Grabit\u00ebsit, q\u00eb nuk kapen kurr\u00eb, konkurrojn\u00eb kamikaz\u00ebt e Irakut p\u00ebr mjesht\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb sulmet e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Mund t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb pashkoll\u00eb, t\u00eb sh\u00ebmtuar, por din\u00eb t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzojn\u00eb mrekullisht ligjet e fizik\u00ebs gjat\u00eb sulmeve t\u00eb tyre me nxitimin e r\u00ebnies s\u00eb lir\u00eb. I ndjekin viktimat hap pas hapi, si agjent\u00ebt e \u201cButter Melted\u201d, u afrohen pa u ndier, i sulmojn\u00eb dhe ua rr\u00ebmbejn\u00eb m\u00ebshirsh\u00ebm: kujdesen shum\u00eb q\u00eb asnj\u00eb g\u00ebrvishtje t\u00eb mos shkaktohet n\u00eb l\u00ebkur\u00ebn e tyre. Inercia e befasis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb fuqia e ngush\u00ebllimit p\u00ebr grabit\u00ebsit, sepse nuk l\u00ebndon viktimat, kurse ndodh q\u00eb ata kan\u00eb vrasje nd\u00ebrgjegjeje\u2026 p\u00ebr l\u00ebndimet q\u00eb shkaktojn\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/p>\n<p>Para disa koh\u00ebsh kam qen\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar i nj\u00eb ngjarjeje t\u00eb till\u00eb n\u00eb mes t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs. Po ecja n\u00eb mesdit\u00eb bri bashkis\u00eb, n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb xhamis\u00eb ku kish shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz dhe faleshin besimtar\u00eb, kur ndjeva hijen e dikujt q\u00eb parakaloi me ngut n\u00eb t\u00eb djatht\u00ebn time. Ishte nj\u00eb i ri, i shkurt\u00ebr, i ngjeshur gati pa qaf\u00eb; nxitonte me nj\u00eb ngut t\u00eb sh\u00ebmtuar n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb dy zonjave q\u00eb ecnin 30 hapa para. Dukej se zonjat, bionde t\u00eb dyja, po ktheheshin nga pazari, sepse mbanin n\u00eb duar qese me qep\u00eb dhe domate dhe po bisedonin t\u00eb tyret me z\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb, si t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ballkanasit. Befas ndodhi \u00e7udia. I riu pa qaf\u00eb iu hodh nj\u00ebr\u00ebs nga pas, rrufe si skifter, drejt e n\u00eb qaf\u00eb. Kaq shpejt dhe kaq me furi, sa n\u00eb fillim, s\u2019u kuptua \u00e7far\u00eb ndodhi. Pastaj u zhduk m\u00eb shpejt se domatet dhe qep\u00ebt t\u00eb binin n\u00eb tok\u00eb, n\u00eb qoshen e xhamis\u00eb, mes besimtar\u00ebve, ndjekur nga klithma e gruas. Pran\u00eb tyre, n\u00eb trotuar, ndodhej nj\u00eb polic.<\/p>\n<p>Ngjarja kishte ndodhur mu para hund\u00ebs s\u00eb tij. Gruaja, krejt e zbehur, me dor\u00ebn te qafa, iu drejtua gjith\u00eb ngash\u00ebrim: \u201cZoti polic, t\u00eb lutem m\u00eb ndihmo, hajduti m\u00eb rr\u00ebmbeu gjerdanin \u2026nga qafa\u201d. Por tani po ndodhte nj\u00eb hata m\u00eb e madhe akoma. N\u00eb vend t\u2019i qepej hajdutit pas, polici rrinte i ngrir\u00eb, si kali i pluhurosur i Sk\u00ebnderbeut n\u00eb lulishten p\u00ebrball\u00eb. E shikonte gruan shkujdesur, me nj\u00eb v\u00ebshtrim patetik, q\u00eb rrekej t\u00eb b\u00ebhej misterioz dhe q\u00eb nuk i shkonte as mosh\u00ebs s\u00eb re dhe as uniform\u00ebs q\u00eb kish. \u201cZoti polic, ju lutem b\u00ebni di\u00e7ka, ma vodhi. Ishte gjerdan floriri!\u201d \u2013 ul\u00ebrinte gruaja e gjor\u00eb duke qar\u00eb. \u201cMa pati sjell\u00eb \u00e7uni nga Italia\u2026 ma mori nga trupi hajduti, e shkreta un\u00eb. Hajduti!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Polici rrinte i pal\u00ebvizur, shp\u00ebrfill\u00ebs, a thua, n\u00eb vend t\u00eb floririt, gruas i kishin rr\u00ebmbyer ndonj\u00eb kok\u00ebrr qep\u00eb nga qeset e r\u00ebna p\u00ebrdhe. Vet\u00ebm kur gruaja tjet\u00ebr tha \u201cTurp t\u00eb keni o plehra!\u201d, vet\u00ebm at\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb fytyr\u00ebn e policit l\u00ebvizi nj\u00eb muskul, ai q\u00eb zakonisht krijon n\u00ebnqeshjen cinike.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00ebvizi nj\u00eb muskul, por nuk i l\u00ebvizi asnj\u00eb qime n\u00eb kok\u00ebn e tij. V\u00ebshtronte kot\u00ebsisht tej kalit t\u00eb Sk\u00ebnderbeut, me nj\u00eb krenari dhe drit\u00ebpamje prej ku dukej ballina e muzeut, mozaiku i t\u00eb cilit shk\u00eblqente si vet\u00eb lavdia. T\u00eb dyja grat\u00eb mallkuan shtetin e policin\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb \u00e7ast m\u00eb pas nxituan t\u00eb pashpresa drejt ikjes s\u00eb hajdutit profesionist, por edhe drejt nj\u00eb dite t\u00eb d\u00ebshp\u00ebruar. Iu afrova policit dhe pasi pash\u00eb emrin n\u00eb gjoks, e pyeta se a e pa sken\u00ebn e vjedhjes q\u00eb ndodhi mu p\u00ebrpara syve t\u00eb tij, dhe polici m\u00eb pa shp\u00ebrfillur, si kishte par\u00eb pak m\u00eb par\u00eb grabit\u00ebsin, grat\u00eb dhe mozaikun e muzeut atje tej. Ishte nj\u00eb vizionar i asgj\u00ebs\u00eb: \u201cDebilet, mir\u00eb ja bojn! A vihet te \u00e7amt, (pazari \u00e7am), me nj\u00eb gisht gjerdan n\u2019qaf?!\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/p>\n<p>Mision policie me nj\u00eb \u201cvizion\u201d t\u00eb till\u00eb harbut\u00ebrie, mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb ndeshur shum\u00ebkush n\u00eb rutin\u00ebn e tij. Natyrisht, n\u00ebse me harbut\u00ebri n\u00ebnkuptojm\u00eb shum\u00eb\u00e7ka, edhe mediokritetin edhe paaft\u00ebsin\u00eb. M\u00eb keq akoma, edhe \u201ckapjen\u201d! N\u00ebse flasim p\u00ebr mision dhe vizion, mjafton t\u00eb kujtojm\u00eb d\u00ebshtimin otoman t\u00eb policis\u00eb shqiptare n\u00eb Lazarat, p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar imazhin, p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrkufizuar objektin, p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruar Policin\u00eb e Shtetit.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLazarati\u201d nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht nj\u00eb njoll\u00eb. \u00cbsht\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb simbol. Rast mjaft i rrall\u00eb ky kur nj\u00eb institucion shtet\u00ebror p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsohet me di\u00e7ka q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh edhe simbol, edhe ndotje: simbol i paaft\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe i kapjes s\u00eb shtetit.<\/p>\n<p>Por t\u00eb kthehemi edhe nj\u00ebher\u00eb te ngjarja e rr\u00ebmbimit n\u00eb mes t\u00eb dit\u00ebs, n\u00eb mes t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs. Gjat\u00eb grabitjes s\u00eb gruas n\u00eb trotuarin e bashkis\u00eb, m\u00eb kishte tronditur fodull\u00ebku i policit dhe kisha d\u00ebshtuar n\u00eb gjetjen e nj\u00eb shpjegimi: nj\u00eb rrog\u00ebtar, i veshur me uniform\u00eb dhe pushtet p\u00ebr t\u00eb ruajtur rendin, b\u00ebn sehir. V\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb gj\u00eb m\u00eb posht\u00ebruese p\u00ebr nj\u00eb qytetar. Tronditja b\u00ebhet edhe m\u00eb serioze kur shikon se si sjellja e nj\u00eb polici rreket t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsoj\u00eb. Rreket t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsoj\u00eb t\u00eb keqen. Ngaq\u00eb ky nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb rast i vet\u00ebm, me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb mund t\u00eb supozohet se Policia e Shtetit \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb organizat\u00eb e paqart\u00eb p\u00ebr misionin q\u00eb ka.<\/p>\n<p>Policia e burgjeve, mbushur me drejtues t\u00eb paaft\u00eb e pa nivel. Policia rrugore, q\u00eb ndikon n\u00eb gjendjen shpirt\u00ebrore t\u00eb udh\u00ebtar\u00ebve m\u00eb fort se filmat horror t\u00eb mesnat\u00ebs. Mjafton t\u00eb pyesim emigrant\u00ebt q\u00eb vijn\u00eb t\u00eb pushojn\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar se sa i lart\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb koeficienti i bab\u00ebzis\u00eb s\u00eb policave rrugor\u00eb, q\u00eb vjedhin dit\u00ebn e nat\u00ebn drejtuesit e automjeteve. Jo rrall\u00eb Policia e Shtetit \u00ebsht\u00eb treguar shurdhe, qorre, idiote apo n\u00eb rastin m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb e paaft\u00eb, n\u00eb p\u00ebrballje me krimin.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">* * *<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eblloj si nuk munda ta kuptoj policin me v\u00ebshtrimin krenar, sot nuk mund t\u00eb kuptoj as krenarin\u00eb e kot\u00eb t\u00eb drejtuesve t\u00eb policis\u00eb rrugore, q\u00eb tundin e shkundin trupat e tyre n\u00eb \u00e7do kilomet\u00ebr rrug\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u2019ju rr\u00ebmbyer bakshishe shofer\u00ebve. Nj\u00eblloj nuk mund t\u00eb kuptoj aksionet e turpshme kund\u00ebr hashashit n\u00eb Lazarat. T\u00eb ndalojm\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb Lazarat. N\u00eb Lazarat vet\u00eb qeveria b\u00ebn ndales\u00ebn e frym\u00ebs, si astmatik\u00ebt. I duhet pompa p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar. Policia ka ndihmuar t\u00eb jet\u00eb edhe m\u00eb e dukshme asfiksia e pushtetit n\u00eb ikje t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs. Si ia ka dal\u00eb? Duke p\u00ebrdorur demagogjin\u00eb e lir\u00eb, si mallrat kinez\u00eb. \u00c7do vit e nj\u00ebjta histori. Policia b\u00ebn postblloqe, n\u00eb hyrje t\u00eb Lazaratit, si p\u00ebr t\u00eb justifikuar d\u00ebshtimin. D\u00ebshtimin otoman! Them d\u00ebshtimi otoman, p\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtje etike, sepse nuk dua t\u00eb them hapur q\u00eb n\u00eb Lazaratin e rrethuar, e dini \u00e7ka ngjar\u00eb? Shtetit shqiptar i kan\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb brek\u00ebt n\u00eb fund t\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Atje vazhdon rrethimi i kot\u00eb, i d\u00ebshtuar, i d\u00ebshp\u00ebruar i k\u00ebshtjell\u00ebs s\u00eb hashashit n\u00eb fshatin rebel. Ndalimi i pun\u00ebtor\u00ebve, nd\u00ebrprerja e ujit, rrethimi i gjat\u00eb, t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto t\u00eb kujtojn\u00eb rrethimin e Kruj\u00ebs nga turqit n\u00eb Mesjet\u00eb. Lazarati i hashashit ka triumfuar mbi shtetin shqiptar ashtu si Sk\u00ebnderbeu triumfoi n\u00eb Kruj\u00eb mbi osman\u00ebt. Nj\u00eblloj si sulltan Murati u t\u00ebrhoq d\u00ebshtuar nga ambicia p\u00ebr t\u00eb mposhtur q\u00ebndres\u00ebn e arnaut\u00ebve, mbas fushimeve t\u00eb gjata, drejtori Burgaj, vit pas viti, rrethim pas rrethimi, \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00ebrhequr nj\u00eblloj kokulur nga Lazarati. Ato q\u00eb mbet\u00ebn jan\u00eb postblloqet si relike t\u00eb d\u00ebshtimit.
