N\u00eb gjith\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb ka nj\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00eb: Askush, gati askush, nuk d\u00ebshiron pritjen n\u00eb radh\u00eb. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb duan jasht\u00eb radh\u00ebs. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb nguten p\u00ebr t\u00eb z\u00ebn\u00eb asgj\u00eb. T\u00eb diel\u00ebn, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur po kaloja aty, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb po dilnin nga plazhi. Dhe nga nj\u00eb qet\u00ebsi pushimi po hynin n\u00eb \u00e7mendin\u00eb e ngutjes. Se ku shkonin dhe pse nguteshin vet\u00ebm ata e dinin.<\/p>\n

Pas kisha l\u00ebn\u00eb tre t\u00eb vdekur dhe asnj\u00eb shpres\u00eb se mund t\u00eb rrinin n\u00eb radh\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb pritur daljen nga tuneli<\/p>\n

Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb vend i paradokseve. Shpeshher\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7mendin\u00eb, q\u00eb s\u2019ta kap\u00eb truri. Ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb oaz\u00eb e shpres\u00ebs dhe vend q\u00eb ofron mund\u00ebsi. Kurse ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb vend q\u00eb tejkalon secilin vend fqinj me dijen dhe shpjegimet q\u00eb jepen p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb. T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto mund t\u2019i gjesh brenda dit\u00ebs n\u00eb shtetin shqiptar.<\/p>\n

Un\u00eb i kam shijuar t\u00eb gjitha – edhe k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsit\u00eb, edhe hidh\u00ebrimet. Hiq q\u00ebndrimin tim t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm, sa vullnetar aq edhe t\u00eb detyruar, por edhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetuar me k\u00ebnaq\u00ebsit\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ofrojn\u00eb miq\u00ebsit\u00eb, nuk do t\u00eb kisha jetuar gjat\u00eb atje, pa u ngritur p\u00ebr ta shprehur hidh\u00ebrimin p\u00ebr pap\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe edukat\u00ebn e munguar n\u00eb shum\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00ebs n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.
\nShpeshher\u00eb kjo pap\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi \u00ebsht\u00eb pasoj\u00eb e munges\u00ebs s\u00eb ndjenj\u00ebs p\u00ebr shtetin dhe p\u00ebr jet\u00ebn shoq\u00ebrore. K\u00ebto sjellje jan\u00eb pasoj\u00eb e papjekuris\u00eb shpirt\u00ebrore t\u00eb nj\u00eb pjese t\u00eb popullit shqiptar, por n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb zvet\u00ebnimit moral t\u00eb shtetit dhe t\u00eb qytetarit shqiptar, duke i munguar ideja p\u00ebr respektimin e ligjit dhe shtetit ku jeton.<\/p>\n

Prishja e rendit jet\u00ebsor krijon probleme, q\u00eb n\u00eb rrethana t\u00eb tanishme \u00ebsht\u00eb e pamundur t\u00eb zgjidhen pa nd\u00ebrhyrje t\u00eb ashp\u00ebr t\u00eb shtetit p\u00ebrmes ligjit.
\nSi p\u00ebrshkruhet nj\u00eb shtet nga nj\u00eb i huaj kur kalon n\u00ebp\u00ebr bukurit\u00eb shqiptare?
\nPjesa e rrug\u00ebs Dh\u00ebrmi-Vlor\u00eb kalohet leht\u00eb, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb or\u00eb. Nj\u00eb rrug\u00eb e bukur, q\u00eb sh\u00ebtit n\u00ebp\u00ebr malet e Llogaras\u00eb ku \u00ebsht\u00eb ruajtur natyra – puna, bukuria e rrug\u00ebs, m\u00ebnyra se si ishin radhitur gj\u00ebrat – gjith\u00e7ka ishte Evrop\u00eb. Bukur, rrethojat, gjelb\u00ebrimi, gur\u00ebzit anash dhe ajo q\u00eb ishte m\u00eb e bukura – mungesa e frik\u00ebs se mund t\u00eb dal\u00eb dikush n\u00eb mes t\u00eb rrug\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Sapo hyn n\u00eb territorin e Orikumit, n\u00eb mes t\u00eb rrug\u00ebs je i shoq\u00ebruar me nj\u00eb tuf\u00eb lop\u00ebsh t\u00eb cilat nuk \u00e7ajn\u00eb kok\u00ebn se po hiqeshin zvarr\u00eb.
\nNj\u00eb or\u00eb e kaluar p\u00ebr mrekulli dhe shpejt, t\u00eb b\u00ebra pa ndonj\u00eb trazim shpirti, t\u00eb humbin para sysh kur p\u00ebrball\u00eb t\u00eb del nj\u00eb rend i gjat\u00eb dhe i paduruesh\u00ebm n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e Vlor\u00ebs, te Tuneli dhe t\u00eb plazhi i \u2018Ujit t\u00eb Ftoht\u00eb\u2019.
\nShum\u00eb nga ata q\u00eb kalonin rend e pa rend – n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn q\u00eb \u00e7onte n\u00eb qytet – n\u00eb nj\u00eb rrug\u00eb me nj\u00eb korsi – ishin pes\u00eb rreshta veturash q\u00eb s\u2019kishin as radh\u00eb, as rend dhe as pritje. Ishte model i pashembullt n\u00eb nj\u00eb rrug\u00eb shqiptare.
\nN\u00eb rrug\u00ebn q\u00eb shpinte nga Orikumi n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb mungonte dhe nuk shihej rendi, tradita, ligji. Policia ishte e pamundur, shteti jofunksional, dallg\u00ebt e pasioneve t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve dukeshin sikur ishin t\u00eb l\u00ebshuara nga zinxhiri.<\/p>\n

Dhe n\u00eb at\u00eb rrug\u00eb nuk kishte as ligj, as polici q\u00eb mund ta b\u00ebnte zap nj\u00eb \u00e7mendi t\u00eb quajtur pap\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi qytetare.
\nKy l\u00ebmsh kishte shum\u00eb fajtor\u00eb. Kishte njer\u00ebz q\u00eb edukat\u00ebn ndaj asfaltit dhe rregullave t\u00eb rrug\u00ebs e kishin t\u00eb huaj. Kishte polic\u00eb q\u00eb rrinin kot me filika\u00e7in e tyre – fishk\u00ebllenin \u00e7mendurisht, pa asnj\u00eb shenj\u00eb dhe pa asnj\u00eb q\u00ebllim.
\nKishte vetura t\u00eb bukura q\u00eb tejkalonin gjith\u00e7ka duke bllokuar, gjithashtu, gjith\u00e7ka.
\nUn\u00eb shijova plot\u00ebsisht hidh\u00ebrimin e nj\u00eb rr\u00ebmuje t\u00eb pakuptimt\u00eb, e cila kapte kilometra t\u00eb pakaluar t\u00eb mij\u00ebra veturave q\u00eb kishin bllokuar nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebn.<\/p>\n

Nuk b\u00ebnte pun\u00eb as policia. As shteti dhe as Shqip\u00ebria e lir\u00eb post-zgjedhore. Dje pash\u00eb papjekurin\u00eb shpirt\u00ebrore t\u00eb nj\u00eb qyteti bregdetar. T\u00eb nj\u00eb shteti q\u00eb tregoi se pse nuk kishte mbi vete pesh\u00ebn e rregullit dhe pushtetit.<\/p>\n

E ku shihej k\u00ebtu Shqip\u00ebria turistike?!
\nT\u00eb kesh vizitor\u00eb n\u00eb bregdet, do t\u00eb thot\u00eb t\u00eb kesh sjellje t\u00eb qytet\u00ebruar;
\nt\u00eb kesh turist\u00eb duhet t\u00eb kesh polici dinjitoze;
\nt\u00eb kesh turist\u00eb duhet t\u00eb respektosh rregulla;
\nt\u00eb kesh turist\u00eb t\u00eb huaj duhet ta duash shtetin t\u00ebnd;
\nt\u00eb kesh turist\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jetosh i lir\u00eb p\u00ebr veten dhe t\u00eb mos jesh i l\u00ebshuar nga dallg\u00ebt e pasioneve q\u00eb nuk respektojn\u00eb as ligj, as tradit\u00eb, as polici.
\nT\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto po l\u00ebn\u00eb gjurm\u00eb t\u00eb thella p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe qytetarin e saj. \u00c7dokush q\u00eb ka par\u00eb nj\u00eb rr\u00ebmuj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb, t\u00eb krijuar nga vet\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt dhe me ndihm\u00ebn e policis\u00eb s\u00eb paaft\u00eb dhe t\u00eb pafuqishme, do t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb konstatim. KY vend nuk b\u00ebhet!
\nPor nuk ishte k\u00ebtu fundi..<\/p>\n

Vet\u00ebm pak minuta larg isha nga Tragjedia tjet\u00ebr!
\nM\u00eb rastisi t\u00eb jem aty ku ndodhi tragjedia e Vlor\u00ebs. Nj\u00eb i \u00e7mendur zbrazi automatikun n\u00eb mes t\u00eb pushuesve. Ishte i ri dhe n\u00eb krye t\u00eb plazhit mbante kallashnikovin lart, duke i urdh\u00ebruar t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb shtrir\u00eb. M\u00eb von\u00eb kuptuam se kishte tre t\u00eb vrar\u00eb.
\nPor kur po vinte ambulanca p\u00ebr t\u00eb shp\u00ebtuar viktimat e rastit \u2013 ajo, ambulanca, s\u2019kishte rrug\u00eb ku t\u00eb kalonte. Duhej t\u00eb \u201cfluturonte\u201d. S\u2019kishte mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb dep\u00ebrtonte nga rendet e veturave, q\u00eb nguteshin t\u00eb kalonin pa rend dhe pa krye.<\/p>\n

Nuk e di a ka shp\u00ebtuar dikush nga t\u00eb plagosurit por e di q\u00eb edhe po t\u00eb kishte mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb intervenohej-ishte e pamundur t\u00eb b\u00ebhej kjo. Sepse n\u00eb gjith\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb ka nj\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00eb: Askush, gati askush, nuk d\u00ebshiron pritjen n\u00eb radh\u00eb. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb duan jasht\u00eb radh\u00ebs. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb nguten, n\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb a tjet\u00ebr, p\u00ebr t\u00eb z\u00ebn\u00eb asgj\u00eb.<\/strong>
\nN\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri prej koh\u00ebsh \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb marr\u00ebzi e shnd\u00ebrruar gati n\u00eb rregull – gati askush nuk d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb renditet pas tjetrit. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb turren t\u00eb tejkalojn\u00eb dhe t\u00eb shkojn\u00eb diku. Por askush s\u2019e di, se cila mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb urgjenca e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkuar me shpejt\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb diel\u00ebn, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur po kaloja aty, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb po dilnin nga plazhi. Dhe nga nj\u00eb qet\u00ebsi pushimi po hynin n\u00eb \u00e7mendin\u00eb e ngutjes. Se ku shkonin dhe pse nguteshin vet\u00ebm ata e dinin.
