Ky eshte nje fakt historic ashtu sic eshte edhe domosdoshmeria e ecjes perpara te ketyre revolucioneve qe pa ndihmen e Shteteve te Bashkuara zor se do kene sukses.<\/p>\n<p>Ne pothuaj krejt Europen e Lindjes krimet e komunisteve nuk u ndeshkuan e ne emer te zgjerimit te lirise e shoqerive liberale ish-komunistet u rkthyen ne pushtet apo me mire te themi ne rastin e Shqiperise nuk e leshuan ndonjehere pushtetin.<\/p>\n<p>Per popullin shqiptar te shtypur nga pushtuesit e terrorizuar nga diktatura eshte pothuaj e pamundur te gjeje ekujlibrin shoqeror mbi te drejten pa ndihmen dhe mbeshtetjen e aleateve tane perendimore kryesisht Shtetet e Bashkuara te Amerikes.<\/p>\n<p>Te kerkosh ndihmen e mikut per te kapercyer nje veshtersi ne rastin konkret per te kaluar nje kapercyell historic nga nje shoqeri e shtypur ne nje shoqeri te lire e demokratike qe e mbeshtet zhvillimin e perparimin mbi ligj e te drejta njerzore mendoj se jo vetem eshte e domosdoshme por edhe ngritje e vetedijes se shoqerise.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk mendoj se problemet e medha te nje shoqerie postkomuniste i zgjidh nje peticion sado masiv qe te jete por eshte nje hap i rendesishem ne rrugen e gjate e te veshtire te implementimit te demokracise e ndergegjesimit e reagimit te shoqerise ne menyren e duhur e productive.<br \/>\nPer hir te se vertetes duhet thene se ne nje menyre apo ne nje tjeter shoqeria shqiptare eshte e persekutuar nga diktatura komuniste.
