TIRAN\u00cb<\/em> – Nga ora 18:00-19:30 n\u00eb Kryeministri ka vijuar mbledhja e qeveris\u00eb, e drejtuar nga Kryeministri Edi Rama.<\/p>\n

Pas mbledhjes, e cila u zhvillua me dyer t\u00eb mbyllura si dhe her\u00ebt e m\u00ebparshme, ministri i Brendsh\u00ebm, Saimir Tahiri pati nj\u00eb komunikim me mediat mbi vendimet e sapomarra nga qeveria n\u00eb lidhje m e policin\u00eb, mbi reformat e zhvilluara deri tani n\u00eb polici dhe em\u00ebrimet e reja sot n\u00eb drejtimin e saj.<\/p>\n

Pas k\u00ebsaj daljeje Tahiri zhvilloi nj\u00eb mbledhje me 12 drejtuesit e rinj t\u00eb policis\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr qarqe, t\u00eb em\u00ebruar sot.<\/p>\n

TASK FORC\u00cb P\u00cbR TERRITORIN DHE MJEDISIN<\/strong>
\nMinistri Tahiri ka b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se qeveria vendosi krijimin e nj\u00eb Task Force p\u00ebr masa emergjente p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e mjedisore dhe territorit. “Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb me k\u00ebrkes\u00eb t\u00eb ministres s\u00eb Zhvillimit t\u00eb Territorit Urban dhe Turizmit, Eglantina Gjermeni, me k\u00ebrkes\u00eb t\u00eb ministrit t\u00eb Brendsh\u00ebm Saimir Tahiri. Do t\u00eb drejtohet nga dy ministrit\u00eb q\u00eb ata p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb, por dhe nga ajo e Kultur\u00ebs dhe nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb institucionesh”, shpjegoi ministri. Tahiri b\u00ebri me dije se Task Forca do ket\u00eb k\u00ebto funksione: analizimin e problematikave sidomos n\u00eb zonat e p\u00ebrcaktuara me ligj si zona komb\u00ebtare, evidentimin e zonave me interes komb\u00ebtar. Task Forca do ket\u00eb parasysh planet e veprimit, p\u00ebrcaktimin e emergjenc\u00ebs. Task Forca do filloj\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb pun\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

SHKRIHET POLICIA RRUGORE, IU BASHKOHET KOMISARIATEVE<\/strong>
\n“Shkrihet Policia Rrugore si komisariat me vete dhe b\u00ebhet bashkimi i saj me komisaritate t\u00eb tjera, ku b\u00ebhet dhe ndarja e p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsive”, b\u00ebri t\u00eb ditur Tahiri.<\/p>\n

\n“Mbi reform\u00ebn dua t\u00eb theksoj se p\u00ebrtej emrave sot p\u00ebrmbyllet faza e par\u00eb e reform\u00ebs; faz\u00eb themelore, funksionale. Sapo kam firmosur struktur\u00ebn e re te policis\u00eb jan\u00eb gati vendimet p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse”, theksoi ministri Tahiri. “Struktura e re i p\u00ebrgjigjet domosdoshm\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb afruar policin\u00eb me qytetar\u00ebt, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndrequr drejtimin n\u00eb form\u00eb piramid\u00eb dhe zinxhir\u00ebt e komand\u00ebs , p\u00ebr sh\u00ebrbim m\u00eb t\u00eb kujdeshsh\u00ebm ndaj qytetarit.
\nN\u00eb faz\u00ebn e par\u00eb kemi rregulluar piramid\u00ebn e policis\u00eb. Jemi n\u00eb nisje t\u00eb procesit p\u00ebr strukturimin p\u00ebrfundimtar, q\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimi t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb n\u00eb nivelin baz\u00eb”, theksoi ministri i Brendsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n

DREJTORIA E POLICIS\u00cb: NGA 811 FUNKSIONAR\u00cb SOT 255; 556 T\u00cb SHP\u00cbRNDAR\u00cb N\u00cb BAZ\u00cb<\/strong>
\nNga 811 n\u00eb drejtori sot jan\u00eb 255 funksionar\u00eb. Me struktur\u00ebn e re nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i madh i funksioneve n\u00eb Drejtorin\u00eb e Policis\u00eb zbresin n\u00eb drejtorit\u00eb e qarqeve dhe komisariateve, n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi operacionale n\u00eb baz\u00eb, ka informuar ministri Tahiri. “Kemi fuqizuar komisariatet n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb disa kritereve, q\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb me l\u00ebvizjet demografike, potencialin kriminal etj. N\u00eb funksion t\u00eb policimit n\u00eb komunitet, partneritetit t\u00eb rolit t\u00eb policit n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me qytetar\u00ebt. T\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb \u00e7\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur q\u00eb polici t\u00eb ndihet partner me shumic\u00ebn e qytetar\u00ebve dhe k\u00ebrc\u00ebnim me ata qytetar\u00eb minoranc\u00eb, q\u00eb \u00e7ojn\u00eb n\u00eb mend t\u00eb shkelin ligjin”, theksoi ministri.<\/p>\n

SHKB, NGA MODEL KAMZHIKU DHE PREFERENCIAL, N\u00cb MODEL DEMOKRATIK <\/strong>
\n“Sh\u00ebrbimi i Kontrollit t\u00eb Brendsh\u00ebm (SHKB) nga model t\u00eb kamzhikut politik dhe preferencial ta kthejm\u00eb n\u00eb model demokratik, llogaridh\u00ebn\u00ebs dhe ur\u00eb komunikimi mes qytetarit dhe Polis\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit”, theksoi Tahiri.
\nAi ka shtuar se “presim q\u00eb kjo mas\u00eb t\u00eb na jap\u00eb rezultate konkrete n\u00eb korrupsionin e vet\u00eb radh\u00ebve t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit”. “Kemi parashikuar ngritjen e sh\u00ebrbimit t\u00eb unifikuar ndaj qytetarit; ka aktivitete burokratike q\u00eb policia kryen ndaj qytetar\u00ebve. Kemi menduar stacione unike p\u00ebr t\u2019i \u00e7liruar nga burokratizimi”.<\/p>\n

POLICIS\u00cb DUHET T’I VIJ\u00cb STAFETA ME DREJTUES T\u00cb RINJ; JO T\u00cb KORRUPTUAR DHE JO T\u00cb KOMPROMENTUAR<\/strong>
\n“\u00cbsht\u00eb e natyrshme q\u00eb ndryshimet strukturore edhe me ndryshime me drejtues t\u00eb lart\u00eb. Dua t\u00eb falenderoj ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb larguar nga detyra deri m\u00eb sot. N\u00eb em\u00ebrimet m\u00eb t\u00eb reja kemi zhvilluar nj\u00eb proces p\u00ebr njer\u00ebz me integritet t\u00eb lart\u00eb, p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmbushjen e detyrave funksionale. Po synojm\u00eb t\u00eb promovojm\u00eb q\u00eb drejtuesit dy cil\u00ebsi t\u2019i ken\u00eb t\u00eb larta; jo t\u00eb korruptuar dhe kompromentuar dhe pa asnj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u2019u korruptuar n\u00eb detyr\u00eb. Do jemi shum\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebmendsh\u00ebm ndaj k\u00ebtyre fenomeneve.<\/p>\n

Tahiri ka theksuar se “kemi b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb hap jo t\u00eb vog\u00ebl n\u00eb krijimin e drejtuesve. Policis\u00eb duhet t\u2019i vij\u00eb stafeta e drejtuesve t\u00eb rinj”. M\u00eb pas ka shtuar se “\u00e7do i em\u00ebruar do jet\u00eb n\u00eb testin e pun\u00ebs dhe rezultateve p\u00ebr garantimin e rendit publik. Un\u00eb mir\u00ebpres \u00e7do sugjerim t\u00eb publikut t\u00eb medias, sa koh\u00eb mund t\u00eb na ndihmoj\u00eb, q\u00eb bashkarisht t\u00eb kemi standardet m\u00eb t\u00eb larta”.<\/p>\n
