T\u00eb tre modelet e deritanishme kan\u00eb lidhje, jo aq shum\u00eb me personat e akuzuar se sa me m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e qeverisjes s\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs, e cila p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur pushtetin n\u00ebn kontroll, t\u00eb vetmen ofert\u00eb kishte korrupsionin.<\/p>\n<p>Un\u00eb jam nj\u00eb kritik i hersh\u00ebm i gjith\u00eb k\u00ebtyre personazheve, por sot nuk ndjehem as i plot\u00ebsuar dhe as i qet\u00eb q\u00eb ndaj tyre po ngrihen akuza. Ata jan\u00eb sot qart\u00ebsisht aktor\u00eb dhe viktima t\u00eb nj\u00eb sistemi, i cili ka pasur ofert\u00eb t\u00eb vetme korrupsionin.<\/p>\n<p>Konkretisht, n\u00ebse shikojm\u00eb grupin e par\u00eb t\u00eb padive q\u00eb mund t\u00eb zgjerohet dhe n\u00eb ministri t\u00eb tjera, dhe q\u00eb lidhet me financimin e p\u00ebrbindsh\u00ebm t\u00eb TV Klanit dhe v\u00ebllez\u00ebrve Frangaj, ky sistem ka funksionuar n\u00eb \u00e7do ministri dhe \u00e7do nd\u00ebrmarrje publike q\u00eb nga Albpetroli, Posta Shqiptare, Porti, etj. Pra, ajo q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb Sali Berisha n\u00eb raport me nj\u00eb medie t\u00eb tij kamikaze, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimi i nj\u00eb medie t\u00eb lir\u00eb, funksionale, t\u00eb marketizuar, e cila mund t\u00eb mbijetonte, por t\u00eb nj\u00eb modeli medie piramidale, e cila t\u00eb ekzistonte vet\u00ebm fal\u00eb financimeve t\u00eb tij t\u00eb paligjshme. Nj\u00eb medie e till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e destinuar t\u00eb ik\u00eb bashk\u00eb me modelin q\u00eb e ka prodhuar. Ajo q\u00eb po ndodh sot sh\u00ebmtuar, \u00ebsht\u00eb se ministrat dhe drejtor\u00ebt e Sali Berish\u00ebs mund t\u00eb shkojn\u00eb n\u00eb burg p\u00ebr Aleksand\u00ebr Frangajn, dhe mund ta denoncojn\u00eb at\u00eb, por problemi m\u00eb i madh \u00ebsht\u00eb se vet\u00eb media e Frangajt, e nd\u00ebrtuar mbi parat\u00eb e dh\u00ebna politikisht dhe pronat e zaptuara n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb pushtetit, nuk mund t\u00eb mbijetoj\u00eb n\u00ebse ky model nd\u00ebrpritet. Prandaj sinjali i par\u00eb serioz n\u00ebse pushteti i ri \u00ebsht\u00eb ndar\u00eb nga modeli korruptiv i Berish\u00ebs, do t\u00eb jet\u00eb kur modeli i k\u00ebsaj medie t\u00eb stopoj\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb prerjes s\u00eb burimeve financiare t\u00eb paligjshme.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye nuk ia vlen t\u00eb thuash q\u00eb Sali Berisha u ka b\u00ebr\u00eb ndonj\u00eb nder t\u00eb jet\u00ebs. Ai thjesht i ka p\u00ebrdorur duke mos besuar tek ata dhe duke mos i lejuar t\u00eb jen\u00eb njer\u00ebz t\u00eb lir\u00eb, por thjesht nj\u00eb band\u00eb hajdut\u00ebsh, q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebnuar t\u00eb ikin ose t\u00eb njollosen pas ikjes s\u00eb tij. Nderi real q\u00eb mund t\u2019i b\u00ebnte Berisha Klanit dhe Frangajve ishte t\u2019i ndihmonte t\u00eb q\u00ebndronin n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb si biznes dhe t\u00eb konkurronin dhe jo t\u00eb rrinin si qeni tek dera p\u00ebr nj\u00eb kock\u00eb n\u00eb shk\u00ebmbim t\u00eb propagand\u00ebs g\u00ebbelsiane p\u00ebr t\u00eb. Tani q\u00eb ai iku nga pushteti, ai po shikon jo vet\u00ebm si po zb\u00ebrthehet sistemi i tij korruptiv, por dhe si po ngelen t\u00eb zbuluar ata q\u00eb i sh\u00ebrbyen, pa u dal\u00eb askush zot.<\/p>\n<p>E nj\u00ebjta gj\u00eb mund t\u00eb thuhet dhe p\u00ebr Mziun. Ai ishte nj\u00eb militant i s\u00ebmur\u00eb i PD-s\u00eb, i cili kuptoi se p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbijetuar n\u00eb at\u00eb parti, nuk ka nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb jesh as i zgjuar, as intelektual, as njeri me vlera, por thjesht nj\u00eb njeri q\u00eb mund t\u00eb abuzosh me fondet, t\u2019i paguash taks\u00ebn Familjes dhe t\u00eb jesh n\u00eb listat e pushtetit t\u00eb tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Tani q\u00eb Familja iku, Mziu dergjet n\u00eb qelit\u00eb e burgut, kurse Sali Berisha dhe Lulzim Basha nuk mbledhin dot n\u00eb shesh as 50 veta p\u00ebr ta mbrojtur at\u00eb. Aq keq jan\u00eb katandisur, sa PD e famshme p\u00ebr mitingje \u00ebsht\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar nga nj\u00eb OJQ super e korruptuar, q\u00eb ngjall alergji dhe tek pastrueset e bulevardit.<\/p>\n<p>E nj\u00ebjta gj\u00eb mund t\u00eb thuhet dhe p\u00ebr modelin e Rezart Ta\u00e7it. Ai nuk do t\u00eb lul\u00ebzonte n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend po t\u00eb mos kishte nj\u00eb pushtet si i Sali Berish\u00ebs. Ai nuk do t\u2019ia dilte dot t\u00eb blinte ARMO-n n\u00eb at\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb si e bleu, as ta menaxhonte ashtu si e menaxhoi, as t\u00eb fitonte ato privilegje n\u00eb treg n\u00eb at\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb si i fitoi. Modeli i qeverisjes s\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb i till\u00eb q\u00eb imponon nj\u00eb biznes informal me fitim marramend\u00ebs, por me p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi personale n\u00eb fund. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata kan\u00eb paguar Familjen, por tani po marrin m\u00eb qaf\u00eb familjet e tyre. Mua nuk m\u00eb shkon shum\u00eb t\u00eb shpreh keqardhje p\u00ebr ta, por p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb realist, edhe Frangajt, edhe Mzijt\u00eb, edhe Ta\u00e7\u00ebt, pavar\u00ebsisht se kan\u00eb qen\u00eb heronj q\u00eb shndrisnin nga shk\u00eblqimi i pushtetit dhe paret, ishin si\u00e7 po shihet viktima t\u00eb nj\u00eb pushteti fals dhe t\u00eb korruptuar n\u00eb themel. Ata u b\u00ebn\u00eb gati si modele suksesi, si\u00e7 u b\u00eb dikur Sudja, Xhaferri apo Vehbiu. Mbaj mend kur un\u00eb p\u00ebr gati nj\u00eb vit rresht shkruaja dhe flisja p\u00ebr historin\u00eb e privatizimit dhe keqmenaxhimit t\u00eb ARMO-s, nuk isha aq shum\u00eb armik i Rezart Ta\u00e7it se sa i Familjes, nuk isha aq shum\u00eb i sulmuar nga Rezart Ta\u00e7i se sa nga medie mercenare t\u00eb Frangajt, t\u00eb cilat kishin detyr\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00ebsonin k\u00ebt\u00eb shembuj. \u00cbsht\u00eb vulgare tani t\u00eb rilexosh gazet\u00ebn e Frangajt, ku b\u00ebnte thirrje nga nj\u00eb i s\u00ebmur\u00eb psikik q\u00eb mua t\u00eb m\u00eb pritej koka, t\u00eb m\u00eb shpohej truri me gozhd\u00eb, t\u00eb varesha n\u00eb nj\u00eb pem\u00eb e t\u00eb tjera makabritete q\u00eb mund t\u2019i prodhojn\u00eb mendje t\u00eb s\u00ebmura, vet\u00ebm pse un\u00eb prekja modelin e suksesit t\u00eb pushtetit. Un\u00eb nuk kisha asgj\u00eb personale me Rezart Ta\u00e7in, bile thell\u00eb- thell\u00eb ai \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u m\u00ebshiruar q\u00eb ka shpenzuar energjit\u00eb e tij p\u00ebr biznes n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb nj\u00eb modeli korruptiv q\u00eb ka imponuar Sali Berisha.<\/p>\n<p>E r\u00ebnda n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb histori \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00ebn pushtetin e Sali Berish\u00ebs, modelet e glorifikuara ishin ato q\u00eb kishin dh\u00ebn\u00eb prova n\u00eb raport me Familjen dhe sot ata jan\u00eb viktima t\u00eb atij pushteti dhe jo t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye sot nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u ndjer\u00eb t\u00eb g\u00ebzuar dhe as nj\u00eb dit\u00eb q\u00eb na rikthen qet\u00ebsin\u00eb. Sot \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb na rrit\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00e7uar para drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb ideatorin e k\u00ebtij modeli korruptiv, njeriun q\u00eb po g\u00ebzon bashk\u00eb me familjen e vet miliardat q\u00eb ka nxjerr\u00eb nga llogarit\u00eb tona p\u00ebrmes k\u00ebtyre moleve q\u00eb sot po d\u00ebrgohen si koka turku n\u00eb burg. Ky vend do t\u00eb jet\u00eb i qet\u00eb kur Sali Berisha t\u00eb filloj\u00eb t\u00eb paguaj\u00eb personalisht, familjarisht dhe si p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr institucionalizimin e korrupsionit n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend. K\u00ebta q\u00eb po shkojn\u00eb para tij, jan\u00eb viktimat e gjalla t\u00eb pushtetit t\u00eb tij. Ka pasur dhe m\u00eb keq se k\u00ebta.
