N\u00eb fillim foli Sali Berisha dhe tha se \u201cEdi Rama do na shkat\u00ebrroj\u00eb sht\u00ebpit\u00eb dhe do t\u00eb na marr\u00eb pronat\u201d. Ishte nj\u00eb nga ato diaret\u00eb e tij t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme q\u00eb i heqin dhimbjet e barkut nga ikja prej pushtetit. Pak m\u00eb von\u00eb takova nj\u00eb qytetar amerikan me origjin\u00eb shqiptare, pasardh\u00ebs dhe trash\u00ebgimtar i Sadete Toptanit, i cili ishte pronar i ligjsh\u00ebm i territorit n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ngrihet nd\u00ebrtesa e SHQUP-it dhe nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb kishte t\u00eb regjistruar n\u00eb hipotek\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb territorit, e cila i \u00ebsht\u00eb njohur dhe kthyer qysh n\u00eb vitin 1996.<\/p>\n<p>Ai kishte n\u00eb dor\u00eb nj\u00eb shkres\u00eb nga Ministria e Brendshme, e cila e urdh\u00ebronte nj\u00eb nga pronar\u00ebt e truallit, t\u00eb largohej nga territori i SHQUP, pasi ajo do t\u00eb kalonte si pron\u00eb e Partis\u00eb Demokratike. B\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb urdh\u00ebr administrativ q\u00eb e urdh\u00ebron pronarin t\u00eb largohet nga prona q\u00eb i \u00ebsht\u00eb njohur, kthyer dhe regjistruar n\u00eb hipotek\u00eb si e tij. Kjo shkres\u00eb vinte nga qeveria e Sali Berish\u00ebs, dhe pronari q\u00eb ishte n\u00eb tavolin\u00eb me mua, kishte mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb d\u00ebgjonte dhe Berish\u00ebn q\u00eb paralajm\u00ebronte shqiptar\u00ebt se Rama do t\u2019u marr\u00eb pronat dhe t\u00eb m\u00eb tregonte mua se si Berisha po e p\u00ebrzinte nga prona e vet m\u00eb keq se Enver Hoxha n\u00eb vitin 1950.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb histori t\u00eb p\u00ebshtir\u00eb hipokrizie dhe zaptimi, ka vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb dimension konstant, dhe ai \u00ebsht\u00eb konsiderimi i pushtetit prej Berish\u00ebs, si nj\u00eb e drejt\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb rr\u00ebmbyer \u00e7far\u00eb t\u00eb duash. Godina ka qen\u00eb penges\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u marr\u00eb, pasi ishte n\u00eb inventarin e pronave t\u00eb Ushtris\u00eb dhe si e till\u00eb mund t\u00eb kompensohej. Tashm\u00eb q\u00eb ajo u hoq nga ky inventar, duhet t\u2019iu ofrohet kundrejt nj\u00eb \u00e7mimi natyrisht, pronar\u00ebve, para se t\u00eb kthehet n\u00eb nj\u00eb pron\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb partie politike.<\/p>\n<p>Por, dhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb histori ka dy fytyra hipokrite t\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs. Pra, n\u00ebse PD do t\u00eb ishte tek SHQUP-i, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb pron\u00eb private , veprimi normal i saj si parti q\u00eb mbron ish- pronar\u00ebt, do t\u00eb ishte t\u00eb ikte nga SHQUP-i tek PD-ja e sotme, meq\u00eb Berisha thot\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb tok\u00eb shtet\u00ebrore shumica e saj dhe jo kjo q\u00eb po b\u00ebn Berisha.<\/p>\n<p>At\u00ebher\u00eb lind pyetja \u00e7far\u00eb motivi ka Sali Berisha q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb l\u00ebviz\u00eb selin\u00eb e partis\u00eb nga nj\u00eb pron\u00eb shtet\u00ebrore, duke zaptuar tashm\u00eb nj\u00eb pron\u00eb private?<\/p>\n<p>Asgj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr ve\u00e7se zaptimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb prone. Nuk b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb si\u00e7 tha padashje Edi Paloka, se \u201cdo t\u2019ua l\u00ebshojm\u00eb godin\u00ebn ish- pronar\u00ebve\u201d, por thjesht se Berisha d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb zaptoj\u00eb nj\u00eb pron\u00eb me vler\u00eb n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs dhe ta p\u00ebrdor\u00eb at\u00eb si biznes p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbijetuar me Familjen e tij n\u00eb opozit\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto rrethana t\u00eb reja jan\u00eb nj\u00eb arsye e fort\u00eb q\u00eb qeveria e re t\u00eb tregohet e vendosur dhe e pakompromis n\u00eb moslejimin e nj\u00eb paligjshm\u00ebrie t\u00eb till\u00eb. Paligjshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb heqjes s\u00eb pron\u00ebs nga inventari i Ushtris\u00eb q\u00eb u b\u00eb p\u00ebr interesa korruptive t\u00eb Presidentit, tashm\u00eb i shtohet skandali i zaptimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb prone private p\u00ebr interesa korruptive t\u00eb Familjes Berisha. Kjo nuk duhet t\u00eb lejohet. PD duhet t\u00eb rikthehet tek godina e saj dhe pronar\u00ebt e truallit tek godina e SHQUP-it duhet t\u2019i paguajn\u00eb shtetit shqiptar vler\u00ebn e godin\u00ebs dhe ta marrin at\u00eb, n\u00ebse qeveria nuk ka fuqi ta rikthej\u00eb pron\u00ebn aty ku ishte, tek ushtria.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb legjitimosh nj\u00eb akt q\u00eb b\u00ebhet thjesht p\u00ebr t\u00eb zaptuar pron\u00ebn e tjetrit, si\u00e7 po vepron Sali Berisha, \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb nis\u00ebsh qeverisjen me nj\u00eb paligjshm\u00ebri totale dhe duke toleruar nj\u00eb krim ndaj shtetit dhe nj\u00eb krim ndaj qytetarit. PD nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb as pa zyra dhe as e nxjerr\u00eb n\u00eb rrug\u00eb. PD po sillet si nj\u00eb bathoriste q\u00eb i v\u00eb syrin pron\u00ebs s\u00eb dikujt dhe e zapton vet\u00ebm se i p\u00eblqen dhe vet\u00ebm se mendon q\u00eb askush nuk e prek dot. Miti i zaptuesit n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend duhet t\u00eb bjer\u00eb, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb shembull kryezaptuesin e vendit, Sali Berisha, i cili ka filluar t\u00eb mobiloj\u00eb zyr\u00ebn e tij n\u00eb SHQUP. Qeveria e re nuk duhet t\u00eb fokuset vet\u00ebm tek nd\u00ebrtimet pa leje dhe zaptuesit e bregdetit, por tek thelbi i k\u00ebtij fenomeni, q\u00eb ka inkurajuar zaptimet n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, dhe ky fenomen quhet Sali Berisha.
