Asnj\u00ebher\u00eb beteja mes tyre nuk ka q\u00ebn\u00eb kaq e eg\u00ebr, e sunduar nga e paparashikueshmja dhe trishtimi. Mbase ngaq\u00eb akti kulturor n\u00ebnkupton identitet, t\u00eb pap\u00ebrs\u00ebritshmen, t\u00eb pangat\u00ebrrueshmen, synim t\u00eb ep\u00ebrm (\u00e7ka e d\u00ebmton nj\u00ebfar\u00ebsoj solidaritetin shoq\u00ebror), nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb akti i jokultur\u00ebs parakupton k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsi t\u00eb vock\u00ebl, kryesisht l\u00ebndore, synime mediokre, buj\u00eb pa buk\u00eb (\u00e7ka ndihmon, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb aspak paradoksale, n\u00eb ngjizjen e ca bashk\u00ebsive t\u00eb m\u00ebdha e t\u00eb fuqishme).<\/p>\n<p>Toleranca nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fenomen i fresk\u00ebt n\u00eb historin\u00eb e njer\u00ebzimit, mirpo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona rreket t\u00eb p\u00ebrveht\u00ebsoj\u00eb struktur\u00ebn e nj\u00eb feje t\u00eb re. N\u00eb thelb, toleranca p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson nj\u00eb l\u00ebvizje ateiste, t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur nga disa parime t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht morale, dhe e ngritur mbi ujdira. &#8220;Per\u00ebndia&#8221; e saj themelore \u00ebsht\u00eb pranimi i dikujt ashtu si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb, e kjo mund t\u00eb shqip\u00ebrohet me: pamund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr ta ndryshuar dik\u00eb e p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos e pranuar. Kund\u00ebrshtari i per\u00ebndis\u00eb s\u00eb toleranc\u00ebs, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn n\u00eb ligj\u00ebrimin mediatik, \u00ebsht\u00eb fanatizmi ose orvatja shpesh e vetvetishme p\u00ebr ta ndrequr e p\u00ebrkryer tjetrin me, ose sidomos pa d\u00ebshir\u00ebn (vullnetin) e tij. N\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb liris\u00eb q\u00eb cil\u00ebsohet e lindur, fryma (edhe bryma) e toleranc\u00ebs sajon c\u00ebnime t\u00eb panumurta t\u00eb liris\u00eb, sepse njeriu \u00ebsht\u00eb po aq i p\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr \u00e7do prishje t\u00eb baraspesh\u00ebs s\u00eb k\u00ebsaj bote sa \u00e7\u2019merr p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr ruajtjen e s\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebs baraspeshe.<\/p>\n<p>*<br \/>\nDuke e v\u00ebzhguar me hamendjen q\u00eb p\u00ebrdor poezia, toleranca duket t\u00eb jet\u00eb shfaqur nj\u00ebheresh me der\u00ebn. N\u00eb krijimtarin\u00eb popullore ballkanase mund t\u00eb gjenden pamje vegimtare t\u00eb nj\u00eb bote ku sht\u00ebpit\u00eb nuk kishin as porta, as dyer.<\/p>\n<p>Ndoshta nuk kishin pse. Q\u00ebndra e bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe e jet\u00ebs ishte ashti i fshatit, agora e pleqve. Sundonin mir\u00ebkuptimi dhe mir\u00ebsjellja, ngaq\u00eb vijonte nj\u00eb ndarje e pranueshme e t\u00eb mirave materiale. Qysh nga \u00e7asti kur disa prej antar\u00ebve t\u00eb bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb ndjen\u00eb se duhej t\u00eb fshihnin di\u00e7ka nga syt\u00eb e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, u fanit dera. \u00cbsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb q\u00eb dera nuk u dynd p\u00ebr t\u00eb fshehur ndjenja apo imt\u00ebsi vetjake, t\u00eb cilat, p\u00ebrndryshe, nuk ngutej t\u2019i p\u00ebrdhoste kush. Le t\u00eb k\u00ebqyren me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, si d\u00ebshmi, dritaret e sht\u00ebpive n\u00eb disa zona ballkanike: ato jan\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebta, dy p\u00ebll\u00ebmb\u00eb mbi themele, sepse askush nuk hidhte v\u00ebshtrime brenda.<\/p>\n<p>Ndarja e njer\u00ebzve n\u00eb klasa u krye, n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb, sipas p\u00ebrmasave t\u00eb kamjes q\u00eb u ngat\u00ebrrua me pushtetin. Ky e rindau hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn n\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb pakap\u00ebrcyesh\u00ebm. Tash e mbrapa jo gjithkush mund t\u00eb hynte diku, jo gjithkush mund t\u00eb dilte nga diku, jo gjithkush mund t\u00eb qe zot i nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsire t\u00eb caktuar. Me kalimin e koh\u00ebs, hap\u00ebsira mori trajt\u00ebn dhe struktur\u00ebn e atyre q\u00eb e sundonin, nj\u00eblloj si nj\u00eb burg, t\u00eb themi, q\u00eb send\u00ebrton p\u00ebrfytyrimin nd\u00ebshkimtar t\u00eb atij q\u00eb mbyll e jo t\u00eb atij q\u00eb mbyllet. Po a e njohim ne, vall\u00eb, t\u00eb fsheht\u00ebn e hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs, t\u00eb pron\u00ebsis\u00eb mbi t\u00eb, t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes s\u00eb njeriut nga nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb n\u00eb tjetr\u00ebn? Sa mund t\u00eb q\u00ebndroj\u00eb dikush n\u00eb nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb dhe pse? Kur mund t\u00eb hyj\u00eb dikush diku dhe pse?<\/p>\n<p>Pyetjet b\u00ebhen gjemba\u00e7e kur vjen fjala p\u00ebr hap\u00ebsirat q\u00eb na ndalohen &#8211; disa nuk na lejohen prej njer\u00ebzve, disa prej Yjorit. P\u00ebr t\u00eb leht\u00ebsuar kalimin, je i detyruar t\u00eb paguash. Me \u00e7far\u00eb? Kurse kjo bot\u00eb, n\u00eb gjendjen e tanishme, nuk tolerohet nga Zoti, por m\u00ebshirohet prej Tij.<\/p>\n<p>*<br \/>\nNj\u00eb shprehje e njohur thekson se pushteti duket vet\u00ebm kur p\u00ebrdoret keq.<br \/>\nPrandaj shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz nuk e shohin Pushtetin e Per\u00ebndish\u00ebm. M\u00ebrgimi i pushtetit q\u00eb bartin njer\u00ebzit fillon kur pushteti b\u00ebhet tep\u00ebr i duksh\u00ebm, mendjemadh, kryene\u00e7, dhe thyen \u00e7do kufi t\u00eb moralit e madje edhe t\u00eb qesharakes. Ngjallen asisoj bisedimet, ujdit\u00eb e tipit: un\u00eb t\u00eb toleroj, o filan person, moj bashk\u00ebsi, l\u00ebvizje, mend\u00ebsi etj, por k\u00ebrkoj n\u00eb k\u00ebmbim t\u00eb toleranc\u00ebs sime (\u2026)<\/p>\n<p>Rrjedha e ngjarjes duket tejet e natyr\u00ebs politike, por gjendet e plot\u00eb edhe n\u00eb jet\u00ebn kulturore. Mbar\u00ebvajtja e k\u00ebsaj t\u00eb fundit n\u00ebnkupton mjaft mungesa, durim e flijime, teksa n\u00eb koh\u00ebn ton\u00eb parakupton fuqin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mposhtur nj\u00eb kalvar t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. N\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt kumti kulturor shp\u00ebrb\u00ebhet, shartohet, p\u00ebrthith cop\u00ebza vlerash t\u00eb rreme, t\u00eb sajuara, t\u00eb bymyera, duke i sh\u00ebrbyer n\u00ebnkultur\u00ebs dhe jokultur\u00ebs. Nj\u00eb parabol\u00eb e hershme orientale e ilustron m\u00eb s\u00eb miri k\u00ebt\u00eb. Pas rropatjesh t\u00eb gjata p\u00ebr t\u00eb pushtuar nj\u00eb k\u00ebshtjell\u00eb, krer\u00ebt e ushtris\u00eb nisin nj\u00eb d\u00ebrgat\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht nga intelektual\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vet\u00ebm dy jav\u00eb pas hyrjes s\u00eb d\u00ebrgat\u00ebs n\u00eb k\u00ebshtjell\u00ebn e pamposhtur, portat e saj hapen kanat m\u00eb kanat, banor\u00ebt-luft\u00ebtar\u00eb dalin n\u00eb pritje t\u00eb rrethuesve, i ftojn\u00eb brenda, i lusin, le t\u00eb marrin \u00e7\u2019u do e bardha e zemr\u00ebs, t\u00eb marrin madje frer\u00ebt e drejtimit t\u00eb k\u00ebshtjell\u00ebs! T\u00eb till\u00ebt tolerohen mesveti, tolerojn\u00eb vetveten e shformuar, ngaq\u00eb nuk i jan\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtuar kumtit t\u00eb mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb kulturor, por ia shesin p\u00ebr dy aspra at\u00eb kumt t\u00eb ardhmes s\u00eb af\u00ebrt (lexo: drit\u00ebshkurt\u00ebr).<\/p>\n<p>*<br \/>\nNj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebrmas\u00eb e asaj q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb nga e ashtuquajtura toleranc\u00eb n\u00eb kultur\u00eb duket n\u00eb ligjin e pashkruar, sipas t\u00eb cilit kush nuk jep t\u00eb drejta kulturore, do t\u00eb detyrohet t\u00eb jap\u00eb territore. Lidhja e t\u00eb drejtave kulturore me territoret \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eblloj si lidhja mes tekstit dhe realitetit q\u00eb shkoklohet nga teksti. Deri n\u00eb fillimet e Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Ftoht\u00eb, hap\u00ebsirat e Evrop\u00ebs, pavar\u00ebsisht nga zhvillimi i tyre ekonomik, ndiqnin nj\u00eb rrjedh\u00eb t\u00eb natyrshme nga pik\u00ebpamja kulturore. Njer\u00ebz t\u00eb shquar, t\u00eb lindur e t\u00eb formuar n\u00eb Ballkan, p\u00ebrmbushnin misione kulturore t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim, disa syresh duke \u201ebij\u00ebsuar\u201d gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb qarkullimit t\u00eb gjer\u00eb, e askush nuk shihte n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ecuri gj\u00ebrash nj\u00eb thithje t\u00eb rafinuar vitaliteti, por vet\u00ebm k\u00ebmbim p\u00ebrvojash, vllaz\u00ebrim, rigjetje t\u00eb rr\u00ebnj\u00ebve t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta, ose bashkim n\u00eb kultur\u00eb, \u00e7ka do t\u00eb kish leht\u00ebsuar bashkimin politik.<\/p>\n<p>Lufta e Ftoht\u00eb rr\u00ebnjosi me forc\u00eb nj\u00eb ngric\u00eb t\u00eb papar\u00eb, dhe hap\u00ebsirat m\u00eb t\u00eb pasura t\u00eb Kontinentit Plak sajuan ca ishuj kulture t\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb mir\u00eb n\u00ebn kontroll (n\u00eb fakt: ishuj t\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebshir\u00eb t\u00eb politik\u00ebs), tkurr\u00ebn hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn e qarkullimit t\u00eb kumtit kulturor, dhe kjo \u00e7oi n\u00eb shfytyrimin e s\u00eb V\u00ebrtet\u00ebs.
