drejtues t\u00eb nj\u00eb shteti modern, q\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb u drejtohen qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre, por i drejtohen Shkodr\u00ebs si nj\u00eb nj\u00ebsi e vetme (Shkod\u00ebr locja, nuk mashtrohet Shkodra, nuk ju pranon Shkodra, Shkodra nuk dor\u00ebzohet etj.). <\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb daljet e takimet e tyre me banor\u00eb kujdesen q\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb t\u2019ua b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se ata flasin gjuh\u00ebn e tyre. Berisha u thot\u00eb: \u201cSi keni nje?\u201d, e Topalli shkrehet n\u00eb dialekt, ndryshe nga mishmashi letraro-dialektor q\u00eb l\u00ebshon n\u00eb parlament. <\/p>\n<p>Fjalimet e tyre folklorike p\u00ebrqendrohen te bujaria, forca, pap\u00ebrkulshm\u00ebria e Shkodr\u00ebs. \u201cShqip\u00ebria nuk mund t\u00eb imagjinohet pa Shkodr\u00ebn\u201d, &#8211; thot\u00eb kryetarja Topalli, q\u00eb m\u00eb pas shton se banor\u00ebt i kan\u00eb premtuar se do i ngren\u00eb edhe m\u00eb lart sht\u00ebpit\u00eb (lexo: kullat). <\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mes kryetari i fisit ka vet\u00ebm detyr\u00ebn e ngush\u00ebllimit, si\u00e7 ndodhte kahmoti. T\u00eb gjith\u00ebve iu bie nj\u00ebsoj barra mbi kok\u00eb. <\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lum\u00eb lavd\u00ebrimesh, edhe solidariteti n\u00eb rast fatkeq\u00ebsie nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e natyr\u00ebs njer\u00ebzore, por sipas Topallit e Berish\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb vler\u00eb tipike shkodrane. Di\u00e7ka q\u00eb demokrat\u00ebt e kan\u00eb, por e majta jo. <\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb nga lajmet m\u00eb bizare t\u00eb dit\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit ishte se nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr operacionet m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha q\u00eb kan\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarr\u00eb Shtetet e Bashkuara p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndihmuar Haitin, nga disa shihet si tentativ\u00eb p\u00ebr ta pushtuar k\u00ebt\u00eb vend. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cPushtimi\u201d i Shkodr\u00ebs nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb ndryshe. Retorika politike e Berish\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u2019u kujtuar shkodran\u00ebve se i kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb bes\u00ebn atij. <\/p>\n<p>Profesor Galaty thot\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht kjo pun\u00eb e bes\u00ebs q\u00eb nuk lejoi aleat\u00ebt t\u00eb ken\u00eb sukses n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, e po pengon amerikan\u00ebt t\u00eb ken\u00eb sukses n\u00eb Afganistan, pasi ata nuk e kan\u00eb t\u00eb leht\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb kur i japin bes\u00ebn taleban\u00ebve. <\/p>\n<p>Ajo e s\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebs duket t\u00eb jet\u00eb shfaqja e fundit p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmbytjen. Tashm\u00eb prozhektor\u00ebt nuk jan\u00eb mbi Shkod\u00ebr. Banor\u00ebt e zonave tani kan\u00eb nisur udh\u00ebtimin e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb drejt vuajtjeve. P\u00ebr ta do t\u00eb kujtohemi kur t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb kronika e lajme rutin\u00eb se si po abuzohet me fondet q\u00eb po jepen p\u00ebr d\u00ebmshp\u00ebrblime e p\u00ebr ndihm\u00eb. E ndoshta m\u00eb von\u00eb do na duhet t\u2019i p\u00ebrdorim p\u00ebr sfond, kur t\u00eb themi se si kjo tragjedi na ka ndodhur dhe n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, por dhe atje gj\u00ebrat nuk jan\u00eb kthyer n\u00eb normalitet.
