Koh\u00ebn e sh\u00ebrbimit ai e p\u00ebrshkruan me holl\u00ebsi, v\u00ebrtet\u00ebsi e thjesht\u00ebsi, duke filluar nga jeta ushtar e m\u00eb pas duke qen\u00eb kursant i shkoll\u00ebs ushtarake dhe deri te sh\u00ebrbimi oficer, me karrier\u00eb t\u00eb gjat\u00eb n\u00eb detyr\u00eb. Ai flet me respekt p\u00ebr m\u00ebsuesit e pedagog\u00ebt. Nd\u00ebrsa me respekt e nderim t\u00eb thell\u00eb shkruan edhe p\u00ebr epror\u00ebt, p\u00ebr koleg\u00ebt, por edhe p\u00ebr vart\u00ebsit e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Me thjesht\u00ebsi e v\u00ebrtet\u00ebsi, Hysa e p\u00ebrshkruan jet\u00ebn e ushtarakut, oficer aktiv n\u00eb 35 vite, duke na kujtuar v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsit\u00eb e sakrificat e shumta, q\u00eb k\u00ebrkonte detyra e oficerit. K\u00ebshtu, libri i tij m\u00eb ka ngjallur emocione t\u00eb forta jo vet\u00ebm mua, q\u00eb jam sot n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn 94-vje\u00e7are, por edhe \u00e7do oficeri tjet\u00ebr, q\u00eb e ka p\u00ebrjetuar sh\u00ebrbimin ushtarak.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-thumbnail wp-image-7236\" title=\"H. Hysa shkruan me dashamir\u00ebsi e humaniz\u00ebm p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit, pa b\u00ebr\u00eb dallime n\u00eb mendime e vler\u00ebsime, si p\u00ebr gjeneralin, p\u00ebr kolonelin, p\u00ebr kapterrin ose ushtarin, duke shpalosur njer\u00ebzoren e karakterit t\u00eb tij, jasht pozit\u00ebs ose pushtetit.<\/p>\n<p>Si n\u00eb dy botimet e m\u00ebparshme, edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb lib\u00ebr, n\u00eb vler\u00ebsimet p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit, Hysa shmang \u00e7do dallim politik e shoq\u00ebror, nuk pyet p\u00ebr prejardhjen e tyre. Pra, vler\u00ebson q\u00ebndrimin n\u00eb pun\u00eb dhe ndershm\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrkushtimin e secilit, n\u00eb kryerjen e detyr\u00ebs s\u00eb caktuar. Merit\u00eb e tij \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb nuk shkruan \u201cbardh e zi\u201d p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit, si\u00e7 kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb r\u00ebndom autor\u00ebt, n\u00eb t\u00eb kaluar\u00ebn dhe si, fatkeq\u00ebsisht, vazhdon t\u00eb shkruhet, n\u00eb shum\u00eb raste, edhe sot.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb librin e par\u00eb t\u00eb Hys\u00ebs, \u201cVila, krenaria e Lum\u00ebs\u201d, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb vendlindja e tij, Hysa ngre lart burrat e shquar t\u00eb asaj krahine, q\u00eb prej thell\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb shekujve dhe deri n\u00eb dit\u00ebt tona. S\u00eb pari, n\u00eb vitet 1965-1966, kur n\u00ebn diktatin direkt t\u00eb Enver Hoxh\u00ebs u nd\u00ebrmor\u00ebn, nga Komiteti Qendror i Partis\u00eb dhe nga K\u00ebshilli i Mbrojtjes, t\u00eb ashtuquajturat reforma, q\u00eb godit\u00ebn r\u00ebnd\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitjen dhe gatishm\u00ebrin\u00eb luftarake t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb son\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Me at\u00eb rast, u d\u00ebnuan me pushkatim, burgim, internim dhe u persekutuan qindra kuadro t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb, gjeneral\u00eb e oficer\u00eb nga m\u00eb t\u00eb aft\u00ebt. Ata kishin komanduar Luft\u00ebn Nacional\u00e7lirimtare dhe kishin p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb 30-vje\u00e7are n\u00eb drejtimin e Ushtris\u00eb, kishin mbaruar akademi t\u00eb larta ushtarake dhe e kishin p\u00ebrgatitur e aft\u00ebsuar Ushtrin\u00eb ton\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u2019u krahasuar me ushtrit\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrparuara europiane.
