Shum\u00eb protagonist\u00eb student\u00eb t\u00eb vitit 1990, natyrisht nuk ia dol\u00ebn dot t\u00eb ishin n\u00eb jet\u00ebn politike t\u00eb vendit p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb formateve politike q\u00eb u krijuan n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e vog\u00ebl e tyre mbijetuan duke u kacavjerr\u00eb n\u00eb dy partit\u00eb kryesore, kurse shumica e madhe e student\u00ebve t\u00eb vitit 1990, ishin dhe vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb pjesa m\u00eb aktive e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare k\u00ebto 23 vjet.<\/p>\n<p>Kur debatohet p\u00ebr zhg\u00ebnjimin e \u201cidealeve t\u00eb Dhjetorit\u201d, debatohet kryesisht p\u00ebr Partin\u00eb Demokratike, munges\u00ebn e liris\u00eb brenda saj, eliminimin prej Sali Berish\u00ebs t\u00eb gjith\u00eb lidershipit apo posht\u00ebrimit t\u00eb tyre deri sa i ktheu n\u00eb mercenar\u00eb, flitet p\u00ebr regresin dhe krizat e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare p\u00ebr 23 vjet, kriz\u00ebn e vitit 1997, problemet me demokracin\u00eb dhe protestat, vrasjet e 21 janarit, etj. Por realisht dhjetori i vitit 1990, nuk duhet pretenduar se i solli Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb demokracin\u00eb, por mjetin p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur demokracin\u00eb, q\u00eb ishin protestat paq\u00ebsore.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar se \u00e7far\u00eb kemi fituar nga 8 Dhjetori, duhet t\u00eb shikojm\u00eb se si e ka p\u00ebrballuar shoq\u00ebria shqiptare institucionin e protest\u00ebs, dhe pse ky institucion fitoi legjitimitet n\u00eb dhjetor t\u00eb vitit 1990. Po krahasoj si d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb disa\u00a0 raste nga protesta e Dhjetorit dhe protestat e tjera n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre 23 viteve.<\/p>\n<p><b>9 dhjetor 1990<\/b><\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb 9 dhjetor 1990, rreth or\u00ebs 12 un\u00eb isha n\u00eb Rrug\u00ebn e Elbasanit, tek cepi fundor i murit t\u00eb ish- ambasad\u00ebs italiane, sot ambasada amerikane. Mes ambasad\u00ebs dhe muzeut \u201cLenin- Stalin\u201d ishte nj\u00eb fush\u00eb e madhe bosh, q\u00eb binte me nj\u00eb skarpat bari mbi rrug\u00ebn e Elbasanit. N\u00eb krah tim ishin dy asistent\u00eb pedagog\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb, Andrea Marto, pedagog n\u00eb Gjeologji- Miniera, sot deputet n\u00eb Kuvend, dhe Leonard Gremi. Balli i protest\u00ebs ishte tek kryq\u00ebzimi i Liceut me Rrug\u00ebn e Elbasanit. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb po afronte ora e shp\u00ebrndarjes, na u afrua nj\u00eb polic i Qytetit Studenti dhe na ftoi t\u00eb largoheshim pasi kishte dh\u00ebn\u00eb ministri urdh\u00ebr t\u00eb na shp\u00ebrndanin me forc\u00eb. I tham\u00eb q\u00eb nuk do ikim.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013Si t\u00eb doni, tha, dhe u kthye pas duke folur n\u00eb radio.<\/p>\n<p>Dhjet\u00eb minuta m\u00eb pas, balli i par\u00eb i polic\u00ebve q\u00eb u l\u00ebshuan me shkopinj gome, duke dal\u00eb nga rruga q\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7on tek aneksi i \u201cQemal Staf\u00ebs\u201d, u p\u00ebrball me ne. Andrean e q\u00eblluan n\u00eb shpin\u00eb, Leonardi dhe un\u00eb u kthyem me fytyr\u00eb nga muri n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u2019u mbrojtur dhe i shp\u00ebtuam shkopit pasi Leonardi tha \u201cjemi gazetar\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Pastaj polic\u00ebt ndoq\u00ebn student\u00ebt n\u00ebp\u00ebr fush\u00ebn q\u00eb kish filluar t\u00eb b\u00ebhej me balt\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb nj\u00eb shiu q\u00eb kish r\u00ebn\u00eb. N\u00eb ball\u00eb t\u00eb protest\u00ebs po b\u00ebhej k\u00ebrdia dhe shum\u00eb student\u00eb po rr\u00ebzoheshin n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u2019u ngjitur n\u00eb skarpatin e lagur t\u00eb fush\u00ebs. Pasi ra qet\u00ebsia dhe ne i shp\u00ebtuam drurit, nj\u00eb studente k\u00ebrkonte nj\u00eb k\u00ebpuc\u00eb t\u00eb humbur n\u00eb balt\u00ebn e kanalit dhe duronte dhe t\u00eb sharat dhe ndonj\u00eb gjest dhune t\u00eb polic\u00ebve mbi t\u00eb\u2026 Nuk pati t\u00eb vrar\u00eb\u2026<\/p>\n<p><b>20 shkurt 1991<\/b><\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb 20 shkurt isha tek sheshi \u201cSk\u00ebnderbej\u201d, af\u00ebr Xhamis\u00eb, kur monumenti po l\u00ebkundej. Ishim aq t\u00eb sigurt q\u00eb askush nuk do t\u00eb na vriste, sa na dukeshin si lodra polic\u00ebt me qen\u00eb dhe skafandra q\u00eb u turr\u00ebn n\u00eb shesh pak para se t\u00eb binte monumenti. Nuk ishte pun\u00eb frike q\u00eb ishim aq larg monumentit, se sa pamund\u00ebsi fizike p\u00ebr t\u2019u afruar tek nj\u00eb vend ku dukej se kish mbir\u00eb gjith\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria. U d\u00ebgjuan ca thirrje paralajm\u00ebruese, fishk\u00ebllima, nj\u00eb urra e zgjatur dhe monumenti u anua dhe m\u00eb pas u rr\u00ebzua\u2026 M\u00eb pas e mor\u00ebn zvarr\u00eb me nj\u00eb makin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019ua \u00e7uar student\u00ebve si trofe\u2026 Nuk u vra askush.<\/p>\n<p><b>21 janar 2011<\/b><\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb 21 janar 2011 isha n\u00eb katin e kat\u00ebrt t\u00eb dy kullave tek restorant Royal s\u00eb bashku me Andi Bushatin, Rudina Xhung\u00ebn, Artan Hoxh\u00ebn dhe disa reporter\u00eb q\u00eb ndiqnin prej andej sken\u00ebn e protest\u00ebs. Momenti m\u00eb kulmor mendova se ishte nj\u00eb \u00e7ast kur u shfaq\u00ebn n\u00eb rrug\u00eb dy makina t\u00eb blinduara me uj\u00eb q\u00eb shp\u00ebrndanin protestuesit. Andi Bushati ishte i pari q\u00eb tha se \u201cpo u detyrove t\u00eb nxjerr\u00ebsh k\u00ebto, merr fund pushteti\u201d. N\u00eb fakt ato godit\u00ebn disa demonstrues q\u00eb u p\u00ebrp\u00eblit\u00ebn n\u00eb rrug\u00eb, por protesta vazhdoi. Pak m\u00eb von\u00eb filluan arm\u00ebt. Garda filloi t\u00eb q\u00eblloj\u00eb mbi protestuesit dhe plumbat mund t\u00eb na preknin dhe ne, se ishim n\u00eb rrezen e tyre. Sikur ata t\u00eb kishin q\u00eblluar n\u00eb aj\u00ebr, si\u00e7 duan t\u00eb justifikohen, viktimat do t\u00eb ishim ne. N\u00eb fakt ata q\u00eblluan mbi njer\u00ebz. Ne arrit\u00ebm t\u00eb shikonim si njer\u00ebzit rr\u00ebzoheshin p\u00ebrtok\u00eb. Pas pak m\u00ebsuam se ata vdiq\u00ebn. I fundit dha shpirt Aleks Nika disa dit\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Pas 21 vjet\u00ebsh nga dhjetori i vitit 1990, qeveria i kishte mbijetuar protest\u00ebs me gjak. Ajo \u00e7far\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt fituan m\u00eb 8 dhjetor, e drejta p\u00ebr t\u00eb protestuar dhe guximi p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrballur me nj\u00eb regjim, ishte shuar. N\u00eb fund t\u00eb dit\u00ebs, qeveria sillej si triumfatore.<\/p>\n<p>Kat\u00ebr muaj m\u00eb pas Lulzim Basha, ministri i Brendsh\u00ebm q\u00eb ishte p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr vrasjen e kat\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebve, hyri n\u00eb Bashki t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs po si triumfator, edhe pse nuk e fitoi mandatin. N\u00eb nj\u00eb koh\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, ai do ishte rrethuar dhe mbytur nga protesta popullore. N\u00eb fakt opozita as mori mundimin t\u00eb b\u00ebnte protesta. Njer\u00ebzit ishin realisht t\u00eb frik\u00ebsuar. Bindja se Sali Berisha t\u00eb vret po i preke pushtetin, ishte b\u00ebr\u00eb e plotpushtetshme. Viti 2011 ishte viti q\u00eb varrosi trash\u00ebgimin\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb solli L\u00ebvizja e Dhjetorit, triumfin e protestave paq\u00ebsore dhe kthimin e tyre n\u00eb nj\u00eb mjet t\u00eb madh p\u00ebr ndryshimin.<\/p>\n<p><b>15 n\u00ebntor 2013<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Mij\u00ebra vet\u00eb, t\u00eb frym\u00ebzuar nga organizatat joqeveritare, ambientalist\u00eb dhe gazetar\u00eb, u mblodh\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb kat\u00ebrt\u00ebn dit\u00eb para selis\u00eb s\u00eb qeveris\u00eb n\u00eb tiran\u00eb. Ishin ekzakt\u00ebsisht n\u00eb vendin ku m\u00eb 21 janar qeveria kishte vrar\u00eb kat\u00ebr vet\u00eb. Fakti q\u00eb pas xhamave t\u00eb blinduara nuk q\u00ebndronte Sali Berisha, kishte vrar\u00eb frik\u00ebn. Ky i fundit tentoi t\u00eb ulej k\u00ebmb\u00ebkryq n\u00eb shesh mes protestuesve, por ata e zbuan si qen.<\/p>\n<p>Kryeministri i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Edi Rama, nervoz p\u00ebr protest\u00ebn e keqkuptuar sipas tij, dhe fajtor q\u00eb nuk b\u00ebhej dot partner serioz i SHBA, mbajti nj\u00eb fjalim t\u00eb rrall\u00eb emocional dhe i qet\u00ebsoi protestuesit t\u00eb ktheheshin n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi si fitimtar\u00eb. Nuk u vra\u00a0 askush. P\u00ebrkundrazi, u ringjall Dhjetori i \u201890-\u00ebs. \u00cbsht\u00eb e vetmja gj\u00eb me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn mund t\u00eb krenohemi sot.
