Sot doli vet\u00eb. Pa ndonj\u00eb arsye t\u00eb fort\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb lidhet me ndonj\u00eb ngjarje t\u00eb sotme, pa ndonj\u00eb paralajm\u00ebrim p\u00ebr di\u00e7ka q\u00eb mund t\u00eb lidhet me t\u00eb ardhmen e tij n\u00eb burg apo liri, pa ndonj\u00eb paralajm\u00ebrim nga lidershipi formal i PD-s\u00eb p\u00ebr nevoj\u00ebn e tij n\u00eb opinion publik, ai thirri kamerat e veta, jo p\u00ebr t\u2019i treguar qeveris\u00eb se \u00e7\u2019duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb, por p\u00ebr t\u2019i treguar PD-s\u00eb dhe Bash\u00ebs si duhet t\u00eb sillet n\u00eb opozit\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Thelbi i daljes s\u00eb tij publike \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb leksion p\u00ebr Lulzim Bash\u00ebn se si e do ai opozit\u00ebn. Dhe jan\u00eb qartazi tre tipare q\u00eb ai nuk i toleron n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb. E do radikale deri n\u00eb luft\u00eb guerile kund\u00ebr regjimit, si\u00e7 b\u00ebri thirrje p\u00ebr t\u2019u vet\u00ebmbrojtur nga \u201cshteti policor\u201d. E do antiamerikane p\u00ebr t\u00eb mobilizuar energji t\u00eb err\u00ebta t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb periudh\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb. E do p\u00ebr vete, si nj\u00eb imunitet p\u00ebr t\u2019i shp\u00ebtuar nd\u00ebshkimit t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb apo hetimeve kund\u00ebr pasurimeve t\u00eb paligjshme dhe gjobave q\u00eb i ka v\u00ebn\u00eb biznesit shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb tre k\u00ebto tipare, t\u00eb cilat Berisha k\u00ebrkon t\u2019i ngjiz\u00eb opozit\u00ebs s\u00eb re, q\u00eb formalisht ia ka l\u00ebn\u00eb Lulzim Bash\u00ebs, d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb se ai \u00ebsht\u00eb i qart\u00eb p\u00ebr kriz\u00ebn e fort\u00eb ku gjendet opozita. Nj\u00eb opozit\u00eb n\u00eb r\u00ebnie t\u00eb lir\u00eb, e pamotivuar, e p\u00ebr\u00e7ar\u00eb dhe me rrjedhje t\u00eb vazhdueshme, mund t\u00eb mbijetoj\u00eb vet\u00ebm n\u00ebse auto-sugjestionohet si opozit\u00eb e nj\u00eb regjimi policor, q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon kokat e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Theksi i tij i par\u00eb tek opozita radikale ekstreme, q\u00eb paralajm\u00ebroi vrasje polic\u00ebsh dhe kund\u00ebrshtim t\u00eb atij q\u00eb ai e quan \u201cshtet policor\u201d, ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht me inkriminimin e opozit\u00ebs si e vetmja garanci q\u00eb ajo t\u00eb ket\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb t\u00eb mbroj\u00eb. P\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb prekshme situat\u00ebn, ai i referohet prishjes s\u00eb pallatit t\u00eb Lulzim Bash\u00ebs n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb, si nj\u00eb shembull ku duhet q\u00ebndruar dhe fizikisht. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb ton t\u00eb ngritur, Berisha nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i shqet\u00ebsuar realisht as p\u00ebr nja dy kate t\u00eb familjes s\u00eb tij aty, dhe as p\u00ebr vet\u00eb pasurin\u00eb e Lulzim Bash\u00ebs, por p\u00ebr t\u00eb prodhuar nj\u00eb kazus opozitar t\u00eb rrezikut q\u00eb i pret t\u00eb gjith\u00eb opozitar\u00ebt. Nj\u00ebsoj si pas vitit 1997, kur radikalizmi ishte e vetmja arm\u00eb mbijetese n\u00eb politik\u00eb prej tij, edhe tani ai po shikon si t\u00eb vetmen mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u2019i rezistuar pushtetit, radikalizmin ekstrem dhe vet\u00ebmbrojtjen fizike ndaj pushtetit dhe zbatimit t\u00eb ligjit. E b\u00ebn k\u00ebt\u00eb jo se popullit opozitar po i kanoset ndonj\u00eb rrezik real, por se vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb autosugjestion si opozit\u00eb e rrezikuar fizikisht, mund t\u00eb mobilizoj\u00eb element\u00eb kriminal\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb opozit\u00eb militante q\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrballoj\u00eb aksione deri guerile ndaj pushtetit.<\/p>\n<p>Nga pik\u00ebpamja politike kjo nuk p\u00ebrb\u00ebn ndonj\u00eb shqet\u00ebsim p\u00ebr qeverin\u00eb, p\u00ebrkundrazi \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb leht\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb. Por kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e vetmja zgjidhje q\u00eb Berisha ka p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndalur shkrirjen e PD-s\u00eb. Retorika e Bash\u00ebs, gjuha e zvargur e tij, fjalit\u00eb boshe dhe pa p\u00ebrmbajtje, mungesa e autoritetit dhe ideve politike, po e b\u00ebjn\u00eb opozit\u00ebn nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb m\u00ebrzitsh\u00ebm dhe p\u00ebr opozitar\u00ebt. Berisha e ka kuptuar qart\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb dhe po i fton ta fusin opozit\u00ebn n\u00eb llogore dhe t\u00eb prodhojn\u00eb nj\u00eb konflikt me pushtetin p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbijetuar.<\/p>\n<p>Theksi i tij i dyt\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb antiamerikanizmi i maskuar si betej\u00eb personale me ambasadorin apo si nj\u00eb \u201cJO\u201d ndaj l\u00ebnd\u00ebve kimike. Berisha nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb antiamerikan i lindur, por \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb antiamerikan q\u00eb b\u00ebhet i till\u00eb sa her\u00eb i duhet p\u00ebr pushtet. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb konfliktuar me thuajse gjith\u00eb ambasador\u00ebt amerikan\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, pik\u00ebrisht sepse q\u00ebndrimet e tyre kan\u00eb qen\u00eb ndesh me politikat e tij. Sulmi ndaj ambasadorit Arvizu zbulon n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb thelbin e q\u00ebndrimit t\u00eb tij antiamerikan n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb histori, pasi Basha u ka th\u00ebn\u00eb \u201cPO\u201d amerikan\u00ebve, dhe n\u00ebn presionin e tij u detyrua t\u00eb b\u00ebhet qesharak dhe t\u00eb mohoj\u00eb dhe bisedat zyrtare.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebto momente, Berisha e kupton se antiamerikanizmi u instalua pak si trend p\u00ebr t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb pas protestave dhe si nj\u00eb paranoj\u00eb q\u00eb lidhej me rrezikun e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve kimike dhe ai nuk mund t\u00eb mos vrapoj\u00eb p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb politik\u00ebs s\u00eb tij k\u00ebt\u00eb frym\u00eb. Ai ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do kauz\u00eb q\u00eb mbledh njer\u00ebz n\u00eb shesh, dhe kur e q\u00ebllojn\u00eb me shishe plastike p\u00ebr ta zbuar prej andej si qen t\u00eb rrahur.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe theksi i tij i fundit opozitar \u00ebsht\u00eb paralajm\u00ebrimi p\u00ebr lin\u00e7ime politike t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs, q\u00eb ai e shikon si rrezik t\u00eb p\u00ebrditsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb dhe familjen e tij. Tani q\u00eb kan\u00eb ikur nga pushteti dhe kur disa biznesmen\u00eb po d\u00ebshmojn\u00eb p\u00ebr gjobat deri n\u00eb miliona dollar\u00eb q\u00eb familja u ka marr\u00eb p\u00ebr \u00e7do firm\u00eb n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb pushtetit dhe leje p\u00ebr biznes. T\u00eb rrezikuar nga sjellja e pafytyr\u00eb me biznesin dhe t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuar p\u00ebr m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si do t\u00eb legalizojn\u00eb pasurit\u00eb e tyre, njer\u00ebzit e familjes po p\u00ebrpiqen t\u00eb ngren\u00eb paranoj\u00ebn e nd\u00ebshkimit t\u00eb tyre politik si imunitet p\u00ebr t\u2019i shp\u00ebtuar drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb. Kthimi i Berish\u00ebs n\u00eb krye t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb pa pyetur Bash\u00ebn, dhe pa ndonj\u00eb nevoj\u00eb urgjente, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb thirrje p\u00ebr tu treguar t\u00eb gjiyh\u00ebve se ai \u00ebsht\u00eb kryetari real dhe askush t\u00eb mos guxoj\u00eb ta prek\u00eb.
