Megjithat\u00eb, as k\u00ebto forca policore nuk mund t\u00eb ndalnin qindra qytetar\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt shtyheshin me b\u00ebrryla p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb informacione rreth vonesave dhe anulimit t\u00eb fluturimeve nga kjo kompani, sidomos p\u00ebr n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr dhe Gjermani.<\/p>\n

Sali Topojani nga Ka\u00e7aniku, s\u00eb bashku me gruan e tij e komb\u00ebsis\u00eb gjermane, dhe dy f\u00ebmij\u00eb, t\u00eb premten e kaluar kishin hyr\u00eb n\u00eb avion p\u00ebr t\u2019u nisur drejt Dyseldorfit t\u00eb Gjermanis\u00eb. Mir\u00ebpo, n\u00eb moment t\u00eb fundit atij i \u00ebsht\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb dal\u00eb nga avioni, sepse numri i udh\u00ebtar\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i madh se numri i vendeve.<\/p>\n

Ne nuk dim\u00eb se \u00e7ka t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb dhe ku t\u00eb shkojm\u00eb. Si pasoj\u00eb e vonesave ne po i humbasim vendet tona t\u00eb pun\u00ebs. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb mjerim. Ve\u00e7 n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ndodhin gj\u00ebra t\u00eb tilla\u201d, shprehet i mllefosur ai, nd\u00ebrsa tentonte t\u00eb merrte sqarime nga pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt e kompanis\u00eb \u201cBelle Air\u201d.<\/p>\n

Mir\u00ebpo, as pas shum\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjesh nuk arriti t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb. Topojani nga distanca k\u00ebrkonte nga stafi i kompanis\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2019i jepnin nj\u00eb dokument rreth anulimit t\u00eb fluturimit, por tre pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt e k\u00ebsaj kompanie, dy nga Shqip\u00ebria dhe nj\u00ebri nga Kosova, nuk e b\u00ebnin nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Madje ky i fundit kishte sjellje arrogante, edhe n\u00eb raport me gazetar\u00ebt e gazet\u00ebs \u201cZ\u00ebri\u201d dhe t\u00eb Radio Televizionit 21, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt bisedonin me qytetar\u00ebt af\u00ebr sportelit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt pritnin me or\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebra p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb informacione. \u201cVonesat po b\u00ebhen ve\u00e7 p\u00ebr pik\u00eb t\u00eb qejfit\u201d, thoshte pun\u00ebtori i \u201cBelle Air\u201d, nd\u00ebrsa fshihte ID-n\u00eb e tij.<\/p>\n

Shtyrjet dhe pritjet me or\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebra jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb padurueshme p\u00ebr familjen Topojani.<\/p>\n

\u201cA ka Kosova institucione dhe ata a po e shikojn\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb po na ndodh neve. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb mjerim. Nuk ka mbetur me ardh\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shtet. Kompanit\u00eb mashtruese si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb \u2018Belle Air\u2019 po pla\u00e7kitin qytetar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs, ku disa nga ta po na l\u00ebn\u00eb edhe pa vende pune\u201d, tha i zhg\u00ebnjyer ai.<\/p>\n

Nga ora dy e nat\u00ebs n\u00eb aeroport<\/strong><\/p>\n

Kastriot Mustafa nga Komuna e Suharek\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur t\u00eb shtun\u00ebn t\u00eb fluturoj\u00eb drejt Zvicr\u00ebs, mir\u00ebpo p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb shtyrjes s\u00eb fluturimeve atij i \u00ebsht\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb nga pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt e kompanis\u00eb \u201cBelle Air\u201d, q\u00eb fluturimi do t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb t\u00eb diel\u00ebn n\u00eb or\u00ebn 4 t\u00eb m\u00ebngjesit.<\/p>\n

\u201cKam ardhur k\u00ebtu n\u00eb or\u00ebn 2 t\u00eb nat\u00ebs, ku kemi pritur deri n\u00eb or\u00ebn 4 dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb shtyr\u00eb fluturimi. M\u00eb von\u00eb na \u00ebsht\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb se fluturimi \u00ebsht\u00eb shtyr\u00eb p\u00ebr n\u00eb or\u00ebn 14:00, por prap\u00eb nuk ndodhi. S\u00ebrish na premtuan se fluturimi \u00ebsht\u00eb shtyr\u00eb p\u00ebr n\u00eb or\u00ebn 15:00, por edhe kjo nuk ndodhi. S\u00eb fundi na \u00ebsht\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb se fluturimi do t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb pas or\u00ebs pes\u00eb dhe po presim apo ndodh nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb. M\u00eb shum\u00eb se 10 or\u00eb jam n\u00eb Aeroport\u201d, shprehet i mllefosur ai.<\/p>\n

Mustafa thot\u00eb se sjelljet e tilla t\u00eb kompanis\u00eb \u201cBelle Air\u201d, jan\u00eb t\u00eb papranueshme dhe t\u00eb paarsyetueshme. Ai thot\u00eb se rezervimin e bilet\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u2019u kthyer nga Kosova n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb janar t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti. \u201c\u00cbsht\u00eb hera e fundit q\u00eb un\u00eb blej bilet\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kompani. Po iu siguroj se 5 vjet nuk kam p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhur m\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shtet. Un\u00eb k\u00ebtu kam ardhur p\u00ebr t\u00eb pushuar dhe shpenzuar, por jo edhe p\u00ebr t\u2019u torturuar\u201d, shtoi m\u00eb tej ai.<\/p>\n

I lodhur dhe i nervozuar me pritjet shum\u00eb t\u00eb gjata \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe Besim Jakupi. Ai thot\u00eb se p\u00ebr or\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebra \u00ebsht\u00eb duke pritur n\u00eb Aeroport me gruan dhe dy f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e tij.<\/p>\n

Jakupi b\u00ebn t\u00eb ditur se prej m\u00ebngjesit n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi po ka shtyrje t\u00eb koh\u00ebs s\u00eb fluturimeve drejt Zvicr\u00ebs. Ai b\u00ebn t\u00eb ditur se t\u00eb shtun\u00ebn edhe miku i tij, Betim Zeqiri, nuk ka mundur t\u00eb udh\u00ebtoj\u00eb nga Aeroporti i Prishtin\u00ebs drejt Zvicr\u00ebs, pasi q\u00eb kompania \u201cBelle Air\u201d, ia ka marr\u00eb parat\u00eb dhe nuk i ka siguruar ul\u00ebse n\u00eb avion. \u201cAi dje \u00ebsht\u00eb detyruar q\u00eb nga Aeroporti i Prishtin\u00ebs t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb me taksi n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, ku m\u00eb pastaj ka fluturuar nga Rinasi drejt Zvicr\u00ebs, ku i ka humbur m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 1000 euro. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb pap\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi i kompanis\u00eb dhe institucioneve q\u00eb e lejojn\u00eb funksionimin e k\u00ebsaj\u201d, tha ai.<\/p>\n

I shqet\u00ebsuar, i keqtrajtuar dhe i lodhur nga sjelljet e kompanis\u00eb \u201cBelle Air\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe Naim Gashi, i cili t\u00eb diel\u00ebn s\u00eb bashku me gruan dhe f\u00ebmij\u00ebt e tij po mundoheshin t\u00eb gjenin vend t\u00eb lir\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb udh\u00ebtuar drejt Zvicr\u00ebs. Ai thot\u00eb pardje pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt e k\u00ebsaj kompanie e kan\u00eb marr\u00eb at\u00eb n\u00eb telefon dhe i kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb ditur se t\u00eb diel\u00ebn nuk ka vende t\u00eb lira, duke i sugjeruar q\u00eb t\u00eb udh\u00ebtoj\u00eb 3, apo 4 dit\u00eb me vones\u00eb. Mir\u00ebpo, Gashi thot\u00eb se nuk e ka pranuar nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb, pasi q\u00eb rezervimin e biletave e ka b\u00ebr\u00eb qysh prej muajsh t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u201cUn\u00eb nes\u00ebr n\u00eb or\u00ebn 7 duhet t\u00eb jem n\u00eb pun\u00eb. Parat\u00eb ua kam dh\u00ebn\u00eb dhe k\u00ebta duhet t\u00eb kryejn\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimin e jo t\u00eb na mashtrojn\u00eb neve\u201d, tha ai.<\/p>\n

Rashica: Ku \u00ebsht\u00eb ministri i Diaspor\u00ebs?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Edhe Qefsere Rashica s\u00eb bashku me axh\u00ebn e saj t\u00eb diel\u00ebn kishin planifikuar t\u00eb udh\u00ebtonin drejt Hanoverit t\u00eb Gjermanis\u00eb, p\u00ebrmes kompanis\u00eb\u201cBelle Air\u201d. Mir\u00ebpo, n\u00eb momentin e fundit, asaj por edhe qindra udh\u00ebtareve tjer\u00eb fluturimi i \u00ebsht\u00eb shtyr\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebn, pa ndonj\u00eb paralajm\u00ebrim.<\/p>\n

\u201cUn\u00eb nuk po e di s\u00eb \u00e7far\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb duke ndodhur. Un\u00eb nes\u00ebr jam n\u00eb pun\u00eb, nuk e di se si do t\u00eb arsyetohem atje. Edhe v\u00ebllai dje \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur t\u00eb udh\u00ebtoj drejt Gjermanis\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb kompani, por n\u00eb momentin e fundit \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur t\u00eb blej\u00eb nj\u00eb bilet\u00eb n\u00eb kompanin\u00eb \u201cEuro Koha\u201d, sepse kompania \u201cBelle Air\u201d i ka mashtruar\u201d, shprehet e zhg\u00ebnjyer ajo.<\/p>\n

Sipas saj, ministri i Diaspor\u00ebs, Ibrahim Makolli, \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur t\u00eb merret me problemin e saj, por edhe qindra qytetar\u00ebve tjer\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb diel\u00ebn kan\u00eb pritur n\u00eb Aeroport p\u00ebr m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 10 or\u00eb dhe n\u00eb fund jan\u00eb detyruar t\u00eb kthehen n\u00eb sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e tyre, disa me taksi e disa me vetura t\u00eb familjareve q\u00eb i pritnin n\u00eb Aeroport.<\/p>\n

\u201cKjo \u00ebsht\u00eb tortur\u00eb. Kjo i jep Kosov\u00ebs nj\u00eb imazh t\u00eb keq dhe veprime t\u00eb tilla t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb i ftohin p\u00ebr vendlindjen e tyre\u201d, tha ai. Por, krahas shum\u00eb bashkatdhetar\u00ebve, n\u00eb radh\u00eb pritnin edhe ushtare t\u00eb NATO-s, por edhe pun\u00ebtor\u00eb t\u00eb zyrave dhe administrat\u00ebs nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare q\u00eb operojn\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Edhe k\u00ebta ishin m\u00ebrzitur nga pritjet e gjata, por duke biseduar me njeri-tjetrin mundoheshin q\u00eb ta ruajn\u00eb qet\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe durimin.<\/p>\n

\u201cBelle Air\u201d refuzon takimin me Makollin!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ministri i Diaspor\u00ebs, Ibrahim Makolli, thot\u00eb se koh\u00ebve t\u00eb fundit udh\u00ebtar\u00ebt po keqtrajtohen n\u00eb Aeroport nga kompania \u201cBelle Air\u201d. Sipas tij,shum\u00eb qytetar\u00eb kan\u00eb paguar biletat dhe nuk po munden t\u00eb udh\u00ebtojn\u00eb drejt\u00eb vendeve ku ata punojn\u00eb, pasi q\u00eb numri i biletave t\u00eb shitura \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb i madh se numri i ul\u00ebseve n\u00eb avion.<\/p>\n

\u201cUn\u00eb kam par\u00eb shtyrjet dhe vonesave dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje menj\u00ebher\u00eb kam kontaktuar me Ministrin\u00eb e Infrastruktur\u00ebs. Nga ata kam kuptuar se kompania \u2018Belle Air\u2019, \u00ebsht\u00eb si n\u00ebnkontraktore e kompanis\u00eb \u2018Darvin\u2019. Nga ta kam k\u00ebrkuar q\u00eb t\u00eb marrin masa ligjore ndaj kompanis\u00eb n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, sepse shum\u00eb udh\u00ebtar\u00eb q\u00eb udh\u00ebtojn\u00eb m\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kompani hasin v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi t\u00eb m\u00ebdha ose n\u00eb ardhje, ose n\u00eb shkuarje\u201d, tha Makolli p\u00ebr gazet\u00ebn \u201cZ\u00ebri\u201d.<\/p>\n

M\u00eb tej, ministri Makolli b\u00ebn t\u00eb ditur se p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje ai ka k\u00ebrkuar q\u00eb t\u00eb takohet me zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj kompanie dhjet\u00ebra her\u00eb, por k\u00ebrkesa p\u00ebr takim \u00ebsht\u00eb refuzuar nga pronar\u00ebt. Ai thot\u00eb se p\u00ebr t\u2019iu ndal\u00eb n\u00eb ndihme bashkatdhetar\u00ebve rreth problemeve q\u00eb ballafaqohen me k\u00ebt\u00eb kompani, Ministra q\u00eb ai drejton ka tentuar q\u00eb t\u00eb bisedoj, apo ta gjej zyr\u00ebn e k\u00ebsaj kompanie, por p\u00ebrpjekjet kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb kota. \u201cAta thuajse \u00e7do dit\u00eb e nd\u00ebrrojn\u00eb zyrat dhe numrat e telefonit\u201d, tha m\u00eb tej ai.<\/p>\n

Ministri apelon te bashkatdhetar\u00ebt q\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha rastet rreth vonesave dhe shtyrjeve t\u00eb fluturimeve t\u2019i evidentojn\u00eb n\u00eb formular\u00ebt q\u00eb gjenden brenda terminalit, pasi q\u00eb vet\u00ebm p\u00ebrmes tyre mund t\u00eb merren veprime ligjore ndaj kompanis\u00eb \u201cBelle Air\u201d.<\/p>\n

Shqyrtohet marrja e licenc\u00ebs s\u00eb \u201cBelle Air\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n

Makolli m\u00eb tej b\u00ebn t\u00eb ditur se \u00ebsht\u00eb shqyrtuar mund\u00ebsia e marrjes s\u00eb lejes s\u00eb fluturimit, por, sipas tij, kompania n\u00eb fjal\u00eb ka shitur shum\u00eb bileta dhe n\u00ebse ndodh nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb shum\u00eb bashkatdhetar\u00eb q\u00eb punojn\u00eb n\u00eb shtete t\u00eb ndryshme t\u00eb bot\u00ebs do t\u00eb mbeteshin n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, ose do t\u00eb detyroheshin t\u00eb blejn\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb bilet\u00ebn. \u201cNe do t\u00eb marrim t\u00eb gjitha masat e nevojshme p\u00ebr t\u2019i mbrojtur qytetar\u00ebt tan\u00eb nga kompania \u2018Belle Air\u2019\u201d.<\/p>\n

Sipas Makollit, n\u00ebse kompania n\u00eb fjal\u00eb edhe m\u00eb tutje vazhdon me vonesa dhe mashtrime, ajo do ta humb\u00eb lejen e fluturimit p\u00ebr n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Gazeta p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje ka provuar t\u00eb kontaktoj\u00eb edhe m\u00eb ministrin e Infrastruktur\u00ebs, Fehmi Mujota, por ai nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjur n\u00eb telefonin e tij zyrtar\u00eb. Nj\u00ebjt\u00eb ka vepruar edhe ministrja e Tregtis\u00eb dhe Industris\u00eb, Mimoza Kusari-Lila.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr, zyrtar\u00eb t\u00eb kompanis\u00eb \u201cLimak\u201d, e cila e ka n\u00eb koncesion Aeroportin e Prishtin\u00ebs thon\u00eb se kompania n\u00eb fjal\u00eb t\u00eb shtun\u00ebn nuk ka pasur asnj\u00eb vones\u00eb n\u00eb fluturim. Valentina Gara, zyrtare p\u00ebr media n\u00eb Aeroport, thot\u00eb se \u201cLimak Kosovo\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb i zotuar t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimet m\u00eb t\u00eb mira t\u00eb mundshme n\u00eb procesimin e udh\u00ebtar\u00ebve dhe kompanive ajrore. \u201cSipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave tona zyrtare me dat\u00eb 10 gusht 2013 (e shtun\u00eb) kan\u00eb qen\u00eb 24 fluturime (vajtje dhe ardhje) t\u00eb kompanis\u00eb ajrore \u2018Belle Air\u2019.<\/p>\n

Nuk ka pasur asnj\u00eb vones\u00eb apo anulim t\u00eb fluturimeve t\u00eb kompanis\u00eb ajrore \u2018Belle Air\u2019. Ne si autoritet i aeroportit nuk nd\u00ebrhyjm\u00eb n\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet n\u00eb mes kompanive ajrore dhe pasagjer\u00ebve dhe n\u00eb rast se pasagjer\u00ebt jan\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqur apo t\u00eb pak\u00ebnaqur me sh\u00ebrbimet e kompanive ajrore at\u00ebher\u00eb ata duhet te drejtojn\u00eb k\u00ebto \u00e7\u00ebshtje te Departamenti i Aviacionit Civil brenda Ministris\u00eb se Infrastruktur\u00ebs i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb autoritet p\u00ebr k\u00ebto \u00e7\u00ebshtje\u201d, tha ajo.<\/p>\n
