Kjo situat\u00eb d\u00ebmton popullin shqiptar dhe ambiciet e tyre t\u00eb integrimit evropian&#8221;- thuhet n\u00eb rezolut\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas saj, mungesa e dialogut parlamentar dhe rekursi tek bojkoti, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb pas rezultateve t\u00eb zgjedhjeve, p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb problem t\u00eb rip\u00ebrs\u00ebritur n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, q\u00eb seriozisht pengon funksionimin e institucioneve demokratike t\u00eb shtetit.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb kushtet e munges\u00ebs s\u00eb dialogut, Asambleja konstaton se kjo situat\u00eb mund t\u00eb destabilizoj\u00eb vendin.<\/p>\n<p>Duke u ndalur n\u00eb aplikimin p\u00ebr statusin e vendit kandidat, Asambleja vler\u00ebson se n\u00eb situat\u00ebn aktuale, progresi i vendit drejt integrimit evropian \u00ebsht\u00eb bllokuar. &#8220;\u00cbsht\u00eb dometh\u00ebn\u00ebse q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria, jo si tre vendet e saj fqinje, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb kualifikuar ende n\u00eb liberalizimin e vizave nga K\u00ebshilli i Bashkimit Europian&#8221;- thuhet n\u00eb t\u00eb. .<\/p>\n<p>Asambleja shpreh gatishm\u00ebrin\u00eb e saj p\u00ebr t\u00eb ofruar nj\u00eb ndihm\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur zgjidhjen n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe t\u00eb punojn\u00eb n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb me organizata t\u00eb tjera nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, n\u00eb k\u00ebrkim t\u00eb nj\u00eb zgjidhjeje t\u00eb kriz\u00ebs politike. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb, ajo mb\u00ebshtet gjitha p\u00ebrpjekjet, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb ato t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarra nga Presidenti shqiptar Bamir Topi, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbledhur s\u00eb bashku partit\u00eb politike evropiane. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrim, konsideron se nj\u00eb tavolin\u00eb e rrumbullak\u00ebt, ku t\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha partit\u00eb politike p\u00ebr t\u00eb vendosur bazat p\u00ebr t\u00eb rivendosur dialogun parlamentar.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Asambleja i k\u00ebrkon qeveris\u00eb shqiptare dhe opozit\u00ebs t&#8217;i japin fund kriz\u00ebs aktuale politike n\u00eb vend dhe t\u00eb marrin p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb e tyre, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb procedojn\u00eb me reformat jetike dhe shum\u00eb t\u00eb nevojshme dhe t\u00eb sh\u00ebnojn\u00eb progres n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb integrimit evropian, nj\u00eb q\u00ebllim i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb.
