N\u00eb fokus t\u00eb takimit t\u00eb sot\u00ebm ka qen\u00eb s\u00ebrish tema e rendit dhe siguris\u00eb publike, si nj\u00eb nga sfidat m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb qeverisjes socialiste t\u00eb pas 23 qershorit. Kryetari i PS-s\u00eb, Edi Rama e ka nisur fjal\u00ebn e tij duke risjell\u00eb n\u00eb v\u00ebmendjen e t\u00eb pranishm\u00ebve gjendjen krejt t\u00eb pasigurt q\u00eb po kalojn\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb munges\u00ebs s\u00eb shtetit dhe organizimit t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNe kemi par\u00eb se ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb territoret e fshatit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur pron\u00ebn, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur sht\u00ebpin\u00eb, njer\u00ebzit armatosen. Kemi par\u00eb se sa shum\u00eb konflikte pron\u00ebsie shp\u00ebrthejn\u00eb dhe kthehen n\u00eb krime. Dhe ajo q\u00eb shohim gjithmon\u00eb e m\u00eb pak \u00ebsht\u00eb prania e shtetit. Shteti e ka braktisur detyr\u00ebn. Organizimi i Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit, ashtu si gjith\u00eb organizimi i shtetit ton\u00eb, sot \u00ebsht\u00eb jasht\u00eb \u00e7do standardi logjik, sepse edhe Policia e Shtetit sikund\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb strukturat e shtetit ton\u00eb jan\u00eb kthyer n\u00eb fole p\u00ebr t\u00eb futur \u201czogjt\u00eb\u201d e Partis\u00eb Demokratike. Nuk ka asnj\u00eb standard tjet\u00ebr. N\u00eb qoft\u00eb se ne duam t\u00eb luftojm\u00eb krimin dhe t\u00eb ringrem\u00eb Policin\u00eb e Shtetit, duhet t\u00eb k\u00ebpusim lidhjet mes kupol\u00ebs s\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Brendshme dhe krimit\u201d, u shpreh Rama.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas tij, drejtuesit m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit sot jan\u00eb t\u00eb lidhur me krimin e organizuar. \u201cKy \u00ebsht\u00eb fakt. Drejtuesit m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit sot garantojn\u00eb rrug\u00ebt e kontraband\u00ebs dhe administrojn\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb ardhurat nga korrupsioni. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb fakt, ashtu sikund\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb fakt q\u00eb mes krimit dhe kupol\u00ebs drejtuese t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Brendshme ka bashk\u00ebpunim t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm, ka tradhti ndaj Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit, ku kriminel\u00ebt e marrin vesh menj\u00ebher\u00eb sapo nj\u00eb operacion planifikohet dhe k\u00ebshtu operacionet d\u00ebshtojn\u00eb. Kjo ka sjell\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrim moral t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Policis\u00eb s\u00eb Shtetit, sepse \u00e7do nj\u00ebri n\u00eb Policin\u00eb e Shtetit e di se \u00e7far\u00eb ndodh\u201d, \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehur kreu i PS-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kryesocialisti ka theksuar se shteti nuk mund dhe nuk duhet t\u2019i trajtoj\u00eb t\u00eb mirat publike si nj\u00eb mall q\u00eb mund t\u2019i ket\u00eb vet\u00ebm ai q\u00eb paguan. \u201cDuhet ndryshuar sistemi. Nuk mund t\u2019u themi shqiptar\u00ebve q\u00eb \u00e7do gj\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend \u00ebsht\u00eb mall. Edhe drejt\u00ebsia \u00ebsht\u00eb mall, ke lek\u00eb blije, s\u2019ke lek\u00eb nuk e blen dot; Edhe kujdesi sh\u00ebndet\u00ebsor \u00ebsht\u00eb mall, ke lek\u00eb blije, s\u2019ke lek\u00eb nuk e blen dot; Edhe arsimi i f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb tu \u00ebsht\u00eb mall, ke lek\u00eb blije, s\u2019ke lek\u00eb nuk e blen dot; Edhe t\u00eb gjitha sh\u00ebrbimet e shtetit jan\u00eb mall, kudo ku shkon. L\u00ebre se \u00e7\u2019thot\u00eb Kushtetuta, l\u00ebre se \u00e7\u2019thot\u00eb ligji, ke lek\u00eb blije, s\u2019ke lek\u00eb nuk e blen dot.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb njer\u00ebzit kan\u00eb gjithmon\u00eb e m\u00eb pak lek\u00eb, kurse Kryeministri ju thot\u00eb: Sa t\u00eb lumtur duhet t\u00eb jeni me kaq shum\u00eb lek\u00eb sa ju jap un\u00eb \u00e7do muaj. Kjo k\u00ebrkon nj\u00eb qasje tjet\u00ebr. Mos prisni njer\u00ebz t\u00eb dashur drejt\u00ebsi n\u00eb dyert e gjykatave, n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se nuk kemi nj\u00eb qeveri q\u00eb qeveris n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb. Mos prisni q\u00eb gjykat\u00ebsi t\u2019u japi t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn q\u00eb jua ha qeveria.
