{"id":1305,"date":"2014-06-08T07:57:23","date_gmt":"2014-06-08T06:57:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.fjala.info\/?p=1305"},"modified":"2014-06-08T07:57:23","modified_gmt":"2014-06-08T06:57:23","slug":"a-do-te-kete-ligje-per-carmatosjen-e-popullates","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fjala.info\/2009-2015\/a-do-te-kete-ligje-per-carmatosjen-e-popullates\/","title":{"rendered":"A do te kete ligje per \u00e7armatosjen e popullates?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-7236\" title=\"Gjin Musa\" src=\"http:\/\/www.fjala.info\/2014\/gjin_musa.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" \/> <strong>Gjin Musa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ka 9 muaje qe parlamenti eshte kethyer ne nji aren c&#8217;faqje,sharje dhe kundra sharje.<br \/>\nPo ky parlamente si nuke poe merre mundimin te beje nji seanc te posacme te carmatosjen e popullates.<br \/>\nOpozites Berishiane i leverdis,sepse po ky Berishe hapi depote e armatimit ne 97-ten,sote heshte dhe nuke flete<br \/>\nper carmatosjen,po sote shane dhe fyen ne kjegullnajen e ketij parlamenti tashma qesharak.<br \/>\nMaxhoranca aktuale do pajtohet me opoziten aktuale?<\/p>\n<p>Ka ardhur koha qe kesaje pyetje ti jepet pergjigje,pergjigja do vetem nji seanc parlamentare dinjitoze.<br \/>\nForcimi i ligjit, zbatimi me rreptesi nga forcat e policis se shtetit.<br \/>\nDuam te integrohemi ne Europen e bashkuar!<br \/>\nMe kallashe dhe municione neper shtepi nuke ka integrim,nuke ka siguri per jeten,nuke ka shtet ligjore, ligjin e bene kallashi dhe pushket snajpre qe marrin jete njerzish pa pushim.<br \/>\nParlamenti dhe deputetet e &#8220;popullit&#8221;faktikisht jane deputetet e partive perkatese,jo te popullit demokrat dhe liridashes.<\/p>\n<p>Shqiperia qe nga viti 1997 eshte nji fuci baroti qe vret sa here ti teket,atentatet mafioze jane ne \u00e7do qytet dhe lagje,<br \/>\na thue se Shqiperia eshte nji populle qindra miljonesh&#8230;<br \/>\nEshte per tu habitur indiferenca e deputeteve!<br \/>\nNe keto 9 muaje te ketije parlamenti,nuke pashe qe nji grupe deputetesh te benin nji pedicion per nji seanc speciale ate te &#8220;\u00e7armatosjes se popullit&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Eshte fatekeqsi kombetare kure nji parlament pajtohet me te keqen.<br \/>\nGryka e armeve po bene kerdin ne c&#8217;do cepe te Shqiperis, hakmarrje, larje hesapesh, gjakmarrje, grabitje, dhunime te gjitha nene tyten e armeve!<br \/>\nPresidenti fatekeqesishte i semure (per te ardhur keqe)poi i semure psigjikishte kjo nuke i falet.<\/p>\n<p>Ku jeton ky Presidenti Nishani?<br \/>\nNe ndonji planet jashte tokesore, pse nuke komunikon me kryetarin e parlamentit z.Ilir Meta per te zhvilluar nji seanc parlamentare per \u00e7armatimin, per miratuar ligjin deri ne burgim te perjeteshem,qofte edhe per nji pistolet, apo nji karabin.<br \/>\nJeta njerzore eshte kapitale, sie ketille duhet te mbrohet me \u00e7do \u00e7mim.<br \/>\nNe shqiperi ndolle ajo qe nuke ndodhe ne asnji vend te BE. vrasjet jane nji dicka sparodike,si nji loje ne biliardio,kapet apo nuke kapet autori pake ranesi ka.<\/p>\n<p>Randesi ka sa funksionon shteti dhe ligji,sa qytetari eshte i penalizuar perpara ligjit,armbajtja pa leje duhet te marri denimin maksimal.<br \/>\nPolicia e shtetit duhet te kete mbeshtetjen maksimale per te operuar ne c&#8217;do cepe te teritorit shqiptare,diten dhe naten,ne rruge dhe ne banesa,po te ndaluarit te perbadhen me denimin maksimal te mundeshem,deri ne burgim te perjeteshem.<br \/>\nKushe mendon se nuke behet carmatosja e popullates eshte teper i gabuare.<\/p>\n<p>Eksperienca nderkombetare po edhe eksperienca e shqiperis na ka dhane prova qe shteti dhe ligji mposhtin c&#8217;do te keqe,perpara ligjit dhe drejtesis pa klecka krimi dorzohet pa kushte.<br \/>\nNe shqiperi sipase mendimit time mungon eksperienca e hetimit policor,jo se nuke kemi eksperte,poi kemi flakur per bindje partiake,i kemi flakur per te punesuar &#8220;specialiste&#8221;te zbulimit te krimit ata qe diplomat i kane marre nga shtepia,ky eshte rrezik i madhe.<br \/>\nShqiperia ka specialista qe kane njohuri dhe intuit ne zbulimin e krimit,po jane hedhur ne rruge qe ne kohen e Sali Berishes,sote pase 23 vitesh paguajme pasojat.<\/p>\n<p>Ministri i brenshem eshte djale qe e do punen,po nuke eshte ne profesionin e vete,po ecet ne rrugen e Berishes,mjekun e dergonte minister bujqesie dhe ne te kundert agronomin minister shendetesie,kjo nuke eshte qeverisje.<br \/>\nNe krye te c&#8217;do ministrie duhet nji specialiste i fushes perkatese,sekretaret dhe keshilltaret nuke drejtojne asnji dikaster.<br \/>\nPresidenti i republikes ka keshilltare te te gjitha fushave,po funksionin e presidentit e kryen presidenti.<\/p>\n<p>Kryetaret e degeve te punve brensheme ne rrethe nuke duhet te jene njerz politik, po njerz te profesionit dhe te intuites ne zbulimin dhe parandalimin e krimit, po keshtu me radhe shefat e policis dhe punonjesit e tjere.<br \/>\nAthere me te drejte qytetari Shqiptar shtron pyetjen. Pse nuke behet carmatosja e popullit?<br \/>\nNuke done qeveria?nuke dine qeveria dhe parlamenti? &#8211; te thrrasin specialiste ku ane dhe ku s&#8217;jane, te ulen dhe te bashkbisedojne, te hidhen ne veprim kure parlamenti ju ka dhane forcen ligjore.<\/p>\n<p>Mose carmatosja e popullates ose eshte nji nenvleftesim i kohes,ose dikujt i intereson qe bandat kriminale ,ato private dhe ato me mbeshtetje politike te veprojne te lira.<br \/>\nAnuke ka ardhur koha qe ky parlamente te mose na perrallisi perralla turpi ne seancat e c&#8217;do te ejte,po te veproje me urgjenc\u00eb.<br \/>\nParlamenti eshte organi fuqi plote qe per nji perjulle tre mujore ne te gjithe teritorin e Shqiperis\u00eb te mose qofte edhe nji pushke pa leje.<\/p>\n<p>A eshte e realizueshem kjo qe them une?po te nderuar deputet dhe ju pushtetar,ne se ju keni gadishemerin ligjore dhe punoni te perkushtuar qe ne shqiperi te mose kete arme mbajtje ilegale.<br \/>\nNe se ju mungon eksperienca kerkojeni, ligjeslacionin e keni vete ne dore,policin dhe forcat speciale i keni te gateshem, \u00e7fare ju mungon?<br \/>\nKjo pyetje besoje se do pergjigjen e parlamentit dhe te qeveris, populli do qetesin dhe jeten normale, do sigurin per femijen ne shkolle, per gruan ne rruge, per jeten ne familje, jemi nji vende i vogel qe me pake perkushtim behemi model.<\/p>\n<p>Ne asnji vende te botes nuke ka perparim dhe jete normale pa frigen e ligjit.<br \/>\nKame patur fatin te jetoje ne Gjermani,ligji eshte zoti, policia eshte shteti, po keshtu edhe ne vende tjera si ne Franc, Belgjik, Austri e Zvicer, Itali e shume vende tjera qe kane nji popullat shume miljonshe, dhe nji teritor me mijra kilometra,krimit i jane prere gjymtyret,armbajtjes pa leje i jane shkuruar ditet,po teke ne shqiptaret pse te mose ndolli si ne europe ku duam te integrohemi.<\/p>\n<p>Shqiperia 28.000 kilometer katrore kontrodhohet nga ajri dhe nga toka, krimit dhe krimineleve ju keputen gjymtyret, armbatja pa leje eshte fare e thjeshte per t&#8217;u eleminuar.<br \/>\nForca goditese e policis dhe e strukturave perkatese, mbeshtetja totale e shtetit, dhe forca e ligjit ne nji kohe rekorde shqiperis dhe shqiptareve i sjedhin qetesin e disheruar ne keto 23 vite &#8220;demokracie&#8221;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Gjin Musa Ka 9 muaje qe parlamenti eshte kethyer ne nji aren c&#8217;faqje,sharje dhe kundra sharje.
