N\u00ebp\u00ebr shkolla publike e private, si dhe universitete mund t\u00eb m\u00ebsohet anglisht, fr\u00ebngjisht, gjermanisht dhe italisht, por ndalohet t\u00eb m\u00ebsohet gjuha shqipe.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb asnj\u00eb universitet turk nuk ka kated\u00ebr t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe, kur vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Itali ka shtat\u00eb t\u00eb tilla. Katedra t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe ka edhe n\u00eb disa vende t\u00eb tjera, ku prania shqiptare \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e vog\u00ebl ose pothuajse mungon si n\u00eb Rusi dhe n\u00eb Kin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Stamboll flitet gj\u00ebr\u00ebsisht rusisht, nd\u00ebrsa shqiptar\u00ebt q\u00eb punojn\u00eb n\u00eb treg, me v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi t\u00eb flasin shqip, madje disa prej tyre, t\u00eb p\u00ebrmalluar t\u00eb ftojn\u00eb brenda dyqanit se vet\u00eb, se vet\u00ebm atje e ndjejn\u00eb se mund ta flasin gjuh\u00ebn e tyre, pa u penalizuar.<\/p>\n<p>While Turkey still welcomes diversity by allowing dozens of private or public schools and universities to teach in languages such as English, French, German and Italian, paradoxically Kurds, the largest ethnic minority in Turkey, and many other minorities, are not entitled to open and manage schools teaching in their own languages. As this report shows, no public school uses a minority language as the language of instruction and no minority language is taught even as a foreign language at public schools.
