\nMillosh Gjergj Nikolla (Migjeni), me shkres\u00ebn nr.l0, dat\u00eb 3 mars l934, kryem\u00ebsues i shkoll\u00ebs mikste n\u00eb Vrak\u00eb t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs, e informon (me shkrim dore e kaligrafi t\u00eb bukur) drejtorin\u00eb e shkoll\u00ebs “28 Nandori” t\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs: ” mbi gjymsen e par\u00eb t\u00eb vjetit shkolluer”.Aty tregon se m\u00ebsimet filluan m\u00eb 25 shtator l933. M\u00eb tej, sh\u00ebnon se: “para filles\u00ebs s\u00eb m\u00ebsimevet jan\u00eb ken\u00eb regjistrimet” dhe u regjistruan 245 nx\u00ebn\u00ebs. \u201cPor, tue marrr\u00eb parasysh ngusht\u00ebsin\u00eb e lokalit shkollor dhe kap\u00ebrcimin e mosh\u00ebs s\u00eb detyrimit shkollor, n\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje me Inspektorin\u00eb e Arsimit n\u00eb prezenc\u00eb, me dat\u00eb 5 Tetuer l933, numri i nxan\u00ebsvet asht paksue n\u00eb l34 (dhe me shkrim,-sh\u00ebnimi im, M.G.).<\/p>\n

Tash, n\u00eb koh\u00ebt e fundit, me shp\u00ebrnguljen e familjeve t\u00eb nxan\u00ebsvet n\u00eb Jugosllavi, ky numur ende asht paksue n\u00eb 98 (dhe me shkrim,-sh\u00ebnimi im, M.G.). Migjeni sh\u00ebnon se ndjekin m\u00ebsimet rregullisht 80 nx\u00ebn\u00ebs. M\u00eb tej tregon se, si\u00e7 dihet, kjo shkoll\u00eb ka qen\u00eb private, deri n\u00eb mbylljen e tyre dhe se m\u00ebsimet jepeshin p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsisht n\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn serbe. Nd\u00ebrsa: ” M\u00ebsimi i shqipes asht ken\u00eb i caktuem ka nji or\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00eb, por-defakto-as kjo or\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00eb nuk asht ekzistue,-se \u00e7do aktivitet serioz prej nji m\u00ebsuesit shqiptar asht ken\u00eb i penguem. E mjaft\u00eb asht prej k\u00ebtyne m\u00ebsuesve q\u00eb kan\u00eb muejt me ia m\u00ebsue f\u00ebmivet germat e shqipes dhe disi k\u00ebndimin- verte pa kuptim, por prap mund t\u00eb shenjohet nji hap i vog\u00ebl p\u00ebrpara”.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb tej, Migjeni sh\u00ebnon, n\u00eb shkres\u00ebn e tij, se programi i shkollave fillore nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ven\u00eb n\u00eb zbatim, pasi: “nxan\u00ebsit nuk e din\u00eb shqipen, se n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb katundin nuk d\u00ebgjohet as nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shtetnore”. Pastaj thot\u00eb se katundi i Vrak\u00ebs p\u00ebrb\u00ebhet prej 6 lagjeve: Bori\u00e7’ i Math, Bori\u00e7’ i Vezirit, Gril, Omarej, Rrash e Kullaj. “F\u00ebmit\u00eb e k\u00ebtyne tri lagjeve mrame kan\u00eb thye gjuh\u00ebn p\u00ebr shqyptimin e shqipes jo me aq v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi t\u00eb madhe, p\u00ebr arsye se kan\u00eb pas\u00eb mar\u00ebdhanje me malsor\u00ebt n’an\u00eb t\u00eb Lindjes e t\u00eb Veriut; nsa tri lagjet e para jan\u00eb fare t’ izoluem.Por, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e fundit, mjerisht, nxan\u00ebsit q\u00eb kan\u00eb pretendue ta m\u00ebsojn\u00eb shqipen ma mir\u00eb, dmth prej lagjeve Rrapsh e Kullaj, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb jan\u00eb shp\u00ebrngulun”.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb posht\u00eb, Migjeni vijon t\u00eb tregoj\u00eb se kujdesi i m\u00ebsuesve p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrdor\u00eb shqipen jasht\u00eb shkoll\u00ebs ka qen\u00eb: “gadi fare i pafrytsh\u00ebm, sidomos tash- kurse trut\u00eb e njoma t\u00eb f\u00ebmive jan\u00eb bllokuem me andra mbi nj\u00eb “Dhe t\u00eb premtuem”. N’or\u00ebt e m\u00ebsimit asht evitue s\u00ebrbishtja sa asht mujt ma tep\u00ebr”. M\u00eb tej shton: ” I arsyesh\u00ebm asht pam\u00eb mosp\u00ebrdorimi ma hapt i serbishtes, pse f\u00ebmija nuk ia vejn\u00eb veshin t\u00eb folunit shqip, kurse e din\u00eb se po ajo vet do t’i thohet e shtjellohet serbisht”. Pastaj Migjeni vijon: “Nji cilsi t\u00eb f\u00ebmive jo t\u00eb lavdrueshme n\u00eb pik\u00ebpamje t\u00eb formimit t\u00eb karakterit, kjo asht pretenza t\u00eb padisin shoqishojn\u00eb p\u00ebr asgjesend” dhe tregon se kund\u00ebr k\u00ebtij \u201ckorupcioni f\u00ebminuer, personeli m\u00ebsimuer ka veprue me sukses”.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb mbyllje t\u00eb informacionit t\u00eb tij, Migjeni sh\u00ebnon se, p\u00ebr t\u00eb pas\u00eb sukses n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pun\u00eb, k\u00ebrkohen mjete m\u00ebsimi me num\u00ebr t\u00eb mjaftuesh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqen f\u00ebmij\u00eb n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn e Vrak\u00ebs dhe nga katundet Shtoj i Ri e Shtoj i Vjet\u00ebr: “e n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, ky nd\u00ebrlikim gjuhe dhe mentaliteti kish me ba t\u00eb veden”. Gjithashtu, propozon se duhet ” nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00eb ma e madhe dhe me vend ma t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm”.

\nMe shkres\u00ebn nr.20, dat\u00eb 8 qershor l934, m\u00ebsuesi Millosh Nikolla e informon Inspektorin\u00eb e Arsimit n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, nga shkolla e Vrak\u00ebs ku sh\u00ebrbente,p\u00ebr nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e klasave t\u00eb ndryshme. K\u00ebshtu, n\u00eb klas\u00ebn e par\u00eb: regjistruar – 77, t\u00eb rregullt-27, kaluan-l0; n\u00eb klas\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb: l9-6-4; n\u00eb klas\u00ebn e tret\u00eb: l3-7-4; n\u00eb klas\u00ebn e kat\u00ebrt: 11-1,-,-; n\u00eb klas\u00ebn e pest\u00eb: l5-5-5. Aty sh\u00ebnon se: n\u00eb klas\u00ebn e par\u00eb ishte m\u00ebsuese Sofije Kushi, n\u00eb klas\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb- Dhimit\u00ebr Kushi e n\u00eb t\u00eb tjerat- M.Nikolla: ” puna e t\u00eb cilit- n\u00eb p\u00ebrdorimin e sa ma t\u00eb hapt\u00eb t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shtetnore nga ana e nxansvet- asht p\u00ebrfundue me sukses”.
\nPo n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shkres\u00eb, M.Nikolla (Migjeni) tregon se regjistrimet jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb l8 shtator dhe m\u00ebsimet filluan m\u00eb 25 shtator l933. N\u00eb pik\u00ebn 1 ankohet p\u00ebr zvog\u00eblimin e numrit t\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve, nga shkaku i shp\u00ebrnguljes s\u00eb prind\u00ebrve n\u00eb Jugosllavi. Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb pik\u00ebn 6 sh\u00ebnon: “Gjendja e nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs nuk asht e p\u00eblqyeshme”. K\u00ebrkon t\u00eb ket\u00eb dhe mjete m\u00ebsimi, q\u00eb mungojn\u00eb.N\u00eb fund sh\u00ebnon se p\u00ebr “jav\u00ebn e drunit” jan\u00eb hapur gopa, por kan\u00eb mbetur ashtu, pasi nuk jan\u00eb d\u00ebrguar fidan\u00ebt e k\u00ebrkuar!…
