Asgj\u00eb nuk mund ta sh\u00ebronte at\u00eb traum\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrjetuam n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb kolektive. Ndaj dhe p\u00ebr ne student\u00ebt e asaj kohe, \u00ebndrra nuk ishte t\u00eb b\u00ebheshim mjek\u00eb apo inxhinier\u00eb, apo thjesht t\u00eb ushtronim profesionin p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin po studionim.<\/p>\n<p>Jo, ne kishim vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb \u00ebnd\u00ebrr. T\u00eb ikim nga Shqip\u00ebria. Madje jo thjesht t\u00eb iknim, por t\u00eb iknim nga syt\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebt. \u201cDua t\u00eb zhdukem\u201d, \u2013 thonim t\u00ebr\u00eb mllef asokohe. Me anije, me gomone, me k\u00ebmb\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr male e pyje n\u00eb ver\u00eb e n\u00eb dim\u00ebr, t\u00eb ngrir\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr kamion\u00eb frigoriferik\u00eb, t\u00eb lidhur pas shasive t\u00eb kamion\u00ebve nga Parisi deri n\u00eb Lond\u00ebr\u2026. Historit\u00eb e arrative kolektive e t\u00eb \u00e7mendura t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve t\u00eb d\u00ebshp\u00ebruar nuk ka regjisor t\u2019i sjell\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrmasat e tyre reale. Shqiptar\u00ebt i nd\u00ebrtuan (shumica po, dhe madje shum\u00eb t\u00eb bukura bukur) sht\u00ebpit\u00eb e reja dhe e kan\u00eb modernizuar jet\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Kolegu im nuk k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb \u201cemigroj\u00eb\u201d p\u00ebr arsye ekonomike, as jasht\u00eb dhe as brenda vendit. Jo jo, arsyeja e tij \u00ebsht\u00eb fare \u201cbanale\u201d. Ai nuk po z\u00eb vend n\u00eb pallatin ku jeton, n\u00eb nj\u00eb apartament shum\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe t\u00eb shtrenjt\u00eb q\u00eb e ka bler\u00eb me parat\u00eb e tij. Ata nd\u00ebrtojn\u00eb pa pyetur se shkat\u00ebrrojn\u00eb hap\u00ebsirat publike, parkun, trotuarin, pem\u00ebt e stolat, se shkat\u00ebrrojn\u00eb madje edhe vet\u00eb struktur\u00ebn e pallatit. I gjith\u00eb kryeqyteti \u00ebsht\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar n\u00eb nj\u00eb kantier nd\u00ebrtimi dhe kudo nd\u00ebrtohet pa leje, ose me leje, q\u00eb jan\u00eb edhe me keq se ato t\u00eb paligjshmet. Qytetar\u00ebt denoncojn\u00eb, por askush nuk reagon. Asnj\u00eb struktur\u00eb policie nuk i p\u00ebrgjigjet telefonat\u00ebs se atij q\u00eb ankohet. Askush nuk i p\u00ebrgjigjet atij qytetari q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb jetoj\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend me rregull e me disiplin\u00eb, ku zbatohet ligji nj\u00ebsoj p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNuk e kuptoj dot, \u00e7far\u00eb po ndodh? P\u00ebrse nuk nd\u00ebrhyjn\u00eb? I telefonoj \u00e7do dit\u00eb policis\u00eb dhe i them se n\u00eb pallatin tim po shtohet nj\u00eb kat dhe po na terrorizojn\u00eb. Por asnj\u00ebri, askush nuk nd\u00ebrhyn\u201d, \u2013 m\u00eb thot\u00eb kolegu im. \u00c7far\u00eb duhet b\u00ebr\u00eb? N\u00eb fakt \u00e7far\u00eb duhet b\u00ebr\u00eb? K\u00ebsaj pyetjeje nuk i japim dot p\u00ebrgjigje. At\u00eb q\u00eb mund ta b\u00ebjm\u00eb, ne e b\u00ebjm\u00eb, denoncojm\u00eb pran\u00eb zyrave t\u00eb shtetit. Por shteti nuk reagon. Por nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm \u00e7\u00ebshtja e nd\u00ebrtimeve pa leje. Shteti nuk reagon p\u00ebr asgj\u00eb, duke i hapur udh\u00eb paudh\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb paligjshmes, duke i hapur udh\u00eb nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimi mes t\u00eb inkriminuarve dhe t\u00eb korruptuarve, bashk\u00ebpunim q\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend po e shnd\u00ebrron n\u00eb ferr p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb duan t\u00eb jetojn\u00eb ndryshe.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb arsye e fort\u00eb se p\u00ebrse un\u00eb dua s\u00ebrish t\u00eb iki nga syt\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebt nga vendi im. Tashm\u00eb jo p\u00ebr t\u00eb punuar kanaleve t\u00eb Greqis\u00eb apo Italis\u00eb, apo qoft\u00eb edhe Amerik\u00ebs, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur familjen me buk\u00eb e p\u00ebr t\u00eb bler\u00eb televizor me ngjyra. Jo, por sepse dua t\u00eb jetoj n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend me rregull. Dua te iki tani, t\u00eb zhdukem nga k\u00ebtu, t\u00eb iki n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend ku edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb krasitur pem\u00ebn n\u00eb oborr duhet t\u00eb marr\u00ebsh leje n\u00eb bashki, edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrruar dritaren, edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb kositur barin, edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrruar ngjyr\u00ebn e murit dhe t\u00eb gardhit t\u00eb sht\u00ebpis\u00eb, edhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar koliben e qenit duhet t\u00eb njoftosh dhe marr\u00ebsh leje n\u00eb bashki.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb thirrje e nj\u00eb njeriu fatalist, por \u00ebsht\u00eb thirrje e nj\u00eb njeriu q\u00eb d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb jetoj\u00eb n\u00eb vendin e tij. Nuk e nd\u00ebrroj vendim tim me ask\u00ebnd n\u00eb bot\u00eb, por nuk dua ta shtyj jet\u00ebn duke denoncuar ata q\u00eb hedhin plehrat nga dritarja, ata q\u00eb presin pem\u00ebt, ata q\u00eb m\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb nat\u00ebn pa gjum\u00eb se b\u00ebjn\u00eb aheng tek lokali posht\u00eb pallatit, ata q\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrojn\u00eb mjedisin, ata q\u00eb s\u2019t\u00eb l\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb qet\u00eb t\u00eb pushosh n\u00eb plazh nga zhurmat, ata q\u00eb t\u00eb bllokojn\u00eb rrug\u00ebn duke parkuar makin\u00ebn ku tu teket, ata q\u00eb t\u00eb shesin ushqime t\u00eb skaduara sepse nuk i kontrollon askush, ata q\u00eb mashtrojn\u00eb e vjedhin n\u00eb \u00e7do veprim q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb, ata q\u00eb t\u00eb shesin naft\u00eb me vaj makinash t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur e t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrojn\u00eb makin\u00ebn\u2026..Nuk dua t\u00eb jetoj m\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend, ku p\u00ebr t\u00eb kaluar tek vijat e bardha duhet t\u00eb pres e t\u00eb v\u00eb dor\u00ebn n\u00eb zem\u00ebr duke falenderuar shoferin q\u00eb m\u00eb lejoi t\u00eb kaloj.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk po flas k\u00ebtu p\u00ebr korrupsionin e madh, pasi ai \u00ebsht\u00eb i till\u00eb edhe n\u00eb vendet m\u00eb t\u00eb zhvilluara e me shtet funksional. Por po flas p\u00ebr k\u00ebto \u201cgj\u00ebrat e vogla\u201d q\u00eb na e b\u00ebjn\u00eb jet\u00ebn t\u00eb padurueshme. Pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr k\u00ebto m\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb neveritur vendi im dhe dua tani, m\u00eb shum\u00eb se at\u00ebher\u00eb kur isha student dhe \u00ebnd\u00ebrroja t\u00eb kisha nj\u00eb pal\u00eb atlete dhe nj\u00eb pal\u00eb xhinse.
