M\u00eb pak fajtor Schr\u00f6der konstaton se at\u00eb q\u00eb s\u2019e kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb Kohli i kishte r\u00ebn\u00eb hise qeveris\u00eb socialdemokrate dhe partnerit t\u00eb saj t\u00eb vog\u00ebl dhe pacifist: t\u00eb gjelb\u00ebrve t\u00eb Joschka Fischerit.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas Schr\u00f6derit, lufta e Kosov\u00ebs e b\u00ebri thell\u00ebsisht t\u00eb qart\u00eb domosdoshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e angazhimit t\u00eb Gjermanis\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjes\u00ebtim me rolin e saj t\u00eb ri n\u00eb aren\u00ebn e politik\u00ebs nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare si vend i bashkuar dhe me nj\u00ebr\u00ebn prej ekonomive m\u00eb t\u00eb zhvilluara n\u00eb bot\u00eb. Schr\u00f6der e pranon se lufta e Kosov\u00ebs i kishte z\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb pap\u00ebrgatitura t\u00eb gjitha partit\u00eb politike gjermane. \u201cPor, n\u00ebn presionin e rrethanave ne nuk kishim mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb vepronim ndryshe\u201d, shkruan ai.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSidomos ne gjerman\u00ebt s\u2019duhej t\u00eb lejonim q\u00eb n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb t\u00eb shkelen t\u00eb drejtat e njeriut n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb m\u00eb brutale\u201d. N\u00eb mars 1999, pak para fillimit t\u00eb sulmeve t\u00eb NATO-s, qeveria e Schr\u00f6derit mori nj\u00eb goditje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb me dor\u00ebheqjen e ministrit t\u00eb Financave, Oskar Lafontaine. Si nj\u00ebr\u00ebn prej arsyeve t\u00eb largimit Lafontaine p\u00ebrmendi at\u00ebbot\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrjen e pritshme t\u00eb Gjermanis\u00eb n\u00eb luft\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs. Schr\u00f6der thot\u00eb se nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb e till\u00eb e kolegut t\u00eb tij ishte e befasishme, sepse k\u00ebt\u00eb shqet\u00ebsim ai s\u2019e kishte shprehur kurr\u00eb n\u00eb biseda me kancelarin.<\/p>\n<p>Schr\u00f6der i p\u00ebrshkruan veprimet e shtetit serb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb si \u201cfushat\u00eb shfarosjeje kund\u00ebr popullsis\u00eb shqiptare\u201d: \u201cAksionet e serb\u00ebve ishin d\u00ebshmi e ashp\u00ebrsis\u00eb, e gatishm\u00ebris\u00eb cinike p\u00ebr shfarosje. Pamjet t\u00eb kujtonin krimet e komandove gjermane n\u00eb Luft\u00ebn e Dyt\u00eb Bot\u00ebrore. Ndoshta ishte ky asocim, i cili ndikoi q\u00eb Joschka Fischeri t\u00eb thot\u00eb \u2018Kurr\u00eb m\u00eb Auschwitz\u2019. N\u00eb Kongresin e jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Socialdemokrate t\u00eb Gjermanis\u00eb m\u00eb 12 prill 1999, Schr\u00f6der u p\u00ebrpoq t\u00eb evitonte p\u00ebrshtypjen se duke e futur vendin n\u00eb luft\u00eb ishte i vetmi q\u00eb kishte t\u00eb drejt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Por, si\u00e7 e pranon edhe vet\u00eb, ai q\u00eb i shtyri delegat\u00ebt socialdemokrat\u00eb t\u00eb mendojn\u00eb m\u00eb thell\u00eb mbi r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e angazhimit gjerman ishte Erhard Eppleri, nj\u00eb politikan veteran socialdemokrat dhe i njohur si nd\u00ebrgjegjja e partis\u00eb. N\u00eb librin e tij Schr\u00f6der citon paragrafin e fundit t\u00eb fjalimit t\u00eb Epplerit: \u201cM\u00eb lejoni t\u00eb b\u00ebj nj\u00eb v\u00ebrejtje t\u00eb fundit, nj\u00eb v\u00ebrejtje shum\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme: l\u00ebvizja e 68- s na ka sjell\u00eb shum\u00eb gj\u00ebra t\u00eb reja dhe t\u00eb mira.<\/p>\n<p>Por, disa gj\u00ebra ajo i ka groposur. Pastaj qeveria duhet t\u00eb veproj\u00eb. Un\u00eb e kam p\u00ebrshtypjen se ajo po vepron n\u00eb at\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb ne t\u00eb jemi m\u00eb pak fajtor\u00eb sesa at\u00ebher\u00eb kur nuk do t\u00eb b\u00ebnim asgj\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Q\u00ebllimi i qart\u00eb P\u00ebrkund\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha kund\u00ebrshtimeve, protestave, kritikave t\u00eb ashpra edhe nga nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e shtypit dhe medieve elektronike, Schr\u00f6der i q\u00ebndroi besnik Aleanc\u00ebs Veriatlantike. Ai shkruan: \u201cJoschka Fischeri dhe un\u00eb e kishim t\u00eb qart\u00eb prej fillimit se t\u00eb gjitha p\u00ebrpjekjet tona duhet t\u00eb orientohen n\u00eb arritjen mund\u00ebsisht t\u00eb shpejt\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebllimit t\u00eb vet\u00ebm t\u00eb luft\u00ebs: t\u00ebrheqjen e ushtris\u00eb serbe nga Kosova \u2013 dhe p\u00ebrfundimin e menj\u00ebhersh\u00ebm t\u00eb luft\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Po ashtu Serbia duhej t\u00eb garantonte se kjo t\u00ebrheqje ishte p\u00ebrfundimtare. Edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb ishim t\u00eb nj\u00eb mendjeje\u201d. Schr\u00f6der tregon se p\u00ebr Ballkanin m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti kishte m\u00ebsuar nga Michael Steineri, i cili at\u00ebbot\u00eb ishte k\u00ebshilltar i tij p\u00ebr politik\u00eb t\u00eb jashtme. M\u00eb von\u00eb Steiner do t\u00eb b\u00ebhej shef i Misionit t\u00eb OKB-s\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb dit\u00eb do ta shpallte \u201cbashkimin e Mitrovic\u00ebs\u201d, gj\u00eb q\u00eb i siguroi p\u00ebrmendjen e emrit t\u00eb tij n\u00eb faqen e par\u00eb t\u00eb \u201cFrankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebtu mbaroi gjith\u00e7ka, Mitrovica s\u2019u bashkua dot, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb edhe Steineri \u00ebsht\u00eb harruar. Duket se n\u00eb kabinetin e Schr\u00f6derit, Steiner kishte luajtur nj\u00eb rol m\u00eb t\u00eb dobish\u00ebm se m\u00eb von\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb.
