Madje thuhej shpesh, ndoshta edhe me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, se po t\u00eb kishte mund\u00ebsi Sali Berisha t\u00eb merrte pjes\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhje n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, Hashim Tha\u00e7i, i cili pavar\u00ebsisht se udh\u00ebhoqi luft\u00ebn e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb kund\u00ebr Serbis\u00eb, kurr\u00ebn e kurr\u00ebs s\u2019do t\u00eb b\u00ebhej politikani m\u00eb i votuar n\u00eb vend.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr p\u00ebrkrahjen e madhe q\u00eb kishte lideri i demokrat\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb ishte i vet\u00ebdijsh\u00ebm edhe vet\u00eb Tha\u00e7i. Kjo u pa nga numri i madh i qytetar\u00ebve q\u00eb dol\u00ebn ta prisnin n\u00eb rrug\u00ebt e Gjakov\u00ebs, Prizrenit, Prishtin\u00ebs, kur Berisha vizitoi Kosov\u00ebn gjat\u00eb mandatit t\u00eb fundit si kryeminist\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Shum\u00ebkush n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb i ka ende t\u00eb fresk\u00ebta lidhjet dhe bashk\u00ebpunimin e ngusht\u00eb t\u00eb tij gjat\u00eb viteve t\u00eb 90-ta me presidentin historik t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Ibrahim Rugova, pavar\u00ebsisht se m\u00eb von\u00eb thuhet se ky i fundit kishte \u201c\u00e7uar duart\u201d nga Berisha.<\/p>\n<p>Askush n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb nuk e mohon se gjat\u00eb mandatit t\u00eb tij si kryeminist\u00ebr, pas humbjes s\u00eb pushtetit t\u00eb Fatos Nanos, ishte Sali Berisha, i cili e nd\u00ebrtoi \u201cRrug\u00ebn e Kombit\u201d, apo si\u00e7 thuhej nga kosovar\u00ebt, \u201cpo t\u00eb mos e kishte fituar edhe mandatin e dyt\u00eb si kryeminist\u00ebr i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Sali Berisha, autostrada e cila kishte filluar t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohej nuk do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundohej kurr\u00eb dhe tuneli i Kalimashit do t\u00eb ishte shfryt\u00ebzuar nga banor\u00ebt e zon\u00ebs vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr ruajtjen e turshive gjat\u00eb dimrit, sepse veturat nga t\u00eb dy an\u00ebt e kufirit nuk do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb qarkullonin\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Personalisht asnj\u00ebher\u00eb nuk e kam besuar k\u00ebt\u00eb version, duke e ditur kontributin e socialist\u00ebve gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, mir\u00ebpo ja q\u00eb ka ende shum\u00eb t\u00eb atill\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb q\u00eb i shohin me skepticiz\u00ebm veprimet e tyre n\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb Kombit, t\u00eb cilin imazh do t\u00eb duhej ta p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsonte udh\u00ebheqja e re e partis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrpos q\u00eb nd\u00ebrtoi rrug\u00ebn e cila lidhi Kosov\u00ebn me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, Sali Berisha nuk b\u00ebri shum\u00eb gjat\u00eb dy mandateve t\u00eb fundit si kryeminist\u00ebr n\u00eb aspektin ekonomik, apo th\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb sakt\u00eb nuk punoi aspak n\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahjen dhe fuqizimin e bizneseve kosovare n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>Shum\u00ebkush me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb shpreh habin\u00eb se si \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur q\u00eb asnj\u00eb biznes i vet\u00ebm i fuqish\u00ebm nga Kosova nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb prezent n\u00eb tregun shqiptar, p\u00ebrpos disa gjell\u00ebtoreve me emrin \u201cKosova\u201d rreth Plazhit t\u00eb Durr\u00ebsit.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb se kan\u00eb munguar iniciativat nga disa biznese kosovare p\u00ebr t\u00eb operuar n\u00eb tregun shqiptar, madje disa kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb pranishme atje edhe para luft\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, por jan\u00eb t\u00ebrhequr gradualisht nga k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimet q\u00eb kan\u00eb marr\u00eb nga konkurrent\u00ebt, nd\u00ebrsa shteti n\u00eb krye t\u00eb t\u00eb cilit ka qen\u00eb kryeministri Sali Berisha me bashk\u00ebpartiak\u00ebt e tij nuk ka reaguar fare.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb Kosov\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb situat\u00eb pak m\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb drejtim, ndoshta jo edhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb nivel t\u00eb d\u00ebshiruar, por k\u00ebtu operojn\u00eb biznese t\u00eb fuqishme nga Shqip\u00ebria n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e sigurimeve, bankave, teknologjis\u00eb informative, transportit, mediave etj.<\/p>\n<p>Pavar\u00ebsisht k\u00ebsaj, lider\u00ebt kosovar\u00eb do t\u00eb duhej t\u2019i p\u00ebrkrahnin edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb bizneset nga Shqip\u00ebria, e jo t\u00eb na p\u00ebrs\u00ebritet historia si rasti i embargos s\u00eb \u00e7imentos, e cila ndodhi vitin e kaluar, apo pengesa e eksportit t\u00eb patateve nga Kosova.<\/p>\n<p>Shikuar nga ky aspekt shum\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkrahura bizneset nga shtetet tjera t\u00eb rajonit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri se sa ato kosovare dhe anasjelltas. Ta z\u00ebm\u00eb shum\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb favore Berisha i krijoi n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri biznesmenit serbo-boshnjak Damir Fazliq se sa nj\u00eb biznesi nga Kosova.
