N\u00eb kufirin me Kosov\u00ebn, polici na pyet n\u00ebse kemi ndonj\u00eb gj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb deklaruar. Asgj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u sh\u00ebnuar, nd\u00ebrsa makina arrin t\u00eb marr\u00eb frym\u00eb p\u00ebr pak minuta e polic\u00ebt kufitar\u00eb kryejn\u00eb procedurat e tyre t\u00eb verifikimit t\u00eb dokumenteve.<\/p>\n

Rrug\u00ebtimi p\u00ebr n\u00eb Plav\u00eb nis me t\u00eb kap\u00ebrcyer kufirin mes Kosov\u00ebs dhe Malit t\u00eb Zi. Ngjitja deri aty ishte e mundimshme, me kthesa t\u00eb forta e t\u00eb p\u00ebrpjeta q\u00eb t\u00eb kujtojn\u00eb ngjitjet e v\u00ebshtira t\u00eb Llogaras\u00eb apo Qaf\u00eb-Than\u00ebs. N\u00eb kufirin me Kosov\u00ebn, polici na pyet n\u00ebse kemi ndonj\u00eb gj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb deklaruar. Asgj\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u sh\u00ebnuar, nd\u00ebrsa makina arrin t\u00eb marr\u00eb frym\u00eb p\u00ebr pak minuta e polic\u00ebt kufitar\u00eb kryejn\u00eb procedurat e tyre t\u00eb verifikimit t\u00eb dokumenteve. Nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebrshkojm\u00eb at\u00eb pak rrug\u00eb q\u00eb ndan dy doganat, kamion\u00ebt dhe mjetet e r\u00ebnda t\u00eb transportit t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebve t\u00eb drurit t\u00eb detyrojn\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrosh pas tyre, deri sa t\u00eb gjesh hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn dhe momentin p\u00ebr t\u2019i parakaluar.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb pik\u00ebn e kalimit kufitar t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi ka pak radh\u00eb, ndryshe nga ajo e Kosov\u00ebs. Polici malazez k\u00ebrkon me patjet\u00ebr sigurimin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr t\u00eb ngritur traun. Pasi blem\u00eb primin, mor\u00ebm tat\u00ebpjet\u00ebn p\u00ebrmes pishave t\u00eb larta t\u00eb Rrozhaj\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa aroma e tyre t\u00eb shpon hund\u00ebt. Pas pak minutash gjendemi n\u00eb Rrozhaj\u00eb. Sht\u00ebpit\u00eb karakteristike dy apo trekat\u00ebshe, jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb lartat e qytez\u00ebs malore. Rrall\u00eb t\u00eb z\u00eb syri ndonj\u00eb nd\u00ebrtes\u00eb mbi pes\u00eb kate. Kalojm\u00eb p\u00ebrmes tunelesh t\u00eb nj\u00ebpasnj\u00ebsh\u00ebm, q\u00eb \u00e7ajn\u00eb rrug\u00ebn p\u00ebrmes shk\u00ebmbinjve. Berane \u00ebsht\u00eb po ashtu nj\u00eb qytet i vog\u00ebl, ndan\u00eb t\u00eb cilit kalon lumi i Nikshiqit, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebr pak minuta jemi n\u00eb Andrevic\u00eb. Krahina banohet nga popullsi malazeze. Pas nj\u00eb rruge prej rreth 130 kilometrash, syri na z\u00eb nj\u00eb kryq\u00ebzim tresh, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb tabel\u00eb tregohet majtas Plava e djathtas Gucia.<\/p>\n

Liqeni i Plav\u00ebs, duket sikur ndan n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb barabart\u00eb distanc\u00ebn mes Plav\u00ebs e Gucis\u00eb. Malet e larta, ajri i past\u00ebr e gjelb\u00ebrimi q\u00eb rrethon zon\u00ebn, duket sikur do t\u00eb zbres\u00eb drejt e n\u00eb rrug\u00eb. N\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb Plav\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb qendra kulturore e \u201cboshnjak\u00ebve\u201d, t\u00eb quajtur t\u00eb till\u00eb pas viteve \u201970, si rrjedhoj\u00eb e p\u00ebrpjekjeve p\u00ebr t\u00eb ulur numrin e shqiptar\u00ebve n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi. Brinjazi saj q\u00ebndron xhamia, minarja e s\u00eb cil\u00ebs shkon n\u00eb 20 metra. Nj\u00eb xhami e dyt\u00eb ca metra m\u00eb lart t\u00eb b\u00ebn t\u00eb mendosh se ke t\u00eb b\u00ebsh me shqiptar\u00eb autokton\u00eb e nis t\u00eb flas\u00ebsh shqip. N\u00eb dyqan, nj\u00eb vajz\u00eb e re t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigjet n\u00eb sllavisht, nd\u00ebrsa ngre supet kur d\u00ebgjon t\u00eb flitet shqip.<\/p>\n

Po ashtu, n\u00eb qendr\u00ebn kulturore, nd\u00ebrsa zhvillohet akademia p\u00ebr nder t\u00eb 100 vjetorit t\u00eb masakr\u00ebs s\u00eb Previs\u00eb, m\u00ebsyjn\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb, t\u00eb rritur e njer\u00ebz t\u00eb tjer\u00eb, ku fare pak flasin shqip. \u201cJam boshnjak, \u2013 thot\u00eb nj\u00eb burr\u00eb, nd\u00ebrsa na ofron disa flet\u00ebvolante reklamash, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilat t\u00eb bie n\u00eb sy mbiemri Hoxhi\u00e7. Edhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb pik\u00eb t\u00eb shitjes s\u00eb gazetave, po ashtu flitet sllavisht p\u00ebrball\u00eb gazetave me shkronja cirilike. Rr\u00ebmojm\u00eb me sy p\u00ebr ndonj\u00eb titull shqip, por zhg\u00ebnjehemi shpejt. Ramok \u00c7elaj thot\u00eb se shqiptar\u00ebt nuk kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb ken\u00eb gazetat e tyre, mediat e tyre, radiot e tyre, apo televizionin e tyre.<\/p>\n

I vetmi televizion q\u00eb duket se flet shqip n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi \u00ebsht\u00eb TV Teuta n\u00eb Ulqin, por \u00ebsht\u00eb thuajse 200 e ca kilometra nga Plava e Gucia. Gjith\u00eb sa shohin banor\u00ebt e k\u00ebsaj zone vjen prej paketave satelitore t\u00eb stacioneve shqiptare. \u00c7elaj ankohet p\u00ebr represionin q\u00eb vazhdon ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve, kryesisht me gjuh\u00ebn. \u201cKjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb e drejt\u00eb q\u00eb e ka \u00e7do qytetar i bot\u00ebs per\u00ebndimore, por vet\u00ebm ne shqiptar\u00ebt e Malit t\u00eb Zi jo,- thot\u00eb Ramoku me keqardhje, nd\u00ebrsa nuk rri dot pa p\u00ebrmendur edhe \u201cboshnjak\u00ebt\u201d, q\u00eb pak dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb kishin p\u00ebrkujtuar masakr\u00ebn e Previs\u00eb me flamur amerikan dhe boshnjak. N\u00eb ceremoni kishte vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb flamur t\u00eb vog\u00ebl shqiptar, sa p\u00ebr shenj\u00eb. K\u00ebt\u00eb fakt e p\u00ebrmend edhe Esad Gjonbalaj n\u00eb nj\u00eb shkrim t\u00eb tij p\u00ebr Z\u00ebrin e Amerik\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa pas nd\u00ebrhyrjes s\u00eb komunitetit shqiptar, flamuri ishte vendosur me p\u00ebrmasa t\u00eb barabarta me at\u00eb t\u00eb boshnjak\u00ebve.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrpjekjet e malazez\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb Plav\u00ebn e Gucin\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb shkuar d\u00ebm. Ata i kan\u00eb ditur mir\u00eb vlerat e natyrore t\u00eb zon\u00ebs, e cila tashm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga vendet turistike malore m\u00eb t\u00eb vizituara n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi. Krojet e Ali Pash\u00ebs, ku tashm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur edhe nj\u00eb restorant me gatime tradicionale shqiptare si maza, mishi i pjekur, trofta, apo ushqime t\u00eb tjera presin vazhdimisht vizitor\u00ebt e huaj, por edhe ata nga Shqip\u00ebria. \u201cSy t\u00eb Kalt\u00ebr\u201d n\u00eb Vuthaj apo G\u00ebrla, q\u00eb v\u00ebrshojn\u00eb deri tek Liqeni i G\u00ebshtenjave, pran\u00eb kufirit me Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb jan\u00eb vende t\u00eb lakmueshme p\u00ebr \u00e7do vizitor t\u00eb huaj. P\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt, \u00ebsht\u00eb vendi ku kan\u00eb jetuar t\u00eb par\u00ebt e tyre.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrsa zbret n\u00eb jug drejt liqenit t\u00eb G\u00ebshtenjave, n\u00eb t\u00eb majt\u00eb duken majat e maleve dhe alpeve Shqiptare, pas t\u00eb cilave rrjedh uji i Valbon\u00ebs. Pak m\u00eb posht\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb Thethi, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb kufirin shqiptaro- malazez, \u00ebsht\u00eb Vermoshi, pika m\u00eb e larg\u00ebt veriore e shtetit shqiptar. \u201cShqiptar\u00ebt e k\u00ebsaj krahine nuk duhet t\u00eb kujtohen vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr periudh\u00ebn e ver\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb pushimet k\u00ebtu, por duhet t\u00eb mos e braktisin vendin e tyre dhe ta popullojn\u00eb at\u00eb\u201d,- thon\u00eb nj\u00ebz\u00ebri banor\u00ebt e p\u00ebrhersh\u00ebm t\u00eb Plav\u00ebs e Gucis\u00eb. Masakra e Previs\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1913, ku u vran\u00eb 700 burra shqiptar\u00eb nga forcat malazeze, nj\u00eb vit pas r\u00ebnies n\u00eb duart e tyre t\u00eb Plav\u00ebs dhe Gucis\u00eb mund t\u00eb radhitet si nj\u00eb nga masakrat m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb kryera nga serbo- malazez\u00ebt ndaj popullsis\u00eb etnike shqiptare n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb. Nj\u00eb k\u00ebng\u00eb kushtuar k\u00ebsaj dite iu sh\u00ebrben banor\u00ebve t\u00eb zon\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos harruar kurr\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb ndodhi n\u00eb korrikun e vitit 1913.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebr vargjet e saj, vihet n\u00eb dukje tentativa e serbo-sllave p\u00ebr t\u00eb asimiluar e p\u00ebr t\u2019iu nd\u00ebrruar fen\u00eb banor\u00ebve autokton\u00eb t\u00eb krahin\u00ebs, nga mysliman\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb ortodoks\u00eb sllav\u00eb. Kur banor\u00ebt refuzuan t\u00eb nd\u00ebrronin fen\u00eb e komb\u00ebsin\u00eb, xhandar\u00ebt malazez\u00eb, mblodh\u00ebn 12 mij\u00eb njer\u00ebz t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre krahinave, e i fut\u00ebn me forc\u00eb n\u00eb kish\u00eb, ku s\u00ebrish rezistenca vijoi m\u00eb tej. Kur edhe kjo nuk u arrit, xhandar\u00ebt serbo- malazez\u00eb, zgjodh\u00ebn 700 burra, gra e f\u00ebmij\u00eb t\u00eb zon\u00ebs, e i detyruan t\u00eb hapnin vet\u00eb varret e tyre. P\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e panjohur historia e dor\u00ebzimit t\u00eb Plav\u00ebs e Gucis\u00eb nga forcat turke tek ato Malazeze, ashtu si edhe Ulqini e Tivari, apo edhe mal\u00ebsia e Tuzit.<\/p>\n

Mbr\u00ebmjen e 29 korrikut, n\u00eb nj\u00eb dark\u00eb t\u00eb sponsorizuar nga familja \u00c7elaj, shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb krahinave t\u00eb Plav\u00ebs e t\u00eb Gucis\u00eb kujtuan nj\u00eb nga ekzekutimet m\u00eb masive t\u00eb ndodhura ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb ndaj popullsis\u00eb shqiptare. M\u00eb her\u00ebt, n\u00eb mesdit\u00eb qendra kulturore e Plav\u00ebs u kujtua kjo masak\u00ebr, krime t\u00eb tjera, ngjarje historike e kulturore. Sipas sekretarit t\u00eb fondacionit Plav\u00eb- Guci, masakra e Previs\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb nga shum\u00eb masakrat dhe genocidin e kryer nga malazez\u00ebt n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb ndaj popullsis\u00eb shqiptare.<\/p>\n

Sipas tij, kjo ndodhi, n\u00eb vjesht\u00eb e vitit 1912, kur nisi Lufta e Par\u00eb Ballkanike. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb, malazez\u00ebt mor\u00ebn Plav\u00ebn dhe Gucin\u00eb, duke pasur q\u00ebllim pushtimin e sanxhakut t\u00eb Prizrenit. M\u00eb par\u00eb, ata kishin futur n\u00eb pushtimin e tyre komun\u00ebn e Mojkovacit at\u00eb t\u00eb Bjellopoljes, Beran\u00ebn, Pazarin e Ri, nd\u00ebrsa forcat turke thuajse nuk b\u00ebn\u00eb rezistenc\u00eb duke i dor\u00ebzuar thuajse vullnetarisht trojet shqiptare. N\u00eb k\u00ebto luftime, sipas Gjonbal\u00ebs, mbeti i plagosur Bajram Curri, q\u00eb nuk mundi t\u00eb shkonte n\u00eb Kuvendin e Vlor\u00ebs. Sadik \u00c7elaj ka 86 vite mbi supe, por ende i mban mend mir\u00eb rr\u00ebfimet e babait t\u00eb tij, p\u00ebr djegien kull\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre n\u00eb Vuthaj t\u00eb Gucis\u00eb. \u201cTri her\u00eb serbo- malazez\u00ebt e kan\u00eb djeg k\u00ebt\u00eb kull\u00eb, \u2013 tregon Sadiku.<\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb her\u00eb e dogj\u00ebn n\u00eb vitin 1913, nj\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1917 dhe nj\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1920\u2033. Ali \u00c7elaj, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nga pasardh\u00ebsit e Isuf Kamber \u00c7elajt, q\u00eb deri para 10 vitesh ai banonte n\u00eb Tropoj\u00eb e tashm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb rikthyer n\u00eb fshatin e tij Vuthaj, ku edhe ka lindur, thot\u00eb se sot shum\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb dhe pasardh\u00ebsit e k\u00ebtyre burrave t\u00eb mo\u00e7\u00ebm, kan\u00eb ngat\u00ebrruar fen\u00eb me komb\u00ebsin\u00eb, si dhe kan\u00eb nd\u00ebrruar veten nga shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb boshnjak\u00eb, duke harruar tradit\u00ebn dhe zakonet e t\u00eb par\u00ebve. Edhe sot kulla q\u00ebndron n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb, ashtu si para 100 vitesh, n\u00ebn nj\u00eb shpat mali t\u00eb mbuluar me ahishte e dushqe, karakteristik\u00eb e zon\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb Plav\u00eb mb\u00ebrrit\u00ebm fiks n\u00eb or\u00ebn 16:30, pak momente para se t\u00eb niste Akademia p\u00ebrkujtimore p\u00ebr Isuf Kamber \u00c7elajn, nj\u00eb nga heronjt\u00eb e vrar\u00eb mbase n\u00eb p\u00ebrballjen e fundit t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve dhe malazez\u00ebve n\u00eb Morin\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1944. Ceremonia p\u00ebrkujtimore mbahej nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht edhe n\u00eb kujtim t\u00eb 100-vjetorit t\u00eb masakr\u00ebs s\u00eb Previs\u00eb, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn n\u00eb vitin 1913, forcat malazeze ekzekutuan 700 burra shqiptar\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Edhe mbr\u00ebmjen e t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebs, s\u00eb 31 korrikut, n\u00eb p\u00ebrkujtim t\u00eb masakr\u00ebs s\u00eb Previs\u00eb, n\u00eb nj\u00eb dark\u00eb t\u00eb shtruar nga pasardh\u00ebsit e familjes \u00c7elaj, k\u00ebng\u00eb me \u00e7ifteli e k\u00ebnduar nga v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit Hasan e Xhemajl Qetaj t\u00eb sillte para syve, masakr\u00ebn e malazez\u00ebve ndaj popullsis\u00eb shqiptare vet\u00ebm pak muaj pasi perandoria osmane kishte dor\u00ebzuar territoret shqiptare tek malazez\u00ebt. K\u00ebng\u00ebt jan\u00eb nj\u00eb nga m\u00ebnyrat e shqiptar\u00ebve, kudo ku kan\u00eb jetuar, p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkruar historin\u00eb e tyre, por edhe p\u00ebr t\u2019ua trash\u00ebguar at\u00eb pasardh\u00ebsve. Mesdit\u00ebn e t\u00eb h\u00ebn\u00ebs, me 29 korrik, djali i Isuf \u00c7elajt zbuloi bustin e t\u00eb atit, vep\u00ebr e skulptorit nga Tirana, Sadik Spahia. Memoriali q\u00ebndron n\u00eb nj\u00eb ambient mes maleve e gjelb\u00ebrimit, ideuar e dizenjuar nga artist\u00ebt Ilir e Veli Blak\u00e7ori nga Prishtina. Isuf Kamber \u00c7elaj, ishte pasardh\u00ebs i familjes \u00c7elaj, nj\u00eb nga kat\u00ebr familjet e para t\u00eb krahin\u00ebs, bashk\u00eb me at\u00eb t\u00eb Gjonbalajve, Ahmetajve, Ulajveve. Sipas goj\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebs, t\u00eb gjitha familjet rrjedhin nga Gjonbalajt, e ardhur nga zona e Mal\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Historia thot\u00eb se pas pushtimit italian, trojet shqiptare t\u00eb Malit t\u00eb Zi, si Plava e Gucia iu ribashkuan shtetit shqiptar, pas nj\u00eb k\u00ebrkese t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb shqiptare t\u00eb zon\u00ebs n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet nj\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsie prej pes\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebsh n\u00eb vitin 1941. Pjes\u00eb e k\u00ebtij delegacioni q\u00eb takoi kryeministrin shqiptar t\u00eb koh\u00ebs, Shefqet V\u00ebrlacin, ishte edhe Isuf Kamber \u00c7elaj.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb vitin 1944, gjat\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjeve t\u00eb armatosur p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00e7uar kufirin shqiptar n\u00eb Morin\u00eb, aty ku kishte qen\u00eb p\u00ebrpara vitit 1913, Isuf Kamber \u00c7elaj mbeti i vrar\u00eb. Djali i tij, Elez \u00c7elaj, thot\u00eb se e mban mend kur i ati kishte dal\u00eb n\u00eb luft\u00eb i kishte th\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00ebn\u00ebs: \u201cMa jep sahatin, dhe e vendosi n\u00eb zem\u00ebr. K\u00ebtu ka me m\u00eb marr\u00eb plumbi!\u201d. Ashtu si\u00e7 e do tradita, emri trash\u00ebgohet brez pas brezi.<\/p>\n

Sot emrin e Isuf Kamber \u00c7elajt, e trash\u00ebgon Isuf Zenel \u00c7elaj, kush\u00ebri i d\u00ebshmorit t\u00eb vrar\u00eb n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb trojeve shqiptare n\u00eb Plav\u00eb e Guci. Busti i Isuf \u00c7el\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn kryesore t\u00eb fshatit Vuthaj, me pamje nga kulla ku kishte jetuar ai vet\u00eb dhe t\u00eb par\u00ebt e tij brez pas brezi. \u00cbsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht kulla, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn serbo- malazez\u00ebt e kan\u00eb djegur tri her\u00eb nga viti 1912 deri n\u00eb vitin 1920, e nj\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1940.
