Ky ligj me p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb nj\u00eb neni t\u00eb vet\u00ebm, u miratua me konsensus t\u00eb gjer\u00eb politik.<\/p>\n<p>Por pak koh\u00eb pas miratimit t\u00eb Ligjit, Kryetarja e trash\u00ebguar e institucionit t\u00eb ri, Autoriteti i Mediave Audiovizive, Endira Bushati, po e thyen r\u00ebnd\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ligj n\u00eb procesin e li\u00e7ensimit t\u00eb rrjeteve numerike. Kryetarja po vepron n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim t\u00eb hapur me kuadrin e p\u00ebrcaktuar p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb proces li\u00e7ensimi dhe ka marr\u00eb deri m\u00eb tani kat\u00ebr vendime ilegale.<\/p>\n<p>Endira Bushati nuk ka kuptuar ne fakt objektin e k\u00ebtij ligji mjaft t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm q\u00eb shprehet n\u00eb nenin 1 t\u00eb Ligjit 97\/2013: \u201cKy ligj rregullon veprimtarin\u00eb e mediave audiovizive dhe sh\u00ebrbimeve mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebse t\u00eb tyre, mbi baz\u00ebn e parimit t\u00eb asnjan\u00ebsis\u00eb teknologjike n\u00eb territorin e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Endira Bushati me veprimet e veta ilegale po d\u00ebmton r\u00ebnd\u00eb veprimtarin\u00eb e mediave audiovizive n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Duhet t\u00eb kujtojm\u00eb se Shqiperia, jo p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb qeverisjes, por saj\u00eb sip\u00ebrmarrjes private mediatike shqiptare, ka b\u00ebr\u00eb hapa te duksh\u00ebm n\u00eb krahasim me shum\u00eb vende t\u00eb tjera europiane. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb procesi i rregullimit ligjor nuk mund t\u00eb mos njoh\u00eb realitetin dhe aktor\u00ebt ekzistues. Ky proces nuk duhet t\u00eb j\u00ebt\u00eb preferencial dhe i fsheht\u00eb, por i hapur, asnjan\u00ebs dhe t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht i bazuar n\u00eb norm\u00ebn ligjore.<\/p>\n<p>Duhet t\u2019i kujtoj Endira Bushatit se megjith\u00ebse Legjislatura e re e Kuvendit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb i fillon punimet m\u00eb 9 Shtator, po ndjekim me v\u00ebmendje veprimet e AMA dhe t\u00eb Kryetares s\u00eb tij Endira Bushati. Po marrim n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb shqet\u00ebsimet e pal\u00ebve t\u00eb interesuara n\u00eb procesin e li\u00e7ensimit t\u00eb rrjeteve numerike dhe do t\u00eb p\u00ebrdor\u00eb \u00e7do instrument institucional p\u00ebr respektimin e Ligjit. Po marrim gjithashtu n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb ankesat p\u00ebr vendim-marrjen ilegale t\u00eb AMA.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr \u00e7do shkelje t\u00eb ligjit 97\/2013, por edhe p\u00ebr abuzime t\u00eb tjera financiare t\u00eb Endira Bushatit, m\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb KKRT dhe tashm\u00eb n\u00eb AMA, do t\u2019i drejtohemi edhe Prokuroris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kodi Penal \u00ebsht\u00eb i qart\u00eb p\u00ebr rastet e shp\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs dhe shkeljet e ligjit.<\/p>\n<p>I kujtoj gjithashtu se bazuar n\u00eb nenet 7 dhe 10 te Ligjit 97\/2013, Legjislatura e re e Kuvendit ruan t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e lirimit t\u00eb zonj\u00ebs Endira Bushati nga detyra e Kryetares s\u00eb AMA.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nga Taulant Balla, 27 Korrik 2013 Endira Bushati, respekto ligjin!
