Ne po p\u00ebrgatitemi nj\u00eb or\u00eb e m\u00eb par\u00eb ta shlyejm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb borxh. Nuk mund t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb sikur ky borxh nuk ekziston dhe t\u2019ia l\u00ebm\u00eb n\u00eb kurriz sektorit privat dhe kompanive q\u00eb po asfiksohen. Do t\u00eb shlyejm\u00eb borxhin me \u00e7far\u00ebdo kostoje\u201d, tha Rama, duke theksuar se ky borxh shkon deri n\u00eb 400 milion dollar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNe kemi marr\u00eb vot\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb profili t\u00eb qart\u00eb ekonomik dhe me nj\u00eb struktur\u00eb q\u00eb na ofron me ekonomin\u00eb europiane si nj\u00eb ekonomi q\u00eb provon suksese p\u00ebrmes liris\u00eb s\u00eb konkurrenc\u00ebs. Dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, ne synojm\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb adresojm\u00eb disa \u00e7\u00ebshtje ky\u00e7e p\u00ebr t\u00eb filluar nj\u00eb proces t\u00eb rim\u00ebk\u00ebmbjes s\u00eb ekonomis\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb afat t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr, pa pretenduar q\u00eb kjo rim\u00ebk\u00ebmbje t\u00eb jet\u00eb e menj\u00ebhershme.<\/p>\n<p>Ne duam t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetemi mbi politikat themeltare t\u00eb hapjes se tregjeve, privatizimeve q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb patjet\u00ebrsueshme n\u00eb nj\u00eb proces demokratizimi t\u00eb ekonomis\u00eb, por ne besojm\u00eb p\u00ebr vet\u00eb p\u00ebrmbajtjen dhe numrin e popullsis\u00eb son\u00eb q\u00eb ndryshimi i marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnieve t\u00eb shtetit dhe ekonomis\u00eb, qeveris\u00eb me sip\u00ebrmarrjen, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb baz\u00eb me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn mund t\u00eb ngrem\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb pas.
